I've had a car in my yard for the last 3 years so I decided today just to Google who buys junk cars in Lebanon Tn. The search brought up Robert's Cash for Junk Cars, I called at 420pm, we discussed the car I wanted to get rid of. By 427pm he was letting me know he was on the way. I say by 5pm car was picked up, cash in my hand, and now hopefully the grass will grow in that spot 😊. Highly recommend, both guys were super nice as well!

These people will sell you a car and promise you it's reliable. Well a day later that car will catch fire, endanger your life, and when you ask about a refund, they will offer to buy back the $1100 piece if junk for the great price of $300... Stay away from this business. They are not honest. And yes, I went under the hood to inspect the starter that they said was bad, a cable was disconnected from it and the moment that cable was reconnected, it started up with no issue. The cable in question is a PROPRIETARY CABLE and only goes one place. I do work on cars. I'm not dumb. Whereas before, the starter didn't even click. 10 minutes down the road, and I have fire. After asking about a refund or to work something out, they offered to buy the car back for scrap prices, (yes I payed $1100 total and they want to give me $300 for it back) they asked where the car was, came and towed it to their lot, and are now asking me to pay a tow fee. Shady business. Do not mess with these people.

If I could give less than one star absolutely would this is a ridiculous venture. We drove almost 2 hours to come up to purchase a vehicle was informed the vehicle was in good condition still have yet to see the vehicle. We had set up a time and agreed upon time to meet and the owner almost an hour later still not arrived nor answered calls nor text. Appointment was at 9:30am it's now 10:30am. While trying to contact Robert another customer pulled in and is trying to contact him as well with no luck. The excessive amount of the lack of business etiquette in this business and man is appalling.

Wow, yah so I wish I would have read the reviews earlier. But my experience was very similar to all the other 1 star reviews. Robert promised to help me dispose of a camper. He said he couldn't give me any money for it, and I happily agreed and even said I'd even give him a couple hundred dollars if he let me take the appliances and furniture out of it at his scrap yard. He told me to take it to a Walmart parking lot and he'd get there within a couple hours. Needless to say 7 hours later the best he could do was send a guy over to help me tow it and he didn't realize there was no hitch on his truck. He assured me Robert was minutes away and I could just leave the camper there and they would take care of it for me. I thought this was an awful idea, Robert even told me himself to just leave it there as well but I refused, I was 500 miles from home and had nowhere to go... Why on God's Earth would I abandon my camper and hope the guy who's been jerking me around for 8 hours would just "take care of it" Then his guy left because he had his son with him and had to get him fed. Then Robert told me he was stuck in traffic and I said I understand, got here as soon as you can. At 4:00 in the morning, feeling completely defeated from sitting on display for 12 hours in the Walmart parking lot with my broken camper, called another place and they were there within an hour. I still never heard back from Robert1

Our business (a mobile boutique) burned down this past weekend. We reached out to Robert’s Cash for Junk Cars and spoke briefly with (I assume) Robert. We explained our situation, and he offered us a cash offer and said he would be able to come get it that evening. The evening rolls around and I still have not heard from Robert. I reach out, and he asks if he could pick up our truck the following day instead. Meh, not ideal, but I understand. We agree to meet at 3PM. 2:50PM the following day rolls around, and I text Robert letting him know we are on the way. He replies and asks if he can meet us later that evening instead. I’m now frustrated but agree nonetheless. Robert completely ghosted, leaving us incredibly disheartened and just… numb. I was upset at this point and wanted our truck picked up/gone so I could actually sit and mourn our loss. I couldn’t deter you away from Robert’s Cash for Junk Cars enough. 0/10 would recommend, unless you enjoy empty commitments and being ignored. However, if you are looking for a reliable and communicative tow company, I would recommend Oakley’s Towing a hundred times over!

I called and spoke with Robert! I gave him my address, car info and he quoted me. PERFECT! He said, we can be there first thing in the morning. GREAT! I sent him a text with my car info and he had replied, “we can pick it up tomorrow.” Awesome! I call and text him in the morning TWICE! No response. My husband calls, no answer. My husband then receives a text, asking how he could help him! Yet, ignored my phone calls and text.. then, told my husband that he would be there at 1pm. Time passes and it’s 2:30pm. My husband then text him asking when he will be here. He replied to my husband, “at 6pm.” It took us having to call and text for him to somewhat communicate. Very aggravating! Still hasn’t showed up. No stars!

These guys were great. They were in constant communication. Very honest and they picked up my car that day. I had called many places and came across a couple very rude people. Very glad I came across Robert’s cash for junk cars! And no middleman!

If I could give them ten stars, I would. They made the process of getting rid of my worn out car so easy. I researched what the car is worth and they gave me the exact price. I called in the morning and they picked it up 2:00 that same day. I could not be at home at the time, so I left the key and title in the front seat and told them to leave the money under the mat. They did exactly what I asked. If you need to get rid of a car, look no further.
