I was driving through town at night in a monsoon with my 6 year old when I realized my windshield wipers weren’t as efficient as I would prefer. I quickly pulled into this O’Reilly Auto Parts and was immediately greeted by Alex when I entered the building. I told him I needed new wiper blades and asked if he could help me install them. He wasted no time in locating the wipers I needed and installed them for me in the pouring rain. BIG thanks to Alex for going above and beyond and helping my son and me make it home safely tonight! We appreciate your kindness!
Super helpful staff. The store is very well stocked and clean. They had the tensioner pulley in stock that I needed for my Mercedes-Benz, as well as a good serpentine belt.
They ordered a part, not usually stocked, for a 33 year old car and got in on the same day. On a Sunday. That was impressive. Some of the prices run a little more than other shops, but perhaps that's for the service. It works.
The assistant manager John was friendly and courteous on a busy busy sunday. He helped me get my brakes and rotors i needed. Had other customers upset at their own vehicles but never lost his cool. Gave me a smile. And positive attitude. That goes a long way in 2023. A rare sight. Hope you are recognized for your customer service and hard work. Thank you.

I like this location, the guys that work here are cool people who will help you when needed and give you their honest opinion if asked. They are open a little later than the other auto parts stores in the area.
Battery failed while under warranty. Replaced, installed and smiled while thanking for my service to my country. Made me a happy Veteran. On the road again...
Moved to Alabama from New Jersey where I never had to pump my own gas and I've had to quickly learn how to be more adult like when it comes to cars. I accidentally left my gas cap at a gas station and Alex from this shop helped to put it back on for me, after I purchased it. Awesome customer service!
Huge shoutout to John Gavin. I pulled up with a weird, never before seen air issue. My car wouldn’t stop blowing air, even when all ac buttons were off. I went in not expecting much help but was pleasantly surprised when John took time to go outside and look at it. Even though he wasn’t sure at first, he talked it out with James and they ended up figuring it out! They not only figured it out but took time to test the part for me, then install it. It took about an hour as I was not in a hurry and other customers were coming in and out. John had to help others while I was there and did so smoothly. He really helped me out and it made my whole week. Great service!!!

So purchased rotors and break pads for my front wheels. Well when I got home I took a look at them noticed they wouldn't fit my front wheels. So I went back and they told me I was given breaks and rotors for the back of my car. Well I ask them to exchange them for the correct parts. The gentlemen Tony and assistant Chandler correct the issue and wasnt charged the difference either. These guys rocked!! need more customer service like this!! They deserve a raise or paid vacation.
The assistant manager on duty today (I didn’t catch his name) was so awesome! He helped my mom and me find exactly what I needed and even helped us install it! Service was great and everyone was so friendly.
Needed a mirror for my passage side. They found just the one I need and fit perfectly. Whether I'm their for purchase a lot of stuff or a $10 mirror the do what it takes to help. Great service and people. Oh it was cheaper on line but you CA t touch it and see it on line which is worth more to me than a10% savings.
WOW! In and out in under 5 minutes & $5.00. Gavin was such a gentleman and helped without even being asked to, knowing exactly what was needed. Greg took the time needed to learn what my problem was and help with the resolution to get me on my way.

The store went above amd beyond to help me. They got my part in quickly (within a couple hours) and Colton helped me big time. The employees at this store took 1 million pounds of stress off my shoulders & made my day. Thank you to the great staff there!
Associates are very helpful. I needed a battery and was told by competitors that they would not install it because it takes an hour and a half or longer. Not just one, but two. I typically would come to O'REILLY'S first but we couldn't turn the car off or we couldn't get it started with normal jumper cables. Once we got to O'REILLY'S, the guy put it in the car in about 15 minutes. He was the only one at the store and had to step away several times to help other customers and still finished it in 15 minutes. Oh, and he then apologized for taking so long! Seriously?! I will never go to any other auto parts store again!!!
The staff here is so helpful! I didn’t have to ask for anyone to help me find the correct lightbulb they offered. Then, to top it off Damon offered to install it for me in the 30 degree weather. Great customer service!
I will probably never come back to O'Reilly. I started breaks on my car this morning it is now 5:11 on Sunday night and I'm still waiting on parts that should have been here at 3:30. All of this could have been avoided if the guy working for them knew how to do his job. I would rather take my money to the dealership then come to another O'Reilly Auto parts. I had to give them 1 star or it wouldn't let me post this.
Compared to other parts stores in town - this is the place to go if you want someone at the counter that is knowledgeable about parts. Many times less expensive than a "zone" of other places :)
Just had to go to this location to change a headlight bulb on my 2000 Jetta, which is a pain enough, but throw in the fact that it was downpouring, and well... it was quickly turning into a nightmare. One of the guys offered to help me out without me having to ask, and jumped right in, rain and all. Great customer service and knowledgeable employees that are willing to stand in rain to get you back on the road, will be buying all my parts from them moving forward.
