The store itself is presented neatly and beautifully in one of Franklin's most historic homes. Walking through the rooms will transport you into a different time, of halcyon memories and beautiful heirloom belongings.
Not to mention that the store is run by the sweetest couple -- they are so friendly and their kindness shines in a way that I will not soon forget.
Give them your business when looking for antiques. They deserve it! :^ )
Such a cool experience! So many super unique items collected for sale. Now understand this place is NOT cheap. But if you can afford it and want a unique, one of a kind piece or just ideas to copy for your own home take the drive and check it out. Parking is not free however. Lot next door is $4.50 for an hour on Saturdays.
City Farmhouse is the happening place. Always something going on, or in the works, or coming soon! Great pop up shows, fantastic event center, great people... The best!
We drove around and around trying to find this place. We called and even though the machine said it was open no human answered. We were very disappointed and went to the antique shop at the other end of the building that had a sign out front for antiques and spent our money there.
