I was in a terrible situation when my car suddenly started shaking all over and the entire electrical system shut down, I was on a busy road, managed to get off the road before it went completely out. Then I was on a slight hill, parking brake wouldn’t work, steering wouldn’t work and it would not go into park! I was pushing both feet on my brake praying. I managed to get these guys on the phone and Chris was so understanding and helpful, he found a driver very near me and sent him right to me. Jason got there and kept me calm instructing me to keep holding that brake til he go the chain on and tightened. He did so swiftly and came back around to help me and my little dog get up into the tow truck and took us right to the dealer service center. They were a God send, and I felt like they were angels. There are still some good people in this world and these are definitely some of them!!!
Chris King of Advantage towing hauled my Mercedes recently and he was the best tow experience I’ve ever had. He had to negotiate getting the car out of my garage as well as a tight and steep driveway, which he did with ease. He was extremely conscientious of my garage and car as well as punctual and great to talk with. I would highly recommend anyone in need of a tow reach out to him for service!

Today was my second time working with Advantage Towing. Each time Chris and Jason have been professional, polite, kind and accommodating. Today’s situation required more than two hours of their services - Jason was early to pick me up and talked to me the entire way (as opposed to awkward silence ). I’ll be a lifetime customer!
Jason was incredibly helpful and super fast. Got to me within 30min and had the car home in less! Even offered to help me push the car in the shop. My car being extra low to the ground he placed wood to make sure it wouldn’t scrape. Super awesome experience. Thanks Jason!

Most pathetic place ever.. pricing Bad! Customer service Bad!!! VERY VERY VERY LATE...we got told to call 1 hour in advance, we did had us waiting 1 hour in the lot...I couldn't even make it to work on time...we kept texting no answer... if your going to run a business dont let your customers sit here for hours waiting on u....definitely the most horrible place ever!!!0 starts!...
Jason helped us when tonight my car broke down. He communicated quickly and was able to pick up our car quick. He also was able to get our car indoors at the service shop. Which was helpful bc our jeep doors were off. Thanks Jason!
We called AAA and the ticket got dispatched to Advantage Towing. Jason was there within 25 minutes of calling AAA. He even said he was headed home when he got the message. So thankful he was there quickly and brought our truck home. Professional and kind. Highly recommended.

Had a dead battery on a Sunday so called Triple A who sent Jason Nixon with Advantage Towing. He kept excellent communication & got there in an hour. He checked the battery & it wasn't actually dead. There was a loose connection on the negative side terminal ! So, I didn't have to spend hundreds $ & even more precious time ! Couldn't have been happier with Jason & Advantage !!
Jason with Advantage Towing was amazing! He got me safely to a great mechanic and I was able to get back on the road the same day. My entire trip would have been completely derailed if it wasn't for Jason, and Advantage.
We needed to tow a vehicle from Franklin to another town about…about a 30 minute drive. They answered the call and said they could do it but were honest about the time. It was fine with me. The driver soon called me and said he was actually going to be there much sooner than expected, which he was. He was courteous and careful and got the job done well, and sent a photo of the parked vehicle once he got it to the shop we requested. He would have waited for payment until the job was done, but we paid him on the front end so we could go on our way. No problems or issues at all…I would definitely use again if needed.
Answered when no one else did, and charged a fair price, and demonstrated what service really is. Jason was awesome, and it was clear that he cared! Highly recommend!!

A huge shout out and thank you to Chris for your help and professionalism. Chris helped rescue my car after my sister and I pulled over on the side of the road, not realizing that there was a large dip between the road and grass.

Tyler drove by today and saw my mom and sister in need. My mother just had knee replacement surgery and my sister was having trouble getting her out of the car.
He stopped and offered assistance getting her out of the car and into the house. We did not use their towing service, but I would definitely recommend them. Really Good people.
Chris came out and got me and my wife and small child in the snow when I drove and slipped into a deep ditch. Nose straight up in the air and he somehow got my truck out without Amy additional damage. Like a magician he did his thing. I have used Advantage since to recover an overheating car of mine and again 100% professionalism and expertise. Highly recommend for any towing needs.
