They were able to respond much quicker than anyone else and were reasonably priced. This was great because we were stranded in the cold without a spare. Jason was polite and professional. It was a great experience!
Was conducting a volunteer ESL class, when your driver loaded up a students car parked in the community center parking lot in a designated parking space, but had pulled up a couple of feet beyond the parking space on to the edge of the dirt yard of the community center so as to not block another car also parked in a designated parking space! Your driver loaded up the car when someone noticed him out the window of the community center. He charged us $250 to unload the car who parked back in the same space! Your company and driver are shake down scammers and I will tell everyone I see about your crooked business. You completely disrupted the volunteer class. I hope it was worth the $250 you scammed out of my student. I paid because he didn’t have it. There were cars parked all up and down the street that you ignored to tow a car parked in a parking lot in a parking space with two tires touching the dirt beyond the space not in the street or fire lane. I would give you a zero if google allowed!

Great business and company! Owner went out of his way to help us. Highly recommend. I have been in the car industry for 10+ years, worked with over 8 tow companies and this is the best company in town hands down. They actually care and are highly skilled with high end exotic vehicles.
Awful experience from start to finish. The driver Jason showed up with an attitude and things went downhill fast. I asked a few simple questions about the tow and he immediately became rude and confrontational. He started yelling and swearing and showed zero professionalism.
Their business practices were just as sketchy. They only take cash which makes the whole operation feel questionable and hard to trust.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. There are plenty of towing services that treat people with basic respect and this one definitely doesn’t. Let alone towing the day before Thanksgiving and laughing in my face.

Jason was great! He responded quickly to the tow request and was incredibly professional through the process, letting me know when he was on his way and ETA as well as a phone call upon arrival. He obviously helped get my vehicle onto the flatbed and delivered it to the dealer for my appt.
My towing experience was nothing short of great. They came out at 10 PM and took them less than 30 minutes. I called around price checking and they had the best price by far.
I was in a terrible situation when my car suddenly started shaking all over and the entire electrical system shut down, I was on a busy road, managed to get off the road before it went completely out. Then I was on a slight hill, parking brake wouldn’t work, steering wouldn’t work and it would not go into park! I was pushing both feet on my brake praying. I managed to get these guys on the phone and Chris was so understanding and helpful, he found a driver very near me and sent him right to me. Jason got there and kept me calm instructing me to keep holding that brake til he go the chain on and tightened. He did so swiftly and came back around to help me and my little dog get up into the tow truck and took us right to the dealer service center. They were a God send, and I felt like they were angels. There are still some good people in this world and these are definitely some of them!!!
Chris King of Advantage towing hauled my Mercedes recently and he was the best tow experience I’ve ever had. He had to negotiate getting the car out of my garage as well as a tight and steep driveway, which he did with ease. He was extremely conscientious of my garage and car as well as punctual and great to talk with. I would highly recommend anyone in need of a tow reach out to him for service!

Had a dead battery on a Sunday so called Triple A who sent Jason Nixon with Advantage Towing. He kept excellent communication & got there in an hour. He checked the battery & it wasn't actually dead. There was a loose connection on the negative side terminal ! So, I didn't have to spend hundreds $ & even more precious time ! Couldn't have been happier with Jason & Advantage !!
Jason with Advantage Towing was amazing! He got me safely to a great mechanic and I was able to get back on the road the same day. My entire trip would have been completely derailed if it wasn't for Jason, and Advantage.
We needed to tow a vehicle from Franklin to another town about…about a 30 minute drive. They answered the call and said they could do it but were honest about the time. It was fine with me. The driver soon called me and said he was actually going to be there much sooner than expected, which he was. He was courteous and careful and got the job done well, and sent a photo of the parked vehicle once he got it to the shop we requested. He would have waited for payment until the job was done, but we paid him on the front end so we could go on our way. No problems or issues at all…I would definitely use again if needed.
Answered when no one else did, and charged a fair price, and demonstrated what service really is. Jason was awesome, and it was clear that he cared! Highly recommend!!

A huge shout out and thank you to Chris for your help and professionalism. Chris helped rescue my car after my sister and I pulled over on the side of the road, not realizing that there was a large dip between the road and grass.
