Crafton Towing is the best in the business . Very open and honest and affordable. Would recommend these guys for any road side tow, off road recovery, or anything ! My pick up fee was WAY WAY cheaper than I expected concidering they had to pick up half of my car after the accident . My vehicle sat on the lot from 1/6/25 til 1/31/25. I was able to finally heal up enough to come get it after 3 weeks after shoulder injury . They even offered to help me load it.
Selling motor and didn't want to stick them with a car they would be responsible of having to get rid of.

I recently had gotten into an accident due to the snow and had actually called a different towing company instead of these Crafton Towing people. The two towing companies showed up at the same time and the police ultimately made me choose who to tow my car. I picked Crafton Towing due to the price difference and never will I do that again. They towed my car fine enough and when I called to check in on it they said their office was closed. Needing pictures for my insurance claim I went to the tow yard and they had the gate open with people in it and went in to try and make sure my car was actually in this lot because two towing companies apparently shared the same lot and because I just needed pictures of the vehicle. There was a gentleman there who informed me that the towing lot was also closed to the public at the moment and upon hearing that I left. Now I had driven 5 minutes from the lot before I got a phone call with a nasty man on the other end chewing a 20 year old out for coming onto his lot claiming that he had told me that they were closed when in fact all he told me was that I could pick my car up on Monday (it was Friday when the car got towed) and the office was closed. He did not say anything about not being able to get pictures of my vehicle. The man on the phone was clearly not thinking straight as he wouldn’t let me speak and had the audacity to say that “I needed to handle this situation like a man” when his attitude and demeanor was as close as a 5 year old getting his feelings hurt as he was throwing a temper tantrum, acting unprofessional and yelling over me as if the louder he yelled, the more right he was. I apologized and the man didn’t apparently care that I was trying to handle it like a man and explain the situation to him. If he just had the patience to shut up for about 20 seconds I would have been able to explain why I had done what I had did that was apparently “wrong” in his eyes, apologized and made the situation better. But instead he couldn’t help his temper and was the most unprofessional laughing joke I have ever done business with. He said to deal with the situation like a “man” yet apparently hanging up on your customer that chose you over another service provider is what a “man” does. Truly and unequivocally disappointing! This business can get the job done but they aren’t worth their customer service and are super aggressive, short tempered and don’t know any etiquette. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in my service and have warned multiple people not to use them and to pick someone else rather than dealing with these people!
I called Crafton towing to let them know I'd be there that evening to get the personal effects out of my vehicle. Despite having this info, they released my vehicle without my authorization with all my personal effects still in it.
My daughter hit a deer we was 3 hours from her. The gentleman took her to where the car was towed. She waited there she had her little dog he was kind gave her his personal number (he lived less than a mile away) if she needed anything. Made this mom feel better to know she was safe till I could see her with my own eyes. Thank you so much. May GOD BLESS YOU!!!
Kroger, Dickson TN.. driver got groceries, brought them to his truck and loaded them up and then put all his trash from his truck into the buggy and left it there… not a good look my guy.
Best service ever! Had a wreck and was able to get my truck home. Posey went above and beyond from setting up a truck to get pick mine up the next day to helping me find a repair shop. Seth came to get my truck the next morning and took it straight to the repair shop and was absolutely wonderful. Crafton’s completely exceeded all expectations!

I needed a pice of equipment hauled from Columbia tn to Portland tn, not only was there rate lower than anybody else, they had no problem with same day service.
On a special note when the equipment arrived my customer had problems with electronic transfer of funds and had to send a large amount of cash back. The driver went out of his way to personally deliver me the money and brought me every cent. Truly honest and trust worthy (her was well rewarded for his honesty) ill be recommending and using them again. They have earned my business for life!
They are very affordable & arrived 10mins before estimated time! The lady inside the office was a very big help and was very professional! The towers did any awesome job towing my vehicle back to the repair shop and were very helpful! I would high recommend for all your future towing needs! I know I will be using them!
Lost power on a 2016 truck (Creep Mode) due to a sensor/computer issue. Called for a tow and they (Mike) arrived 10min before promised. Quickly, safely and carefully loaded the truck on his hauler. Chatted us up on the way to the dealership and made sure we were checked in with a ride before he settled up and left. I would recommend Mike to anyone needing a hand along the side of the road.

Jim and Tony heard my plea for help when while attending to our Mother after the dearth of her husband, we lost the key for our car. A week looking we finally asked for help. Jim assured us that with the only key in hand, he'd wait for us to get there and have a mechanic ready on hand to rekey for us. He gave us the name of a reliable tow company and really made us feel better that we could make our way home after such an emotionally devastating time. Highly reccomend this dealership based on our experience.
My kids and I broke down in franklin and they came in and saved the day! They made me feel safe and played with my kids to make them feel more comfortable and settled. Quick and friendly service- will definitely use them again !!!
Their driver Michael Silvestry used a company truck off the clock to move some ones vehicle that did not have a tow request on it and caused damage to the vehicle as it was in park and they were not home. Undercarriage damage, scratches, suspension. The vehicle owners are attempting to contact the company owner as the tow driver had been trespassed from the property in the last week.
Kevin went out of his way to be helpful and ensure my satisfaction. Keven was extremely professional and definitely went the extra mile. I highly recommend Kevin and Crafton Towing!
Racist and discriminating people here do not hire these crooks, several items missing from my car after it was towed and tow truck driver extremely rude they take advantage of people avoid at all costs
