Super friendly and helpful service! Our car would not start and the driver actually helped us figure out the problem so we didn't have to tow it to the shop after all! The service call free was still cheaper than taking it to the shop (and much less stressful).
Had one of there drivers behind us today. He came so close to our rear end multiple times. Guess it is good they are a tow service. When we turned around to see him get off phone, he waved. All roads are backed up right now with am traffic. Hang up and drive please

I was towed by the nicest man, ever, who had his son in the car. All went swimmingly, and he even helped me empty the entire contents of my car into a hotel when I crashed with all of my stuff in the back. The problem is that I gave authorization, that same night, for Copart to get my car, but come the next day, the VERY RUDE MAN at the counter would not release my car. I told him I gave the authorization, yesterday, and he gave me the “night shift never told me” excuse. Dude, just admit that you messed-up and that you are unnecessarily costing my insurance company money and delaying the time that I can get a settlement, as my car cannot be viewed until it is out of your lot. All you had to do was check with night shift, or heaven forbid, call me. I have a CDL, too, and this man is a total jackass. Seriously, get rid of this guy. The other man is trying to feed his kid.
I got stuck in the median. Traffic was stopped and I was trying to get to work I seen others do it and they made it I tried it and I got stuck. Called Andy's Towing they came out and told me out quick and easy! They are awesome!
I’d recommend Andy’s towing to anyone in the Middle Tennessee area. They did not have me waiting around for a long period of time and the driver was very respectful. I would give them more stars if possible.
Called them and they said they could get to me in 15 minutes. Waited an hour for a truck to come. Very pricey for a short drive. The guys in the truck were very helpful though. Would recommend going with a cheaper company.
They are beyond awesome. Byron came to help me twice in the same day, was super timely, efficient, knowledgeable and could not have been nicer. I would definitely recommend Andy’s and will use them again if ever needed.

I was quoted a wait time of over 2 hours by multiple other towing companies yesterday when I was stranded in the middle of Carothers. I called Andy's, and someone showed up in 15 minutes. He was so kind and kept me calm while everything was happening. I couldn't recommend them enough.

I was 100% thrilled last night. In the pouring rain, Andy's came out for a unique use of a wrecker ( moving a large bush hog attachment from a flatbed to a nearby property. There were some delays ( not any fault of Andy's but the person getting the bush hog ready to removed from his truck ) and they patiently waited and moved it to the property. I can't say enough good things about Andy's

Just got dropped off at a hotel by Jamie. I cannot say enough great things about the care and service we got after we broke down on 440. Jamie showed up quickly, made sure wife was safe in his truck, got our truck loaded on his rig very quickly. He had also called shops to see who could get us fixed quickly, and had a great plan. Made sure we had a nice hotel, and drove us there after dropping off the truck.

Great customer service. The tow truck showed up quickly and the driver was very friendly. the whole experience was quick and easy. even though my car was a broken POS the driver took great care loading and unloading, even removed an open cup of coffee so it wouldn't splash and spill in transit.
Having to get towed is no fun, but Andy's Towing made it easy. I called the local dealership for my car and they recommended another company. After looking at their reviews and calling them for an estimate, I decided to search Yelp for another company. On Yelp, I found Andy's Towing at less than 1/2 the price of the other company!
