I used their service to offload a vehicle off my trailer. Ms. Kisha I spoke with was an absolute delight and made the experience wonderful, she was communicative and had a wonderful and sunny disposition which only helped to further my opinion of the company as a whole. 100% recommend and will be using the services again when I am in the area. They were also fairly priced for a company of their stature. I can’t thank them and especially Ms. Kisha enough for my experience.
Today was a rough day. I broke down not once but twice. Called STR towing and although Andrew lied several times about how long it would be before my wrecker guy arrived in 105 heart index I couldn't be happier with the driver they sent, Tyler Lawson. What a credit to professionalism, manners, great demeanor and genuine understanding of why a customer might be ill sitting in the heat. Tyler is the epitome of CUSTOMER SERVICE. Glad they were at least smart enough to send their very best to me. If you call STR request this young man and Thank me later. What was going to be a bad review is now a 5 start because Tyler knew his stuff and went above and beyond to desscalate a bad situation. 5 stars for Tyler
THE best and only tow company I will ever use. Best prices, best trucks, best people. All around an amazing business in a sea of shady ones. Such a relief to know they've got my back. Also, I saw Jon Coonce save a puppy from a burning building once.
Best tow company around! Cowboy has been a life saver for my family on several occasions! He retrieved my teenage son and his vehicle after an accident on I40 and also rescued my fiance when his transmission failed. Always friendly, on time, and very fair pricing!
sooo unprofessional and rude. my friend experienced hub failure on his trailer and unfortunately with it being so late at night we couldn’t magically get a new one nor could we haul it with the whole wheel missing. we got all the parts and came back and it was gone! no warning, nothing!! this guy wanted $5500 just for towing it up the road, he’s getting charged for things that are clearly stated he shouldn’t be charged for in the “ towing service standards manual”. and as if that wasn’t enough these guys are leaving bad reviews with fake stories on my friends business page now just because they can’t take accountability for all the screw ups they have made! please do not go to these guys seriously, i’d hate to see anyone else go through this. and for the people behind this all, karma will get you!!
So far I've been very impressed by this service since my vehicle had been stolen and retrieved in Franklin, Tennessee and I live in Ohio. Mr. John spoke with me and after telling him that I lived on disability I would not have the money until the first of the month and even then I would not have a lot of money. He said he would waive the storage fees. That meant so much to me that a company would do that for me. I've been disabled since 2016 and this has been really hard for me without a vehicle so hopefully on the 1st I go pick up my vehicle and I can update this review but so far it's very good
STR really seems to care about their customers and they don’t seem like they want to scam you. Tyler Lawson picked up my vehicle today and he was genuine and really seemed like he was doing it for the service and didn’t want to scam either! Thanks a lot!
Billy was great an handled my anxiety having self wonderfully. Sitting on the side of I-24 at 4pm you already know. My hubby says thank you for getting me to where I needed to be.!
Literally rude people. I had to call so many times saying how I was almost there. Then they want to tell me they will be here in 45 minutes and I have to wait. Terrible service and attitudes. Really needs to not be used.
Charged a guy $5500 to tow a car trailer that was being pulled by a 3/4 ton truck,, and then go bash his business with fake reviews and pictures, sorry as hell!!!!!
Wish i could give 6 stars. Keisha and Billy rock! I’m from Texas and ran my truck out of diesel. I was going to tow it to a shop that couldn’t look at it for a week and Billy got me going again right on the side of road. Can’t say enough how professional and friendly this experience was. Very nice equipment as well. Thank you so much STR!
They came up on my search for towing in Franklin. When I called, she offered to do it, but she let me know they were in Nashville and it would cheaper for me to find someone closer. I appreciated their honesty.
Would rate this place less if I could. Called then & was told it would be $5 per mile cost wise. They told me it would be 30 minutes by the time they got there. In reality, it was 2 and a half hours. Also, the cost (which was not told to me) had additional fees. Totaling to 288. & PS THEY ONLY TAKE CASH OR CASHAPP (NOTHING ELES)
Doesn't mention on Google that he doesn't do light duty work but that's what the guy in the phone said. Another review says their Tesla was towed and gave them a 5 star review. Doesn't jive at all
