They refused to help us and accused us of wasting their time. We gave exact GPS coordinates of the vehicle that needed to be towed within a large park. They claimed they spent an hour searching within the park and insinuated it was a prank call, refusing to help. They were unwilling to copy and paste GPS coordinates that we provided by email.
I would NEVER recommend this towing company!! They charged my son 625.00 to pull him out of a ditch plus charged him half of what it cost to replace the cable because his cable to his wench broke while pulling him out
Holt towing is a complete rip off. The billed $225 $25 gas fee and charges for two days at $50 when car was held for less than 24 hours. So if your car is towed there after hours you will be charged two days , even though you cannot pick up car on initial day of tow! $350!! Stay away from Holt, manager John was unwilling to assist or compromise
Worst tow company ever experienced. They don't even is much as have a office. Junk car setting everywhere. Looks more like a junkyard than I told yard. To be honest with you they're not even worth rating one star they are on base of 0. Instead of pulling drive shaft they just pull the vehicle across the parking and upon the bed. Just make sure to never use them and you won't have them problems.
This truck swerved into my lane and almost hit me in my minivan with my small child then proceeded to make aggressive and offensive gestures towards us bc I honked my horn to top him from hitting us. He then tailgates this van in front of him. The van got into a turn lane to let this tow truck driver pass BUT you can see in the picture that the tow truck driver follows the white van there too! I have a video showing him following the white van like he’s trying to hit him. I get it emergencies can happen and we need to drive quickly in those moments, but this man was swerving into people’s lanes and being an outright bully to other drivers. Just be aware before giving this company your money.
Only because I can’t give this place zero stars ! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE ( he also owns the towing company that uses the same lot ). This man absolutely charges whatever he wants & will jack the price up in just a few hours. He’s impossible to do business with. He’s beyond rude & extremely unprofessional. His sign out front says $35 a day which is not true AT ALL. This man does nothing but kick people while they’re down. Use Andy’s Towing or Harpeth Towing !
My wife's car broke down ~10 miles from the dealership, Mike came out quickly to tow her there and even diagnosed the issue for us! I would absolutely recommend him, he was kind, professional, and had our best interests in mind.
I called asking for information about a car and the guy that answered was rude and hung up twice when I stopped him for treating me the way he did he was very unprofessional

Most definitely the worst experience I have ever had with a tow service. No correct address listed anywhere online. Extremely difficult to communicate with. Overpriced and all around a hassle to deal with. Also, spit on my truck will be sent in for DNA testing as it is clearly not bird feces. Unacceptable. 600+ for towing and “3” days on their lot. Even though it was towed on the 3rd around noon and picked up the 6th around noon. First day starts 24 hours after tow slip.
Most unprofessional phone call I’ve ever experienced. Why don’t you join the rest of the industry; when looking up a vehicle using a vin. Mike you are a real POS.
Following my car crash, Holt's Towing was on time to remove my car from the scene and quickly loading it. They even volunteered to help me unload most all of my precious cargo from my minivan. I sure appreciated their extra effort and service!
Do not use this Towing service. They gave me very little information when they were towing my car after i had an accident. He told me it was going to be at least $100. I couldn't pay upfront so I had him take it to his yard for the time being. I've never experienced this before so I have no prior knowledge of how this whole thing works. So little did I know they charge you every day your car is on their lot. He didn't give me any information on this when he was getting my car. Then to tow it to my house he charged me $85. So in total I had to pay this guy $355. He took total advantage of the fact that I had a lack of knowledge and that I am young. Then when I had him tow it to my house, HE ALMOST FORGOT. I had originally told him I'd pick it up Friday then I told him I changed my mind and to tow it to my house that day (Monday). We sent him our address and everything. His excuse was that he thought I was picking it up Friday!? After we had already told him to bring it to our house and he had agreed on it. This guy is conniving, stay away.
