I called Plunkett because of the other reviews. The service, communication and follow through were all five star worthy! I will not hesitate to refer Plunkett to family and friends!
After trying to use a big name corporate roadside assistance with absurd wait times, I called Plunkett Roadside and Towing. He was courteous and kind on both the phone and in person. He arrived before the time frame he stated on the phone. As a woman who needing towing for the first time in my life, he was able to point me in the right direction of next steps. Would highly recommend and use again if I ever needed.
I had a flat tire and Plunkett Roadside and Towing came on time, as promised. He was professional and just a really nice guy. Charged me a fair price and I was on my way before I knew it. I would definitely recommend this company and I’ve now entered their name and number in my phone contacts, just in case.

I made the mistake of calling another service where I was obviously not a “priority”. After waiting and waiting and being strung along, I called Plunkett and was probably taking care of.

My niece had a flat heading home from Alabama on the side of 65. I had called just to ask the process of having the roadside assistance done. He offered to go and check on her since she was scared and when he got there he found the spare in her trunk and changed it out for a fair price! Really nice guy! Would highly recommend and would definitely use him again!
I needed a tow and called Plunketts. There was no answer and I didn’t leave a message. Plunketts returned my call which showed tremendous initiative. They told me when they could be there to meet us and showed up sooner than the estimate. They used a flat bed tow truck exercising great care. I am going to repair the car and Plunketts was able to place the car in my garage. Awesome job! Highly recommend.
Called a lot of towing services about 11pm on a Saturday night and only Plunkett had a truck that was available and available quickly. Driver was extremely polite and arrived when he said he would. Obviously a broken down vehicle sucks, but the nice folks at Plunkett made it easier to deal with. Thank you!
I went to the grocery this morning to buy groceries before more inclement weather moved in. When I returned to my car the rear passenger tire was flat. I called Plunkett Towing and he told me that he could be there in 45 minutes. He was on time and super fast. He saved my day! Thanks so much !!!
I, unfortunately, was in a position where I needed a tow truck. Based on reviews, I contacted Brad with Plunkett Towing around 9:00 pm. Very courteous and professional on the phone and even more so in person. He showed up when he said he would and had myself, along with my vehicle, at the destination with no issues. If you're ever in the unfortunate position where you need a tow, I HIGHLY recommend him.
I didn't actually get to use their service, but I'm still giving them two big thumbs up. The gentleman I talked to was very polite. Their estimate was very reasonable. I had a friend come pick me up to get coolant for my truck so I could get it home without a tow. But the business was kind enough to call me back and make sure I got back on the road safely. Very pleased with their customer service.

We broke down at 8 pm on a Sunday. My Auto Insurance Company Roadside Asst couldn't find anyone that was open. We called 2 other 24 hour towing services that sent us directly to voicemail. Brad picked up the phone and promptly picked us up too. Courteous and responsive.He was certainly our hero in our moment of need

I had my motorcycle towed 35 miles. They showed up on time, responded to my calls quickly, and transported my bike safely. Will be using them again for any future tows.
