I called Plunkett because of the other reviews. The service, communication and follow through were all five star worthy! I will not hesitate to refer Plunkett to family and friends!
I had a flat tire and Plunkett Roadside and Towing came on time, as promised. He was professional and just a really nice guy. Charged me a fair price and I was on my way before I knew it. I would definitely recommend this company and I’ve now entered their name and number in my phone contacts, just in case.

My niece had a flat heading home from Alabama on the side of 65. I had called just to ask the process of having the roadside assistance done. He offered to go and check on her since she was scared and when he got there he found the spare in her trunk and changed it out for a fair price! Really nice guy! Called a lot of towing services about 11pm on a Saturday night and only Plunkett had a truck that was available and available quickly. Driver was extremely polite and arrived when he said he would. Obviously a broken down vehicle sucks, but the nice folks at Plunkett made it easier to deal with. Thank you!

I didn't actually get to use their service, but I'm still giving them two big thumbs up. The gentleman I talked to was very polite. Their estimate was very reasonable. I had a friend come pick me up to get coolant for my truck so I could get it home without a tow. But the business was kind enough to call me back and make sure I got back on the road safely.
