I called several places trying to find help when I ran out of gas. My 6-year-old daughter and I were stranded... Jamie Gentry was there within 15 minutes and made sure we were okay! He made the distressing situation much better with his kind and responsive service! I recommend that you let them take care of you too!

My vehicle broke down completely about 90 miles from home on a Sunday. I had no idea who to call for a tow but someone who stopped to help mentioned Gentry. They came promptly, and their fee was reasonable. When the first shop they towed it to couldn’t help, I was able to coordinate with Nick to have them tow it 25 miles closer to home the following day, also at a reasonable price. Would use them again…but hopefully won’t ever have to

I called Mr. Gentry on a Sunday evening at around 630pm, he was there within the 30-45 minute timeframe he gave me. Loaded up my vehicle with two flat tires and dropped it at the location I requested down the road. On time, fair priced, nice gentleman to deal with. 5 ⭐ for Gentry Towing!!

I hit a deer at about 1:30am while transporting some New Year’s Eve patrons on New Year’s morning. The accident occurred on Hillsboro Road between Moran and West Sneed.
I was injured and taken by ambulance from the scene of the accident and transported to Williamson Medical Center.
I didn’t have comprehensive coverage on my vehicle to cover my damages, and even though I had passengers at the time Uber’s insurance refused to cover.
My 2015 Honda Pilot Touring was towed by Gentry towing. Gentry was kind and professional in the beginning by allowing me to remove my personal belongings from my vehicle several days later.
I planned to get my vehicle back the following week but we were struck by a winter weather system and I had to undergo emergency retina reattachment surgery.
I called Gentry towing on January 17th, January 19th, and January 24th and couldn’t reach anyone. I finally reached Mr. Gentry on January 28th to let him know that my insurance wouldn’t cover and that I wanted to get an invoice for the bill.
Gentry then proceeded to tell me that “the deer got in to my vehicle pretty good” and that “it wasn’t worth fixing.” He said “l’m willing to keep my vehicle and call it even on the tow and storage bill.”
I then informed Mr. Gentry that a friend of mine who does body work saw the video and pictures of my vehicle’s damage and said that he could repair it for around $3000.
I asked about the bill again. Gentry then informed me that the 10 mile tow to his lot was $375, and the storage was being billed at $40 a day. At that point I asked Gentry to tow my vehicle back to my house in Murfreesboro, TN (29.6 miles) He charged $300 more for that tow. He said he would give me a “break” on my bill at $1700.00 cash total…lucky me!
IMO Gentry wasn’t answering my phone calls intentionally so that he could allow the storage bill to snowball on my vehicle so that could place a lien on it.
He wanted my vehicle, so he overcharged me and avoided me to try to keep it.
Needless to say I think he’s crooked and I don’t recommend Gentry Towing…at all!
I’ve needed towing service twice in the past month and used Gentry’s both times. Excellent service! Very kind, professional and has great communication. Nick took care of my vehicle in a very timely manner and followed up with me to make sure I was happy. Great company to work with in a stressful time of need and would definitely recommend them for any towing services!
Gentry Towing was very responsive, showed up when they said they would and was quick to hookup and get my vehicle to the shop. Very happy with their service and they were very nice to deal with. Final PRO was that the price was very reasonable. Definitely highly recommend.
I work with a lot of tow yards and it's always nice when they are kind and just overall pleasant to deal with. I called and this gentleman wanted to help by even putting himself in danger to get me fee information. I told him, sir I will call you back. 12:30 at night had a blow out with my wife and newborn in the car . Car was immobile , had to pull to the right shoulder (plenty of room) called this company , he said sure we’ll have someone out in 30 min . 2 hours later I get a text saying his driver drove past us but realized he didn’t have his safety vest, so he couldn’t stop . After 3 more local 24 hour company’s were a no show . I finally walked to a house a couple miles away and borrowed a jack and wrench . Unbelievable disregard for fellow human beings . I wouldn’t hire him to even wash my car after this experience.
Casey was wonderful. Came to me within 15 minutes. He was very professional and courteous. Answered all the questions i had. I work in the auto insurance claims and find that Gentry's prices are very fair and reasonable
I had the amazing good fortune of meeting Jamie from Gentry Towing when my car broke down tonight. In the midst of heavy traffic and darkness, Jamie, who was on his way home from work, could have easily driven past. He stopped of his own accord before I'd even managed to get AAA on the phone. He got my car running, shared valuable advice, and in a highly stressful situation, his kindness put me at ease. He even offered to follow me to my street to make sure my car made it home. I'm incredibly grateful for his expertise and genuine concern. If you're ever in need of towing assistance, Jamie is the person you can trust to handle the situation with both professionalism and compassion. I know I'll use Gentry Towing next time I need it! On our way home after vacation we had an accident. We were still a few states from home. Jamie and Nick were so professional and kind. They verified a vehicle rental office was open and had a vehicle we could rent. The transported us there and remained with us until we were able to move our belongings from our wrecked vehicle to the rental.
The peace of mind this provided to us is unmeasurable. Thank you both so much for your help and kindness.

I understand circumstances tractor trailer hitting a van that was being refurbished I appreciate it Gentry towing for allowing us to retrieve I personally belongings with no static they stayed in touch with us and washed over us while we retrieve that belongings from the van what we could get of it it was crushed like a can
My son broke down at 1:30 AM on his way home from work. I called Gentry Towing and Recovery at 1:58 AM and they were courteous and quickly arrived at my sons location. The dispatcher was great and the driver was super nice and helpful and took great care when dropping the truck and my son off at our home. I will definitely call on them again if my family needs towing assistance and I highly recommend them to anyone else in need of a good towing company. They certainly eased this mother's worry by being so kind and quick to help my son.
The owner Jamie runs a clean and professional business. I called him a few days before I needed three cars hauled and he delivered as promised. The driver Andrew showed up and handled the job flawlessly. Will definitely be using their service again. Thanks y’all!!!
I'd like to say big thank you. You guys were great. My tire blew out in the middle of the night. I called 4 other towing agencies & gentry was the only one that came & rescued us. Arrived quickly and took great care of my truck. It's a 1949 Ford F1 so it was a little more challenging to tow but they did it with care. Only tow service I will use.
I had some unfortunate issues with my car, and needed to be towed from Spring Hill up to Brentwood where the shop is. Their pricing is great, and on top of that, the person that showed up was unbelievably nice and professional. They took care of me with ease.
Not only that, but I had another issue with my car just days later (from the issue not being fixed the first time) and had to have my battery jumped off. Gentry again sent a top notch driver out, and not only took care of me, but gave me some great advice to boot. Great work all around, can NOT recommend enough.
