I’m sure this company provides great services; however, one of their drivers needs anger management classes and proper driving etiquette training, especially when operating large equipment. I was in Franklin on the entrance ramp to I-65 northbound, in a zipper merge lane, I was well ahead of a white Ram 5500 with a 45-foot trailer. The driver deliberately refused to let me merge onto the highway, speeding up despite ample space for a safe merge. This forced me to drive onto the shoulder, over the rumble strip, for about 500 feet to avoid a collision.
I am very pleased with the work Issac did! It was my first time purchasing a shipping container from Conexwest. Issac was very professional and careful. I highly recommend this company and Issac if you need anything delivered in a challenging area. Thank you!
Horrible customer service. Zack stood me up for three weeks promising to do a job. Honestly don’t know how these people stay in business! If you don’t have time to do a job just say so, instead of lying to people.
These guys delivered a 40ft container for me in Burns Tn. James Meyers was on time and very informative. He was able to put the container in a remote area of the property on a hill for me. I told him about putting another container in a more remote part of the property and he was confident he could put it anywhere I wanted. I will definitely be calling these guys soon for that next container. Highly exceeded my expectations and would recommend HTR to anyone that needs this type of service.
Zach really did a heck of a job getting my corvette out of my garage and to the dealership. No other tow company could do it and they all recommended Harpeth towing to do the job. And Zach was perfect. Recommend them 1000 percent.
Their drivers are dangerous. Speeding, driving in left lanes, cutting people off. I don't want to be on the same road with these people I sure wouldn't trust them with my vehicle... we did call and left a message about the truck in the attached picture, never got a return call.

We had a employee slid a 42,000 pound excavator down a hillside an was on the edge of flipping it with no way of getting it back up we tried other machines an nothing so we called Harpeth towing an recover an he said he was on the way an it was no time they was there an victor was awesome an did a great job getting it out very safely an quick I highly recommend these guys

My car got stuck on a culvert, called at 4:45 on a Friday night. They showed up within 30 minutes. The tow truck driver was awesome in figuring out how to get my car off the culvert without damaging my vehicle. Somehow he worked his magic and I was on my way with no damage to my car. It really could have turned out much differently!! They were a life saver.
Truly amazing people here. I was stuck broken down in a parking garage. State Farm roadside had to call 2 tow truck companies all of which could not get my car out over a span of 8 hours. I gave up on State Farm and called Harpeth on my own. They came within 15 minutes. James (when nobody else could) got my car to start (hallelujah), he drove it out of the garage and told me he’d follow behind me to make sure I made it safely to the body shop. We were traveling cross country when my husband's big ol' truck gave out on us. We still had one last leg on our trip and couldn't find a shop that could look at his truck for another 2 weeks. That wasn't going to work for us. We were traveling with dogs and had to meet movers in the next 2 days. I called Harpeth to see if a long-distance tow was something they could provide and, thankfully, it was. They were very transparent about the cost; we were asking for a tow of almost 300 miles so it added up! But they made sure I knew what we were looking at before we pulled the trigger. We waited for less than an hour. Austin called when he was on his way and off we went. We are so grateful to this company and appreciate their kindness and professionalism.

Austin came to tow my vehicle yesterday 5/11/22 and was extremely helpful and nice. My traverse was recently serviced for front brakes, and they failed to do their job when putting my vehicle back together. My brakes failed on my way to get my kids from school and Austin was able to get my car picked up in under 2 hrs. I had called two companies before and they weren’t able to help. Austin also sent me a picture of the issue which was fantastic as I was able to relay that to the service department at Walker Chevrolet. At that time, they admitted to faulty workmanship as I was able to prove to him the issue was their fault.

The rear wheels on my car locked up so it required the use of dollies and a wheel lift truck versus a flatbed. Here’s the great thing about Harpeth, they answer your call! they communicate which is really unusual I found in this Industry.

Harpeth Towing was able to come to my rescue in a very short amount of time because they have enough flatbed trucks in service. I called other companies and was told that the wait time for a flatbed was at least three hours or more. Harpeth towing was there in less than 35 minutes from the time I called them. My driver was very professional and I would use them again but this time I would call them first!
Everybody from dispatch to the tow truck driver or very nice and friendly and gave me a great estimate on how long it would be before they got to me. The tow truck arrives before I was able to get to the car and he was friendly through the whole process. I would definitely call these guys again if I needed a tow.
Mr victor came out and yanked me out of ice without even a scratch. 250,000 plus pounds and not a scratch. Realized i was on my own dime and did me a total solid. I am giving harpeth number to every driver i know when in nashville area. Victor was awesome i tried to but him dinner he wouldnt take it. Warren was fantastic. Went way over and beyond. I was having a 40 ft container delivered to a hunting camp and due to work I had to send my 77 year old dad to meet Warren for the drop. Warren made sure everything was perfect before he left. Help get it level and everything. Ridiculously helpful.

Very professional! I received calls to keep me up on how long it would take for the tow truck driver to arrive. I called on a very busy day, due to a tornado hitting the night before. However, they were able to get me taken care of in a reasonable time. I would definitely use the service again, as well as, refer them to family or friends.
