I had gone everywhere around j.c., Elizabethton, all around the tricities looking for a legit pay here like they all say they are. And they all say they accept no credit or bad credit well they don't they lie. But, at H & H They had me in a car no problem. As long as you can prove you work, and get insurance before you leave, you will leave in a car. And I love my car !!! I've bought several cars from here and I recommend them to everyone!!
So.. I gave it a few months before I did a review just because it seemed a little too good to be true. At first I was a little skeptical because of the location but the guys were so easy to work with. He would have let us test drive any vehicle, had I not had my heart set on a specific car. He was completely transparent about the vehicle history and what work it has had done or would need done and the actual buying process was super smooth. We have had the car for a few months now and it's ran perfectly from day 1. I know it's a used car and it's inevitable that something will go wrong eventually but after this amount of time, it would be obvious its not something they tried to cover up. Making payments has been easy as well. Overall I was pleasantly surprised with the whole ordeal, enough that we went back and bought a 2nd car for our daughter.
We purchased a 2009 GMC Sierra "AS IS" and had issues with it within just a few days.... Come to find out the head was cracked and it was over heating and leaking antifreeze. These gentlemen that owns HH told my husband to bring it in and they will take care of it! Excellent business that stand by their vehicles and customers. We won't go anywhere else another than HH to purchase any used vehicles. I highly recommend them.
Excellent Owner! Excellent Staff! Excellent variety and choice of makes and models! Excellent service all the around! That's alot of excellents. Actually it's too many to turn down. If your looking for a excellent deal on a good used Vehicle My advice would be "BE THERE OR BE SQUARE"
We drove 4 hours to look at a vehicle at another dealership in Johnson City. We decided not to buy it and spent the night to possibly look at other vehicles in the area. We found another vehicle online that we were interested in and called the dealer the next day. He gave us information on that vehicle and his best price, so we decided to take a test drive. The dealer was straight forward and didn't pressure us at all. He was nice and seemed to be honest. This is a family owned and operated dealership that's been in business for 30 years. We met the dad and brother, who were also nice, straight forward people. We took the vehicle for a long test drive, to be as informed as possible to make a decision. We bought our, new to us, Toyota Rav4 and so far, we're happy with our decision. My wife and I absolutely recommended H&H Auto Sales to anyone looking for a decent quality used vehicle. I believe that their honesty and no BS customer service goes a long way.
I owe these guys an apology.. They are the best.. Great Christian men any will make any wrongs right!! I urge everyone to go see them if you are needing a vehicle.. They are great men to work with you!! They're honest and will not break you up. I highly recommend them.. They are fixing my car and I am forever grateful to them..
This place was awesome... you can buy a car or a truck... The have mechanics right there on site...A friend of mine works there and really likes his job...Stop on buy some day and check this place out... Polite people when we visited them there...
This is absolutely one of the Best places that will actually listen to you and give you a RELIABLE car. I'm the current owner of a 2010 Ford Edge sel. They on more then one occasion have helped me fix the car when they DIDNT HAVE TO. Even down to my air conditioner. You will not find another place like h and h they are good people. They will work with you as long as you are honest. They are very humble guys.
Been going in here for 20+ years lol! Ever since I was a teenager, basically! They were amazing people to work with and always seemed fair about handling business. (Also they have a giant flea market to walk through - bought quite a few things over the years wandering around in there!) Good people, fantastic place!
I have to say, I've had nothing but good experiences with this family! It's a good family ran company with good ole fashioned Christian beliefs! This is the second car I've got off them and they have helped me every step of the way. When I needed an oil leak fixed, bushings fixed, ball joint fixed, they fixed it and it would have cost me quite a bit at a shop but they didn't charge me a penny up front. Todd, Tim and their dad are some of the best people I've ever met! This car SHOULD last me a long time, but when it's time to get another I'm definitely going to go back thru them. You just don't find places like this much anymore, if you're wondering if you should go thru them- the answer is yes! I would recommend them to anyone.
I hardly ever leave reviews with words but let me tell y’all about my experience.
Our transmission in our van went out earlier in the week and my husband just got his Tennessee drivers license. We were in dire need of a vehicle to get me to and from work as I run a whole store in North Carolina. My husband works near Asheville. We needed something to get me to and from work. We showed up and found a PERFECT SUV. We didn’t have the full down payment and they worked with us to where we could do the rest later. This has been the best experience ever.
Buy here, pay here lot. Used cars that are generally high mileage and slightly overpriced but it's a good option for those who don't have good credit. As with any used cars, there's a risk with reliability, but they are really good about taking care of their customers.
I have been with H & H for almost 3 years and I have had 3 vehicles with them. If I have ever had an issue, they have fixed it. They have always worked with me any time I have had a problem. Any time I have wanted to trade my vehicle, they have let me. I absolutely love that they are so understanding and I will never deal with anyone else.
I have bought one vehicle from them buying another. Only place I have ever felt with that will work with no matter what. As long as you communicate with them they will work with you.
Please do not buy a car from here. They will not help you what so ever! The car almost killed me. I asked them to look at it or at least trade the car because I put so much money in the car and they wouldn't. They told me every car has problems! They over charge for a vehicle and I would never recommend any one to buy anything from them! TRUST ME!
