First time at this salvage yard. Entry was $2 and cash only, so bring cash. I was glad I came with a friend who already knew that, because I would not have had cash on hand. Their website was helpful since it shows what vehicles are on the lot, and the yard is organized by make and production line, which made it easier to look around. I did not find the part I needed this time, but overall it was a good experience. I would come back again.
Great prices on used parts if you're willing to go there and take stuff off yourself definitely one of my favorite stops when I'm looking to fix a vehicle. Always friendly staff.
First time in. Told the layout of yard. Found what was on list of possible vehicles. Walked around yard and found vehicles on list. Everything was to new for what I needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful through the process.
I called this location hoping to get get the parts that I really needed , I was professionally and warmly greeted by Trinity even though the parts were not on hand at that location as soon as I asked if there was another location she promptly gave me all the information that I needed and added info , thanks again Trinity and thank you Express Pull N Save
Most of the time i can leave with about 80 % of the stuff i was looking for! Which is good due to the fact these are wrecked cars and others work on them also.
You can go to their website and see if your vehicle for pull a part is there... take your own tools and a bucket to put your parts in...i saw sone with wheel barrells rolling out parts...
Avontae, the curly haired employee was extremely helpful and patient!! He helped me find and locate the correct vehicle from the lot, and went above and beyond explained the store credit and return policy in case I needed it! Definitely will be returning for more parts in the future
I arrived at 4:28 pm and was denied entry into the yard by a mixed-race employee with long hair. His attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming, and he made no effort to provide a reason or assistance. Very disappointing experience — I won’t be coming back.
Was visiting Family in Lebanon, decided to take a trip to A Yard while I was in the area, Glad I did, Express friendly Staff and the customers that were in the yard also, were very helpful, I didnt have any tools, but thanks to Express friendly Staff and customers I got what I needed at very reasonable price.. It was okay they didn't have what I needed though so I went to another one and got exactly what I needed and they already had it pulled out for me so made this place look kinda bad but I'm sure it's fine I've heard alot of people talk about how great it is so I'll possibly fo back one day
Prices are fair but they need to do a better job at policing parts pullers. People cut everything in the way out with Sawzalls to get what they want, ruining lots of good parts. They tear door panels and interior parts out and ruin them as well.
They were very nice and very helpful they let us stay after closing to finish getting the part we needed. I would recommend this place to anyone needing parts, for any car they have a wide variety of cars witch is nice.
Don’t waste ur time here they have no 70s or 80s parts worth anything and number one lil dude behind the counter is very disrespectful called my truck scrap and he has no idea what he’s even taking ab and can’t here anyone with the earphones in his ears ive been thare a few times nothing good and nothing but disrespect one star for this place guys need to chill out it’s just a junk yard not some high dollar hotel
DO NOT go to this location! Go to La Vergne instead. If you are ok with dishonest Clerks, this is the location for you. The clerk will attempt to rip you off to you face. I purchased quite a number of parts and as I and the clerks at La Vergne do, we go over the entire receipt for accuracy. I spent quite a bit every time I go. I found the clerk added items or misrepresented items the first time, they understood and were happy to fix the errors. So they redid the invoice...the math didn't add up...instead the clerk not only removed the incorrect number of items...but here is the kicker...added other items that were not present, things that were never on the original itemized invoice. Ok...maybe a mistake, but after addressing it again, they did this again TWICE. They were finding any way to make an extra buck or two...well you would make an extra couple $1000 (ask your La Vergne office about me btw) if you were a little more honest. So if you want a dishonest experience...this would be the spot. I'm a customer of the other location and have spent THOUSANDS of dollars with them as they are amazing and honest. Thankfully I went there first since if I would have came here, Express Pull N Save would have lost my business. I'm more than happy to pay for my items, but when you are dishonest and attempt to rip me off as a customer on purpose...multiple times and I call your mistakes out to you to reply with random made up answers...it doesn't take a genius to smell BS. Dishonesty says a lot about a character and with whom I conduct my patronage or business with.
$2 entry fee and cheap parts. Everything's accessible and they provide wheelbarrows for hauling your tools in and parts out.

I always come here whenever I can’t find certain parts at the auto parts store, most of the time I do find them here.
All the workers here are very friendly, they treat you with the utter most politeness. Depending on the weather just make sure you bring waters and a snacks, depending on the park you’re looking for it might take a couple of hours!
Next time I go back I’ll post some videos of the place!
Online database was great and included a photo of the vehicle I was looking for, which was awesome. The lot map is really helpful and the row numbering is easy to read as you walk the lot. The cars are well-spaced and easy to get to every part of the vehicle. Staff was helpful and polite. I saw a lot of newer vehicles here, so I don't think you'll find many classics, FYI.

This place is sweet. I showed up expecting to break my bank just for a tailgate support line thing (no clue what it's actually called) and found exactly the one I needed for my 1995 GMC Sierra. The employee at the front was kind and professional, overall just a great experience.
Do NOT come here!!!! My starter went out in their parking lot and I called the next day to apologize that it was there and their reaction was “Well if it’s not gone by today we’re having a SCRAP guy come and get it. The managers are pissed about it.” So I called a towing service and they said they can’t get to it till tomorrow (Monday). We called them back to let them know it will be tomorrow before we can get the truck and their response to this was even better. “That might be okay, but we’re not responsible for anything that happens to the truck”. As in vandalism. 1. What was the point in even bringing that up? 2. Why the bad attitude when we’re trying to work this out reasonably? They also lied and said that they don’t have cameras which is false. I mean come on man what’s the deal? Is this how people are running businesses now cause this is not okay. You cannot treat people like that. Especially making threats about vandalizing someone’s property because their vehicle just so happened to break down on your property. You run a junkyard you people should know better than anyone that stuff breaks. This was all a very ridiculous and stressful situation when it should’ve never been that. I’ll never be doing business with them again and I hope this makes other people think twice before giving their hard earned money to these people who think it’s okay to treat their customers like this.
Ine if the smaller salvage yards I have been to and seems a bit disorganized. Some cars seemed to be placed haphazardly and quite a few were flat on the ground. I may have just come on a bad day. Not a bad place but I will probably tick with their Lavergne location in the future. The people were nice and the prices are good. If you're nearby there is no need to go to a further location. Check their inventory online.
This was an excellent experience. Having worked in a recycling facility/ scrapyard before, it is pretty common to run into some rough spots in service. This facility was by far the friendliest, most informative and easiest place to take care of your recycling needs. There are several places near my home but I drove 27 miles one way to deal with Harris because it is worth it! Experience it people. You won't be disappointed!
