Prices are fair but they need to do a better job at policing parts pullers. People cut everything in the way out with Sawzalls to get what they want, ruining lots of good parts. They tear door panels and interior parts out and ruin them as well.
They were very nice and very helpful they let us stay after closing to finish getting the part we needed. I would recommend this place to anyone needing parts, for any car they have a wide variety of cars witch is nice.
Is the people that the front office are great!!! It's looking for individual cars for individual parts. It really is just a toss of the dice. Is overall I'll keep coming back!
Don’t waste ur time here they have no 70s or 80s parts worth anything and number one lil dude behind the counter is very disrespectful called my truck scrap and he has no idea what he’s even taking ab and can’t here anyone with the earphones in his ears ive been thare a few times nothing good and nothing but disrespect one star for this place guys need to chill out it’s just a junk yard not some high dollar hotel 😂😂😂😂
DO NOT go to this location! Go to La Vergne instead. If you are ok with dishonest Clerks, this is the location for you. The clerk will attempt to rip you off to you face. I purchased quite a number of parts and as I and the clerks at La Vergne do, we go over the entire receipt for accuracy. I spent quite a bit every time I go. I found the clerk added items or misrepresented items the first time, they understood and were happy to fix the errors. So they redid the invoice...the math didn't add up...instead the clerk not only removed the incorrect number of items...but here is the kicker...added other items that were not present, things that were never on the original itemized invoice. Ok...maybe a mistake, but after addressing it again, they did this again TWICE. They were finding any way to make an extra buck or two...well you would make an extra couple $1000 (ask your La Vergne office about me btw) if you were a little more honest. So if you want a dishonest experience...this would be the spot. I'm a customer of the other location and have spent THOUSANDS of dollars with them as they are amazing and honest. Thankfully I went there first since if I would have came here, Express Pull N Save would have lost my business. I'm more than happy to pay for my items, but when you are dishonest and attempt to rip me off as a customer on purpose...multiple times and I call your mistakes out to you to reply with random made up answers...it doesn't take a genius to smell BS. Dishonesty says a lot about a character and with whom I conduct my patronage or business with.
$2 entry fee and cheap parts. Everything's accessible and they provide wheelbarrows for hauling your tools in and parts out.
Can't ask for more! Awesome!

Not so happy with the staff anymore. Basically, just rude. Hopefully, the young girl that now works there can use some of those tools they got to remove the stick from up her @$$.

I always come here whenever I can’t find certain parts at the auto parts store, most of the time I do find them here.
All the workers here are very friendly, they treat you with the utter most politeness. Depending on the weather just make sure you bring waters and a snacks, depending on the park you’re looking for it might take a couple of hours!
Next time I go back I’ll post some videos of the place!
Online database was great and included a photo of the vehicle I was looking for, which was awesome. The lot map is really helpful and the row numbering is easy to read as you walk the lot. The cars are well-spaced and easy to get to every part of the vehicle. Staff was helpful and polite. I saw a lot of newer vehicles here, so I don't think you'll find many classics, FYI.

This place is sweet. I showed up expecting to break my bank just for a tailgate support line thing (no clue what it's actually called) and found exactly the one I needed for my 1995 GMC Sierra. The employee at the front was kind and professional, overall just a great experience.
Do NOT come here!!!! My starter went out in their parking lot and I called the next day to apologize that it was there and their reaction was “Well if it’s not gone by today we’re having a SCRAP guy come and get it. The managers are pissed about it.” So I called a towing service and they said they can’t get to it till tomorrow (Monday). We called them back to let them know it will be tomorrow before we can get the truck and their response to this was even better. “That might be okay, but we’re not responsible for anything that happens to the truck”. As in vandalism. 1. What was the point in even bringing that up? 2. Why the bad attitude when we’re trying to work this out reasonably? They also lied and said that they don’t have cameras which is false. I mean come on man what’s the deal? Is this how people are running businesses now cause this is not okay. You cannot treat people like that. Especially making threats about vandalizing someone’s property because their vehicle just so happened to break down on your property. You run a junkyard you people should know better than anyone that stuff breaks. This was all a very ridiculous and stressful situation when it should’ve never been that. I’ll never be doing business with them again and I hope this makes other people think twice before giving their hard earned money to these people who think it’s okay to treat their customers like this.
Best place to get parts. They have alot of inventory and they are always helpful and kind. Best junkyard in the entire country. Their prices are affordable unlike other junkyards. They are the Best and I buy all of my parts from them.
Not a very good experience! I went to get a starter for my car and after fighting with it for what seemed like forever I finally have up and headed for the exit only to find the exit locked! They closed the doors and locked me inside the junk yard. It was 6:37pm by my phone. I injured myself trying to get out
These guys and gals are awesome. Love the 30 day warranty. Never had a problem with them honoring it even if it's an electrical part. Both Laverne and Lebanon great
Good variety of salvage cars. I did find what I needed but they didn't have anyone to help me load it (complete rear axle assembly) very heavy but priced fair. I would give 5 stars if they had loaders for every day they are open.
Ine if the smaller salvage yards I have been to and seems a bit disorganized. Some cars seemed to be placed haphazardly and quite a few were flat on the ground. I may have just come on a bad day. Not a bad place but I will probably tick with their Lavergne location in the future. The people were nice and the prices are good. If you're nearby there is no need to go to a further location. Check their inventory online.
Went here today to get a part for my truck that I couldn’t find anywhere, I called to make sure they were open because of all the snow lately, Sabrina sey I think was the name of the person I talked to, she said yes were open and come on in and get what you need. When I went in she looked up the truck I needed and told me where it was. I got the part I needed and thanked her for being so friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back here again when I need something!
Nice place. Found exactly what I needed, relatively quickly. The better you are at stripping parts and getting at what you need, the better experience you’ll have. Prices are fine, I suppose. Expected to pay more, so, that’s a plus. Good selection of cars.
This was an excellent experience. Having worked in a recycling facility/ scrapyard before, it is pretty common to run into some rough spots in service. This facility was by far the friendliest, most informative and easiest place to take care of your recycling needs. There are several places near my home but I drove 27 miles one way to deal with Harris because it is worth it! Experience it people. You won't be disappointed!
