They wanted to charge me $5 more than it was on line brand new. Literally look like they picked it up out of the dirt in the backyard. When I brought it to their attention the price online, they laughed and said damn it. But still wouldn't lower the price..
Ordered a 2002 Volvo S80 front door glass for the drivers side. Delivered the next day with all the little parts needed to install! Absolutely amazing service and so very professional. This young lady has a high auto IQ, getting a part for an older truck and she knew off hand how it was assembled, rivets versus bolts and in short order had it removed and threw in a couple of small parts that would ease my install and ensure quality was high when it was installed. I have been trying to locate an engine for a Trailblazer supposedly I found one at this location. After repeatedly calling them everyday for the last 3 weeks they do not answer the phone and have not produced an engine as of this date! If I was able to give negative Stars I will give this a -5 forbad public relations and customer service
I'd give it a 5, but they're hard ta get a hold of, so far gotten what i needed, very busy place, upping it a half a star, took my car in ta have 2 tires replace, fast service, great job done

Although my gps took me to another location, I would have to say service was the best. Came to get my side view mirror replaced and had a different place source it out, when I got there one mirror was cracked but they easily found another. Really got to know the family and was even showed how to properly put on my own side mirror. bought AND Replaced my mirror for under $100! The ppl were nice and the service was even better. I’ll be seeing them in the future.

I've been calling this place for over a week everyday. I need a part they have for my wife's car but can't get a answer and the recording that says the mailbox is full isn't the same number im dialing. Is this place even open any longer?
Sold me a bad engine. Agreed to replace it but will not answer the phone . I don't have time to play with you. Do you have an replacement engine or not? Would not recommend this business to anyone not even my worst enemy....
Worst Service Ever. Placed an order for a throttle body, they were quick to take the order in and take my money, now they wont even answer the phone. It has been 2 weeks of constant calling and not a single soul. DONT BUY FROM HERE. Do not be fooled by the fake reviews posted by themselves
I wouldn't dare go back there its not what it is bought an alternator from that was no good tried to take it back they never answered the phone again and when I finally talked to him after going over there several he told me it had a one day warranty that was 75 dollars gone will never do business again there
I cannot stress how amazing the customer service was when I deal with them. Coming from other yards that didnt help out so much to have a yard so motivated to help you out to the best of their ability cannot be understated. I will be in contact with them for all my shops needs first from now on!!
Very helpful. Very friendly. I called ahead and they found me the right battery. They went and physically measured its dimensions for me to double check the fit. They even had it charged by the time I got there. Very reasonable price.
I went there today to find a simple donut spare tire for my wife's car. A man walked around the corner, pointed down the road, and said "Go! Tomorrow!". I said that I was looking for a spare, and got the same thing. "Go! Tomorrow! Go!", while again pointing down the road. I will never go back and would not recommend it to anyone after this experience.
Awful service. I tried to junk my car and was told for three days that they would come get it. I let them know that it would have to be done I the morning because I work in the evenings, and each day they said that would be fine. For three days I called them in the morning to verify what time they would be arriving. And each time I was told that they wouldn't be here until 4 or 5 in the afternoon. They do not stick to their own agreed upon schedule and now have left me in a serious bind. Thanks hilltop.

I went to AC Hilltop looking for an engine for my 06 Sentra, the staff was much more helpful and knowledgeable than others in the area. They helped me find an engine that runs great, for a great price. Definitely plan on coming back!
I went into A C Hilltop needing parts for my 05 Honda Accord. The staff helped me find the alternator I needed and they saved me money compared to other junkyards.
I've bought many parts from here all turn out well usually but customer service there is horrible . I call and just because I don't answer with a Goodmorning instead I answered with a hello. they will pick up my calls and hang up right away . If you ask me that's not how you run a business but that's just my opinion
