Had a great experience with these guys. They were communicative, and I learned a lot as my vehicle was being repaired. Do not listen to the bad reviews. Make your own opinion. These guys are the real deal. My car has never felt better.
Drove my race car there paid upfront he did a tune didn’t even finish the tune on my car picked it up he blew my transmission up and told me he wouldn’t be liable for the damage done to my car
Took my 2015 mustang gt to get some headers and cat back put on, they did fantastic work! Finished the job in a timely manner and were very professional. 100% recommend to anyone. I also never actually met them in person due to me living farther away so I dropped off and picked up after hours, but they still made the whole experience pleasant. Blew my motor. They went to tune my car. Didn’t do any pre inspection of the setup. First pull they went wide open and the car blew up. Blamed me for not setting it up right. Offered no help to fix the car. Then after I made a post online telling people what happened they told me to never come back to their shop again. Terrible experience
Took my 6th gen camaro ss to delk for a converter tune and flex fuel sensor kit and they knocked that outta the park and even found a few other issues that another performance shop didn't find. Car drives and is faster than it's ever been would definitely recommend delk!!!
I know we all have different experiences but some of these negative posts don’t reflect what I have experienced. They have put turbos and supercharger on 2 of my F150s and they have been phenomenal. Great communication and responded to any concerns I had, I’m sure I bothered them more than the average person and they were very patient with me. They have been very reasonable on costs from what I see online from others and most importantly I trust them. That’s hard to find in today’s world. I am addicted to mod’s for my truck(s) and won’t go to ANYONE else. Brent and Heath rock! Just remember there are ALWAYS 2 sides to a story.
I normally don’t leave reviews but with my experience here i feel like i have no choice.
i dropped my car off here to get a diagnosis and fix on a problem with the cars inconsistent fuel pressure. after months and months of poor communication and thousands and thousands of dollars i took the car back.after taking it upon himself to do work i didn’t ask for we had to literally negotiate price because they wanted around $6k and the car still ran the same as when i dropped it off. i brought the amount i had previously said was my budget ceiling and he told me he had done more work since then. (without contacting me whatsoever)
i told him i only wanted to pay him for the work we had agreed on doing but he told me the car wouldn’t leave the shop until i paid the remaining.
accepting my losses i decided to get the car back and sell it. i went to the bank and got a a check and he told me he would wait a few weeks to cash it so i had a chance to sell the car. it came out of my account 4 days later…. luckily i had already sold the car by then and it gets even better. the new owner (not a mechanic) fixed it in 45 minutes in the parking lot of oreillys for less than $100 the same day he bought it off me. the new owner told me there was a hole in the vacuum line from where they had put one of there many zip ties. car now runs like new but no thanks to this shop. i wish i had a better experience here but in all honesty i could never recommend this shop. I’d go anywhere else.
Absolutely horrible experience. Brought in my 2011 mustang. Was is the shop for way over estimation. And went way over budget. I honestly felt so out of the loop with the lack of communication between the shop and myself. After going over budget without clearing it with me, they then demanded me pay. 0/10 please find somewhere else to go.
Brought in my Bugatti and they couldn’t even fix a damn hole in my tire. This place sucks and couldn’t fix a mustang if it had a mane and hooves man. That’s all I have to say. Do better. Bad service 10/10 do not recommend.
Do not recommend. Had a Mustang for over 6+ months to fix a misfire issue, chased unrelated issues all over the car and replaced unnecessary parts, horrible communication. Exceeded the budget significantly without asking for authorization to complete work. Never coming back.
My first experience with Heath and Brent Delk was shortly after I took delivery of my brand new 2011 Mustang GT. They put a performance tune on it, cold air intake, and Roush mufflers. I called them on my way back home from their shop to express my satisfaction with the new performance and sound coming from my "tweaked" Stang. Recently when my beloved Stang experienced a new issue, I paid extra fees to have it towed to Delk. I did this because two Ford Dealerships have earned my distrust, and Delk has earned my trust. In summary, Delk repaired my Stang, and the cost was LESS than previously quoted due to not needing a part previously thought was required. I have yet to EVER receive a call advising me that my bill was being lowered due to a part NOT being needed to repair my car. Delk has EARNED my trust and that's why I paid AAA the extra cost to tow my Stang to Delk as opposed to two Ford Dealerships that were closer to where I live. Based on past experiences, Delk has earned my trust. I'm not totally ignorant in my knowledge about cars so I usually have a pretty good idea of what the problem is before I seek assistance from others for a repair that I'm not comfortable doing myself. That's why I've known and confronted those who have previously lied to me about what was required, as well as the cost for previous repairs elsewhere. I'll add that my review is solely based on personal experiences with Delk as well as a couple of Ford Dealerships. That's also why I will not hesitate to go back to Delk.
Wish they’d answer a phone call. Called several times and left message. I have some work to be done on my mustang and heard Delk is the spot to go for stangs.

As always, great experience here, Heath is the best at what he does, he knows his stuff and always gives good advice. And yes they do respond to messages and return calls promptly, keep in mind they are a busy shop. On this particular occasion they went beyond and did things they didn’t have to do and things most shops would say “not my problem” so I won’t forget that and it’s another reason I come back, they installed a twin disc McLeod for me and changed Supercharger oil. If you have a mustang, These guys can do anything you want done to it, they have new and used parts, performance parts, whatever you need, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back when the need arises. Thanks again Heath!

Delks Performance Rocks! Discovered their shop around 2014 after very bad experiences with several shops in Huntsville and Pelham AL. I have never met a more honest and passionate team. They are by far the best and second to no one. Quality work, professional people and folks who do not talk over your head. Talk about All . It Lives Here and You Feel it as soon as you walk in the door!
Excellent work done here. They’ve been working on my mustangs since they had a small shop in Murfreesboro 25 years ago. The ONLY place to take your performance vehicle in the middle Tennessee area.
They done all of the work and upgrades to my 05 now full time drag car, my husbands fox body turbo car. They also did upgrades on my son's fox body drag car and our 07 Roush stage 3. No one touches our cars but Delkand my husband. Highly recommend Delk Performance.
Highly recommend and extremely knowledgeable. Heath and Brent are excellent to work with and the only place to take your Mustang Foxbody for performance upgrades.
Listen up corvette and camaro guys to not take your car to delks. They blew my motor on my z06! Take it to DBR they fix all delks work. Heath supercharged my vette less than 5 weeks later a valve came out of my block. Will never go back!
Always take my 92 Mustang to these guys for occasional running issues. They always fix the problem and prices are reasonable. I'll be coming back soon for some suspension upgrades. Definitely recommend!!!
We didn't have a great experience here, we took our Mustang there, and it hasn't worked right since. It knocks and smoked ever since we picked it up. Now it looks like we are going to have to re build the engine. The mechanics were nice though.
Very happy with my service. I failed emissions five times and drove on expired tags for a year now and caused all this nonsense with the police. And all it took was an hour to take it to delk and they had me back up and running and I passed with no problems. It's well worth the money.
This was my first time at Delk and I am very pleased. I tried three other places ( including a dealership) first and none could fix my problem. Next time I will go to Delk first. They were friendly, effecient and reasonable.
Great work. Nobody in this area knows 99-04 performance like these guys. If you don't want to drive 4 hours to Kurgan in ATL, this place will do the job and do it well.
