Maybe it's a logical place to buy a vehicle part, but I was very angry when buying a vehicle and they don't do anything after that because they made me sign a form when buying. I bought a 2012 model Hyundai Sonata, the steering wheel had a lot of vibration and they said that only the balance was adjusted. But the situation was very different, there was always a problem with the discs of the vehicle and I made expenses and I bought the vehicle as a clean head, but the airbag does not work, it needs to be repaired, he said that it would be very risky when I take it to my master, it could explode. Definitely not a suitable place to buy a car
Pick up a large truck part that we could not find here in East Tennessee.
It was a rear axle assembly.
The salvage yard was well maintained. It is a salvage auto parts store/yard.
The staff was well informed and our part was ready and they have a tow motor that lifted the part onto our truck.
The selection, was well equipped as far as I could see. The website is well maintained as well.
The price was good. The axle was clean and you could see that the salvage yard had fixed the axle. I will check their website for what we need in the future. Our shop is 200 miles from the salvage yard, well worth the trip to get the hard to find part.

I was broke down and needed a part I went Mark , Mike at A-1 to get the parts , sad to say something was different than my car it wouldn’t fit to work, I called Mark about it non to say he was great refunded me full amount and didn’t ask me to return part
I will call them again if I’m needing to get parts
Mark and everyone at A-1 have been in business for years because they are honest people and do great business overall. Check with Mark before you spend your money anywhere else. They stand behind their products because they know their products. I give them a 10/10.

Good inventory and nice staff but they want to pull the part, prices go by used MSRP, if you're an individual trying to save money for a personal vehicle this is not your place.

Had agreed to meet for a car - then 30 mins prior to that time as we were on the way got a message saying they couldn’t til later. Fine agreed on another time - 5 minutes away told they weren’t going to make it. Said the car was at the lot. We went to see it and the car wasn’t there. Called to ask when we could and the man was extremely rude and said next week. I wouldn’t do business with this place.
I liked this place. Not the cleanest or safest junkyard (junk in the isles) but old-fashioned and honest. Great prices on some bits I needed. Will be back.
So I am a certified technician.I have my own shop.So I have one of my customers asked if I could help to find him a car so we came here before we did.I called the guy. he told me that the vehicle that we was looking at. That is a red 2014 Ford fusion He told me that it needed a muffer I asked if It has ever been an accident He told me no so So we left an hour and a half When we got there I looked underneath the vehicle The cadillac converter And the whole exhaust was missing And when I looked further found out that the vehicle was in a Bad accident They tried to fix it there.The guy told me At the carfax shows no accident And when I confronted him about his lie , he still tried to lie to me and Told me that the vehicle has a clear title. When I pointed out the damage He told me he had no clue I would not recommend anybody to go here.If you do , please take someone that knows what These people are crooks and dishonest And now they're trying to resell it in cookeville

They had what I needed, and a handsome young man drove me to the vehicle to pull part. They will pull what you need, the quality of vehicles salvageable, like new, and crew on hand mechanically smart.

A1 Auto Parts has incredible customer service from all the guys. My man though is Ammar he always knows exactly where to get the parts from on the lot gives the best prices for everything and always has me leaving with a trunk full of almost perfect condition parts and a huge smile on my face. If you want experienced down to earth people that won’t throw crazy prices at you definitely hit up A1 they will always do you right.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I arrived right before they closed and they were still beyond nice. I had an issue with my wipers and Mark even went out to my car to check them and offer assistance himself, I would definitely come back if I needed any other parts.
Best pricing for parts, and wide verity of cars to pull from. I would definitely recommend if you live in the Lebanon area. This is my go to junkyard if I ever need anything for my car due to the fact that their price is amazing and they treat each customer with respect.
5 stars. Very helpful and wonderful people. I was visiting Tennessee from out of state when I had an accident. Not only did they patiently help me find the correct part needed for my vehicle but they also stayed over on a weekend until I could get there AND installed the part onto my vehicle for me since I didn’t know how and everywhere was closed on a Sunday. They saved me from having to drive nine hours home without a necessary car part. They were so patient and kind. Would highly recommend :)

I've been up here a few times and they've been fair with pricing and very helpful in pulling whatever I needed in advance. I will continue to use this junk yard most even though I have several closer to me because they have much better parts usually anyway.
