My dad recently visited this location to collect personal items from a totaled vehicle and was treated with clear disrespect. The staff were unprofessional and unnecessarily rude to him throughout the visit, which made an already difficult situation worse. After seeing how many other customers have reported the same kind of treatment, it is obvious this is not an isolated incident. Businesses that interact with the public should be held to a higher standard of conduct. I intend to share our experience with the Better Business Bureau and the state consumer protection office so there is a formal record of how this company treats people. I truly hope management takes these repeated complaints seriously and improves how customers are handled going forward.

JOHNY was awesome, excellent service! very professional, patient and helpful. I was unprepared as a first-time customer; he helped me setup towing appointment and also took care of the paperwork necessary. REALLY APPRECIATED!!!!

As the overall review already shows, beware of this place. I was involved in an accident and my vehicle got appraised here. The list of damages did not include a completely busted mirror, rear door, and glass. Worse part is, no mechanical issues were also recorded during the evaluation, when afterwards several lights on the dash were illuminated. Thus, the report provided by them has given a fraction of the true damages and cost of repairs. Even worse, the entire safety of the vehicle was overlooked. If your insurance claim includes the estimates from this place, please be sure to document everything, and get ready... This is a real review and I have supporting documents.

I come here a lot and on multiple occasions this lady has been rude and altogether just demeaning. To English and non English costumers. So sick of her!!!! The costumer service here needs a total revamp!!!!!!

Be sure to take everything out of your car including your tag... they will keep your tag no matter where you send your car to get fixed and they will steal any valuables in the car and trash anything else in your vehicle ... this has definatly happened to me twice and never again

CoPart could use some love on here. Sheez, I was terrified to come here after reading all that! Had a great experience getting my belongings from my vehicle, nothing was missing and the queue / customer interaction process was smooth and friendly. There wasn’t anyone with me to get my stuff, so I could see the opportunity for he said / she said moments (valid or otherwise) with people’s things. Good experience on my end though

Do not trust Copart!! Had a vehicle, just wrecked, insurance contracted with them to pick up. Their driver called me to arrange the pickup, I told him I was out of town & it would not be ready until next day, we agreed to 2:00. Told him I needed one last close check inside & get my license plate. He agreed. Next thing I know, my vehicle was gone, that afternoon, shortly after we talked. Due to our verbal agreement, I assumed it was stolen. I planned to file a police report immediately upon returning. I then contacted the responsible insurance company to explain vehicle was gone, the prior conversation with tow truck driver, and I would file a police report immediately upon returning. Got a call back from insurance company explaining Copart had picked it up. I explained they ignored our agreement completely and must have come immediately and got it. I did not get my final check inside. I did get my tags due to the insurance company complaining. I got no courtesy call or explanation or apology. Avoid Copart !!

It's been a year or two since my last review but I still think about the blatant robbery that happened to me at this location. After I had an accident, my vehicle was towed to this location. I arrived less than a week later and $600 worth of items were stolen from my vehicle. When I confronted them, they stated that they didn't have proof that those things were stolen, yet in the picture they provided, it showed that my shift knob was still there but was missing when I arrived. So they proved that things had been stolen from check-in to when I saw it on their lot. No apologies given, no reimbursement provided, and unfortunately the police have filed it with no action. So this company got away with theft from someone who was already down about being in a car wreck and figuring out what to do.

My son’s vehicle was towed to Copart after hitting a deer. My insurance company sent it there to access the damage. While his car was at Copart they stole everything out of his vehicle. Car seat covers, floor mats, safety camera etc. They removed the license plate by breaking off the plate cover. Never received a return response from management. A den of thieves use at your own risk!!! TERRIBLE COMPANY.

I bought a car at this yard, flew from Minnesota to pick up this car. When I inspected the car, it turned out that it had a strong knocking engine and a broken air suspension. Information that the car had mechanical damage was not indicated in the auction sheet, so I was deceived about the condition of the car. Because of the broken air suspension, the car was lying on the bottom, the forks were barely inserted under the car and the forklift broke the front bumper. I refused to pick up such a car and demanded a refund. The manager of Colin Brand refused to return my money paid for the car. The employees managed by Colin Brand cannot fully diagnose the car, and the manager cannot resolve the issue with the customer, although this is completely Copart's fault!

Copart is definitely NOT a place you want to take or have your vehicle towed to. My car was in a wreck September 13th, 24. After almost two weeks of my car being at the tow yard, copart was instructed to pick it up. It was there maybe a week, then towed to the repair shop. When I went to check on my car I realized the tags were gone, the repair man said that Copart takes tags when they come into their inventory. 2 weeks we were informed that I car was ready, but we still didn't have tags. So I called copart who now at this point can not even locate my tags. We had to file a police report, and purchase new tags. They told me to email the Gm, it's been two weeks and the gm still hasn't responded to my email. Also, in the process of getting my car back, they had cleaned out my car as well. Taking everything from my tazer to my handicap sticker. They broke my phone holder and through everything else in the trunk. Talk about a nightmare....Never again

Thieves! I had my vehicle towed here by my insurance company. I called them to let them know that I would be coming to get my personal items. I was assured that everything would be safe. When I got there everything had been removed and what wasn't stolen, broken or thrown away was stuffed in walmart bags and thrown in the trunk. Get your items out of your vehicle before it gets taken to this business or you will be filing a police report for theft on items that you'll probably never get back.

So I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but I must leave this review. On Friday I went to CoParts to clean out my car that was totaled in a wreck. While cleaning out my car I noticed a couple of items missing. Nothing alarming but missing all the same. Once I got home and went through the rest of my stuff I noticed even more items missing. No one wants to think that a company would steal from them but here we are. Now I have to file a police report for missing items. I will say the two ladies who assisted me at Co-Parts were very kind and helpful but because those items have not shown up I’ll need to make the report.

This place should label the doors better, pickup, drop off. First timers here may go in the wrong place and wait extended times because it's not properly labeled. Then help you you're dropping off needing an escort. Tons of lazy drivers going anywhere but but helping you know where to drop off your 53ft semi trailer for auction. No drive by me and move wrecked cars with nobody in them. Place is a joke and the reviews reflect that I see....

This is maybe one of the worst customer experiences I've ever faced. If you have to deal with any company that deals with Copart, then be wary. Their customer service will lie to you and delay things without any reason. If you speak to their customer service, not only are they incredibly rude and speak to you lile you are dirt, but will lie and "graciously fix" the issue they made yet still leaving massive delays on pickup without detailing the reason. This company should not be trusted in any capacity, ever. Horrible experience. Will never use again.

Worst customer service experience of all time. I have never been walked away from abruptly by any associate of any organization. A supposed manager simply walked away from me when attempting to receive an answer for the license plate that was taken by Copart off my vehicle and almost destroyed without my knowledge or consent. This organization is one of the worst businesses in the area. Avoid at all costs.

Truck driver here! It’s not the first time when they don’t give a damn about your appointments for picking up cars, they only care about money, I’m waiting for more then 3h, they cancel my appointment and everyone it’s coming after me they got they re cars before me(3 semi trucks with 9car hauler) everytime I had only one car ati pick it up and the same problem. Why we make appointments if was always about giving money for doing your job..

ONLY REASON FOR 3 STARS IS AMBER!!! COPART GIVE HER A RAISE, would have been a 1 star review other wise. Car was totaled, but I had possession of it. ALL I NEEDED WAS THE TITLE. I called, they said due to the age of the car nothing else was needed and it would be mailed out, I should receive it in 2 weeks.... seems long but ok. 4 weeks go by. I call back, and get the run around. They tell me I need to call my insurance it has to do with them, ins says Copart already has the title and there's nothing they can do. Call back, then they tell me I need a power of attorney to get the title ( I was specifically told I didn't need it due to age of car) and they would send me an email to get that completed. 2 days later still didn't get the email. Called back and now they tell me again I don't need the POA and the title would be sent out. "would be 4-6 weeks". 8 Weeks later I call back cause I haven't received it. Get Amber on the phone (literally Thank God). Amber goes looking for the title to find out what has happened to it cause she tells me nothing else needs to be done and should have already been sent out. Less then a minute later, Amber comes back on the phone, tells me she has the title in hand and on the spot gives me a tracking number and lets me know it should be here in about 2 days. I don't know what's going on here at copart but I truly hope I don't have to deal with you again.

This place has no idea what they are doing. We had been in line 30 minutes when someone finally mentioned you have to sign in via QR code on the door. When we walked up, an employee was exiting the building via the door the sign is on so couldn't be seen. We spent an hour and a half waiting just to be able to get personal belongings out of a vehicle. On top of that my daughters clothes were stuffed in a bag with an employees nasty Rockstar energy drink can. Absolutely no respect for people's belongings. Her college tassel and fuzzy dice were just thrown in with the parts off the car. Too many employees sitting around not doing anything with a line to the doors. All the paperwork from the glove box was just tossed in the trunk with the parts and pieces off the car. Worse than the DMV.

I went to Copart to inspect a truck. They told me I needed a membership. I paid $250 for a membership. Two days later, I went back at 11:30 AM. The same lazy guy at the front desk said I had to come before 11 AM. I told him the website says you can come from 8 AM to 4 PM. He said their policies are different. I called customer service to explain the situation. They said this was the first time they'd heard of this. They would contact the location directly. A woman answered and said I could come at any time during business hours. I was waiting in the waiting area on the phone when I went back in. The guy realized it was me and said I couldn't come in because they didn't have any employees at the time. He was so rude and kept saying he was more powerful than me no matter what I did. I canceled my membership. The guy at the front desk had red hair and a black earring.

I only needed to pick up two cars. During the day I approached the reception desk three times to see the manager. I waited about an hour. The manager first said I need to get an appointment via QR code. I did this and waited another 2 hours. when I approached the second time he said that I needed to go load up and then come back. They loaded me for another 1 hour (I arrived at 1:47, and picked up the last car at 2:43). I went a third time after downloading to get the title. where else I waited from 2:50 to 3:31 pm. In the end, they told me that the Titles would be sent by mail . They're just kidding! They answer like robots. I respect all workers of all copart. but These guys are sooo slow, arrogant, they treat drivers badly and with contempt. They do not try to help, and do not try to do simple things quickly. If the management or supervisor is interested, I can give all the time frames; they are recorded in my log book. In general, it was on this copart that I first encountered unprofessional people

DO NOT let an insurance company (or anyone else) tow your vehicle here if you plan on keeping your car. Chances are if you are reading this review, you probably already have. Get ready for the runaround of your life if you want your vehicle back. I was told over the course of a week that "a button wasn't clicked for your car", "we haven't received an order from the insurance company", "all our drivers are already booked up", "we are a high volume business", and my favorite, "we aren't holding your vehicle hostage". After all the back and forth and dealing with the delightfully unprofessional personnel, they couldn't care less that I would be without transportation until the return of my vehicle. They might be a "high volume business", but something tells me they charge the insurance company a daily storage fee that they try to stretch out as long as possible to make more of a profit.

I was rear ended on 30 June 2023 my Jeep was towed to Co Part by insurance company it took the 2 days to get my Jeep back to me, My insurance adjuster said there was no damage to my Jeep due to the heavy duty bumper I have on my Jeep. Co part had my Jeep delivered to my work on a flat bed but the tag/license plate was removed by Co Part they said it’s company policies to remove tag/license plate when a car come to there facility. They said they will mail my tag/license plate to me, when you know that your company is going to return a persons vehicle to them by a tow truck why would you not return the tag/license plate with the vehicle?? But instead mail it to the owner ???!!!. I have had nothing but problems dealing with Co Part, you see the damage done to my front bumper with dealing with Copart they just do not care how they treat people. I did finally get my tag/license plate back from Co Part on 13 July 2023 three hours after I received my Jeep,I talked to three different customers service people the first told she has to find my tag/license plate puts me on hold for like 8 mins comes on line tells me she has it and she will mail it to me I told I need it today !! She informs me she does not have a drive available!! So I hang up call back get another Custer service person but she is in Knoxville transfers my call to Lebanon third person I get tells me she has to find my tag first I say the I talked to 20 mins ago has it on her desk !! She informs me the lady I talked to first works from home she does not work at the office so the lady lied to me about having my tag she said yes sir she did sorry about that . I then informed the lady after hang up with you I am calling Lebanon Police and filling a report on your company stealing tags/license plates off of vehicles i them tell her have a nice day. She calls me back later and says she has found it she has a driver he is on his way to her to get my tag and deliver it to me she needs to confirm the the address I am at I state to it’s the same address as the place you dropped my Jeep you have 1hr and 30 mins to get my tag or I call the Lebanon Police have a nice day

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My insurance company asked me to drop off the keys to my totaled car. They asked me to go to this location. I walked in the doors, there was a young man sitting in a chair on his phone. In front of him was a long desk and behind the desk was I assuming their call center. There were ladies seating at their desk on the phone working. At the long reception desk was an older white lady working. She looked at me and looked back down. She didn’t say anything when she looked at me. So I stood there waiting for her to say anything to me. So I’m just standing there waiting and waiting. Then a young man walked in the door, assuming that he works with the company. That same older white lady said to the young man, hey how are you? I have your stuff right here. Whatever he needed wasn’t complete, she continued to work with the man. As I’m still standing there another man walks in the door. At the same time 2 other white women walk to the desk. One of the lady’s informed the man, that she was on lunch. She will help him when she returns. Then the other lady spoke to the man that walked in second after me. Again I’m still just standing there and no one acknowledged I was standing there. So I contacted my insurance company to ensure that I was suppose to drop my car keys off at this location. Because no one had acknowledged me or anything. Then the younger white, said as I’m talking to the insurance company, no one acknowledged you because you have scan the QR code on the door (picture attached) to get in line (what line?). As I was walking to this code I informed her I understand that but no one said “hello ma’am if you could scan the QR code on the door to check in” “ we’ll be with you in a minute” or anything. Then she goes to say they scanned the code, which was a lie because I saw them walk in just as I walked in. Then I go outside to scan this code, as I’m in my car to complete the “online check-in”, no to “get in line”. Mind you there was no one in the building but the man in the chair when I walked in. And after I walked in there was a total of 4 people including me. While in my car they send out the only African American woman in the building to help me. Instead of the white older woman or white young lady. They were supposed to help me. The African American woman works in their call center area. So they pulled her from her work to help me. As you can see by the pictures that if you’re not paying attention nor have ever been there, you would know to scan the QR code. But the main issue with me was no one acknowledged or spoke to me until I started to complete. This was place has the worst customer service.

I had an awful experience with Copart. The car insurance company enlisted them to tow my car (not sure why since it's in running condition) to be evaluated for a scratch on the bumper. They kept my car for a total of 13 days (8 days beyond the completed evaluation). I had to call them 6 times and plead with them to return my car to me. I finally threatened to call the police to investigate whether my car was actually still in their lot. They finally returned my car to me - see photos for the condition it was left in. My car is (and always has been) in running order - I guess they thought it would be fine for me to drive around with my license plate hanging off and markings across the front windshield. They also left trash inside the vehicle. Outrageous.
