Renuka was great! I had to take care of selling my daughter’s damaged car long distance. It took a couple extra days, but that was not the fault of the company. It was the fault of FedEx delaying the delivery of the title. The reason that I did not rate five stars is the check that was delivered to my daughter could not be deposited remotely because it was poorly written. My daughter had to send it to me in Colorado to deposit and wait for it to clear.
Vishal was terrific from day one. He knew the drill and he alone made it a good experience selling my car to them. It’s the process though that caused headaches. Calls from random people, asking to be transferred to Vishal and sitting on hold forever while I could hear her shuffling around in the background. The solution is to refine the process. Have one person there that is your go to and no one else. I would be on the phone with someone and i would get another call from them at the same time. You guys have a lot going on and your system is broken. Vishal on the other hand was terrific. You selling copart a car- ask for vishal!
Called on a Wednesday. Had to text a picture of my title. I almost backed out, but this was a junk car. Had nothing to loose. Got more than double what the junk yard was gonna give me. They picked it up Friday night. Check cleared by Saturday morning. As far as I’m concerned, that’s good business.

System was very easy to use. Whenever I called I got answered quickly, everyone was polite. Only issue was with the tow company they sent out not showing up the scheduled day (I believe a driver issue). I had no issues.

I filled out the form on their website. They called to verify, then sent an offer. I accepted the offer and scheduled for the car to be picked up the following week. The person came the day scheduled, picked up the car and wrote a check. Very easy process and quick.
