Employee will argue with you about what part you came in and specifically asked for without knowing hes trying to argue with a master tech. Then will give you attitude about paying with a $100 bill complaining about having no change and guess we cant accept any more big bills for the rest of the day. Normally i just use my commercial account at autozone but didnt feel like driving the extra distance but this advance makes me remember why i haven't shopped there in the last 10 years.

Tonight at about 8:30pm, my headlights went out, I called to see if they could help me figure out which parts I needed. I went and I truly was blown away by the service. They not only helped me find what I needed, but they replaced my fuse and lights for me so I could get home safely! They stayed past closing to ensure I was taken care of. I couldn’t be more thankful. Aiden & Julian, I hope you both get recognition because you truly went above and beyond for me. Thank you both again!
This particular one is lazy and don't want the hassle of answering questions or helping with a simple problem. Like.. I don't know, coming out and showing me where the fuse box in my car was. If they were busy totally understand waiting till they had time. But they were dead and there was one person in the store and they were in front of me in line. So do the math. LöL they was walking out the door and the store was empty when I talked them.
Amanda and Russell were great and very hardworking. Not only did they help me with the parts I have needed but I see them outside cleaning up trash out of the parking lot and taking out the trash from the store and outside containers frequently. I wish I had two people that worked as hard as they do that I could hire to work for me. Great job y’all. Thank you for all you do.
Went to have my battery tested at 7:30. There was no one else in the parking lot and they employ told me I’d have to wait and it would be a while before he could help me because he needed to answer the phones. They weren’t ringing and I was the only one in the store. Seemed ridiculous to me.
Friendly, knowledgeable sales staff. They had all the parts I needed in stock for a maintenance project on my 2019 Nissan Frontier. They kept me from calling AAA

Clean, friendly staff, and I actually knew were the products where that I needed in the store. With out asking...now thats something to be said...especially if you are a repeat customer.
The last time I went to Advanced, I had battery problems, after testing, the answer was I needed
a new battery, a young man came out and removed the battery and returned inside, as the store manager was helping me find the right one for my vehicle, one of the guys in the back called for the manager, when she returned, she walked over to the best battery they had for my car, picked it up, and said, your old battery is still under warranty, and since you bought the best back then, we'll give you a battery of equal value. This saved me over $150.00, if they wanted to, they could have let me buy a new one, they knew I was in a pinch, and they didn't take advantage of me.
Wasn’t sure if my alternator was bad or battery. Disconnected cables and truck continued running so I assumed it was the battery. Took the battery in. They said it needed to be replaced. Paid $200, went home. It didn’t fix the issue. Went straight back 30 minutes later. It was indeed the alternator. They would not take the battery back. So now I’m out $200 unnecessarily. My battery was only 2 years old to begin with. I will not spend another cent with Advance Auto.
Went to O'Reillys auto parts first and found what I wanted but was hesitant about getting it at that point. On a spare of the moment thing. I stopped by advance to check to see if they had what I needed. Not only did they have it, it was a lot cheaper there for the same item... Very clean store and knowledgeable people..
Always the best staff. Helpful and friendly when you come in the store. Very rarely crowded. They always have the small stuff you can't find at the other places.
The employees are great and they're really there to serve! I live really close and I have been going to the store sense it's been open. I have never had a problem with anything or anyone and if they don't have something you need or just want to have they will get it, usually by the end of day. Professionally just great, knowledgeable and if they don't know what part it is they find out what it is. If they can't get it they send you to someone who can get it another store even. They are my go to store, I would recommend that you see these guys first.
I had the best experience with Bobby today! I am a girl in my early 20s who is very naive when it comes to batteries and cars in genuine. He helped me find the best and most affordable option for my car and then even replaced it for me in the parking lot. He was a very kind man and helped me out a lot. I will happily go back again, they were all very nice.
UPDATE 2020:
I went to the White House, TN location for a new battery. They had one but when I asked about their advertised free installation, they said they couldn't do it ... something about the computer system would need to be reset and I would need to go to a dealer. Instead, I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts, who sold me a battery for less money AND installed it ... with no computer reset needed.
Advanced Auto, you just lost a customer ... and all referrals! I'm sure it won't put you out of business but it won't help!
Ordered parts on line, stopped by in about 30 minutes and my order was ready for pick up. A great service, no wait on parts I needed today and I got 15% off on my on line order. This is my neighborhood go to vehicle parts store.
Very helpful all the time. I come here regularly for parts and products. The last time I was here was to pick up a new headlight, since mine had somehow shattered inside of its housing. Not many other places were open close to me, and I really needed a headlight having been pulled over twice on the way to pick one up. Once the police had finished pulling me over twice though I was able to get in Advance, get the light, and have it changed a short time later. Thank goodness Advance was open and had the light I needed. I could have been pulled over three or four times if I would have had to drive all the way to walmart.
Great place for car parts. They will do pretty much anything car related here. They seem very knowledgeable and very helpful! They helped put wipers on my car & check tire pressure. I'll definitely be going back!
Does not open at 7:30am (actual time is 8am) and when I informed them that they should fix their listing on google, I was told it's not their problem.
Their doors say 7:30am, Google says 7:30am, but they don't open til 8am, that's what's you call laziness.
Terrible customer service. Asked for the product number of an oil filter for my vehicle. Went and got it then came back to the counter. No more than 30 seconds. Then proceeded to stand there and wait for over 5 minutes wondering where the guy went to. Said screw it and left. Then saw the guy standing by the building smoking a cigarette and playing with his phone. Will not return.
Really great people and they are always looking to help you out with anything you need from small jobs to the biggest.Just ask them what you want if they don't have it they will get it,and if they can't get it they will try to find it for you@ the closest and cheapest place they can find.. I really appreciate the help & time they were there for us.
