Nicky came out within 20 minutes and pulled me out of this neighborhood that was covered in ice. My 4x4 couldn't handle it, but his sure could. Mr. Formosa arrived promptly when we called him to change a tire on an SUV. He figured out how to drop the spare and changed the tire quickly. He was very polite and full of other info on the area to help us.

We were 30 miles away from home and had already called 3 other towers. no one could come that evening but Nicky at All Out Towing was the only one that asked if he could possibly come in the morning which was an option we did consider. He knew the business we had broken down in the parking lot and they allowed our car to stay overnight. Nicky came promptly in the morning and brought our car to a shop near our home where we met him. we would highly recommend All Out Towing and use them again if ever necessary. very easy to work with, prompt service, VERY FAIR PRICING and came through on his promises.

Called Nick out for a jump start for my rv last month and he ended up staying with me and helping me to repair a much bigger problem. He was extremely helpful. He went above the call of duty. I would definitely recommend them.
Called Nicky earlier today when my girlfriends car wouldn't start and needed an extremely short distance tow. Most tow truck drivers either wouldn't do such a short distance call, or would have charged an arm and a leg for it. Nicky showed up to our apartment super fast and got the car loaded and towed to a shop very quick, and charged me honestly no where near what he should have. This man is a CLASS ACT. His Grandson tags along and helps out and they both are the epitome of southern hospitality.

I was stranded on the side of I-65 late tonight with a blown out tire. What started out as a very nerve wracking situation alone on the side of the road as semi trucks flew past me was quickly calmed and handled by Nicky Formosa. He is such a genuinely kind person & truly went above and beyond to make sure that my car was delivered promptly to the repair shop and that I got home safely. He arrived within 20 minutes of the dispatch notification. The person on the phone told me it would be up to 120 minutes before he arrived but Nicky was there right away. Keeping his business card in my Car and will call him Directly next time instead of going through my emergency road service with my insurance. A bad experience diffused once he arrived. Thanks again Nicky.

This guy was great very kind understanding. We blow a tire on 1-65 . It was late. He took good care of us and took us to hotel and dropped car off at Wal-Mart too. It was five stars earned
