One of our work trucks broke down at 4:45pm and by 6:30pm Mark had it where it needed to be for the best price in town. Very easy to deal with and overall good people. Highly recommend
I had a bad experience here. Exorbitant charge for a short tow. Forty dollar a day storage charges. I repeatedly tried to pick up the car only to find that they had closed for the day. They would not reimburse me for the days that they chose to close and refused to allow me to pick up the car. There's obviously an effort here to drive up costs and make it difficult to retrieve your vehicle.
PS Make sure your official ID matches the registration precisely or they will use this as another reason not to release the car.
Got a flat traveling from Florida. They came within 45 mins and got my car where it needed to go, no troubles! The truck driver who came was a sweetheart and I have to say, everyone in this area is super hospitable and lovely to interact with. Very happy!
Absolute scam the owner runs. My teenage cousin was in a wreck (flat tire and a dent in the fender) we were 7 minutes away from the incident and on the phone with mark (the owner) and we ask him to not tow the car he said I'm already hooked up ok sir we will be there in 7 minutes we will pay a drop fee he says "no I'm taking it anyway" well we go to the lot to pay to get our car and he refuses to even show up to the lot to let us get our car... (we live an hour away and have jobs) he made us wait through the weekend till Monday to get our car just so he could charge more lot fees. Absolute waste of human space and he was smiling the whole time cause he knew what he was doing and it amused him I don't know how he can run a business like he is and does.
D & M is THE BEST. Not only are they incredibly knowledgeable and fantastic at what they do, they’re also truly exceptional people. A rare find. Look no further, you won’t find better, in any regard.
My work van died on the side of the road, so I called D&M and couldn’t be more impressed with how quick they sent a truck out to pick me and my van up. Prices were very reasonable as well.

I had a great experience today while using them to tow my car to a dealership. The driver was exceptional and even taught me a few things I didn't know about my car. He was very careful to not scratch or damage my driveway, while being cautious with my car. He was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company and will use them for any future tow services I need.
D&M Towing Service is top notch! I got into a situation Saturday night that I just couldn’t get out of. Tranny went out on my mom’s truck 6.5 hours away from my home. I got down there late and While loading her truck onto trailer the accelerator malfunction and transmission grabbed sending me right into the back of my suv that the trailer was hooked to. I was at a loss. Mark and his assistant came right away and with their expertise and knowledge and a lot of work they got the truck centered back on the trailer. They helped strapped the vehicle down along with taking ramps off the trailer due to the interference of them hitting the back of the truck when putting them up. They also helped rearrange things around so we could safely go on about our way. Very professional company and very nice guys! Thank y’all so much.
They did good, prices are fair too. It was $65 to get my car towed 4.2 miles when the other place was trying to charge me $90-130. I recommend these guys!
My son’s car stopped running, 30 feet from home, in the middle of the road. Wouldn’t turn over, no lights or radio. I called and Mark came out very quickly, was able to find it was a loose connection and got it taken care of. Very kind. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Towed my husband big pickup after it died on me. Was able to get to tow the truck less than half an hour after we called, got it loaded and towed home very quickly. Best price hands down. They were very prompt and friendly. He called me when he dropped my car off at the dealership for repair. They cost a little more than other tow companies but the fact that they answered the phone and showed up on time makes it worth the extra cost. I would recommend this company.

I called for a Tow and got in contact with the Owner. He stated his son was in town already and gave me his number. I called his son and worked it out quickly. Mark was early by about 30 minutes or so. Friendly and efficient. He took the vehicle to the shop I preferred. Will use again.

I’m really cautious about things when it comes to my car, but today the weight was lifted off of my shoulders when an associate from D & M showed up he took good care of me and my car, he even had the decency to move it out of gravel before it was put on the truck, they are so sensitive about their customers and their belongings, needless to say no matter how far away I am or how much the fee will Be I will be sure to contact them & I will be sure to let my car club members about this company for future business, thank you D & M for taking care of me and my 2014 camaro ss today you guys are life savers! Excellent customer service! I needed my car towed to a garage and Mark showed up at the specified time to pick it up. He was extremely nice and helped direct me to a better garage than the one I was originally planning on going to. They didn't charge too much either. Very pleasant people and very professional as well.
Update: Mark called me a couple of days later to check up and make sure I was satisfied with the garage. Truely a people-centered business
I was stranded with my truck and horse trailer while hauling my horse at night. I was cared for by Mark, the owner's son, who came promptly to help. His price was fair, he made sure the horse was safe, he stayed to diagnose the truck's problem after he got paid, and he was so friendly and personable. I was taken care of like I was family. I can't say enough good things about him and his service. Thank you so much.
Did a good job on a jump start: fairly prompt, friendly, helpful. He reminded my several times to be sure to tighten my battery terminal afterwards...concerned about the customer, not just collecting his fee. BTW, $35 seemed very reasonable. I'd recommend them.
