I needed a part for my 2004 Durango. I called all the parts stores and other salvage yards, and no one had it. Tri-cities had the part and held it for me, only cost me 20 dollars for an OBDII. Thank you Tri-cities, for saving me time and money.

I am taha yasin, I would like to tell you that one of your employees from your company charged our cards, I do not have any proof, but I know for sure because I had 3 cards blocked by the day before yesterday and a few days ago I got a new card from my bank that I ordered only on your company on Dec20, just to see if this card has a scam or not, and exactly as I suspected, that card was also charged from your employer for pizza, uber, hardies burgers, etc. because I did not give this card to any salvage other than you, it become clear that this card is charged by you employee, outside of you company.
So I don not need to say much more, I used to respect this company a lot because every part is available here at a very good price and staff is also very nice helpful but I do not understand who this person is on your staff doing, I ordered from six different companies and my employees will too but now I will stopped, you just need to find out who is giving you frauds
Note: (Scarllet, michel) these are two guys in your company who we always order from, we always talk scarllet and gave her info of our company details, I do not want to blame anyone, but you should be work on it, i am sure the card is charged by your company

Called and got price for parts needed. Didnt take them long to get the parts off. Reasonable price. Advance wanted $94 for 1 part. Got both needed for $70
