If I could put zero stars I would!!!
This company made an absolutely awful and totally unpleasant night EVEN WORSE, with their terrible employee’s shenanigans and your fraudulent accusations. And the worst part is no one has ever reached back out to apologize for the Crap even after realizing it had nothing to do with me.
For starters the man who came to help lied and pretended I didn’t give him enough money that I was $45 short, which he later changed and said I’d give 100 but was still short, (though I could see the cash I had already counted in his hand and clearly see all the money was present as should’ve been), then she being dropped off the for guy evils back in the parking lot, pulls up on me and jumps out publicly humiliating me as he guy yells across the parking lot I’ve stolen something from him and acts a complete fool to me. Of course I drove off from this horrid scene, because I will not tolerate to be treated in that type of manner and refuse to accept that kind of disrespect, not because I was guilty, because that was risk totally WRONG. Then to top this sundae with a juicy cherry, shei leave the posting lot I’ve got two grown men calling and texting me (one the owner and the other the tow man), heckling, and threatening me for something that I had no part in. Claimed to have video footage of me stealing some battery booster or something from the truck, which was obviously completely false and made up trying to get me to admit a crime I didn’t commit.
DO NOT CALL. BUYER BEWARE.
Steve’s Towing did right by us! We had 7 different companies come close and realize it was going to be a difficult recovery and just pass on the job. Steve’s showed up within 30 mins and pulled my car from the side of the mountain. Showed up, completed the job, and was gone in just under an hour. I couldn’t be more pleased! The service was friendly and took great care while here. Will always recommend them from here out!
Steve’s towing is awesome and it’s fairly priced compared to the other tow companies here in Kingsport they will go above and beyond to make sure you are all taken care of couldn’t ask for a better group of people to make sure your taken care of give them a call if your need a tow you will not be disappointed!
Cannot say enough great things about this company. I was broke down on the hwy and my insurance company didn’t get the tower sent that was supposedly ‘on the way.’ So, I called them and they were there fast! Polite and fair with prices. If I ever need a tow again, I hope I don’t. But, this is my go to! Thank you, so much for taking care of my Jeep
Steve's towing toed my car and it had to be there for about 2 weeks. Reson being I'm on disability and only get paid once a month and I informed him of this. Well apparently that didn't matter because he still charged me almost a 1000 dollars to get my car back. I ask him time and time again,please cut me some slack. No he wasn't having it. So if you need a tow and can't afford the bill and have to leave it a day or 2,well let's hope that don't happen to you.
Outstanding, professional service!!! Adam and his father, Steve, are quick to arrive on the scene, calm and friendly, and so very knowledgeable. They came to my rescue when I had to have a wench out in the pouring rain. Will never call another towing service…Steve’s Towing is the best!!!

When everything happens it all happens right ? Not with this company. The absolute BEST. They can turn the absolute worst situation into the best experience. I've never had a bad experience with Steve's Towing, in my opinion they're the best around Kingsport. Always shows up in a timely manner, when you're given a time then that's when they'll be there or earlier. Adam always takes care of my vehicle to make sure no other damages are done. I appreciate the hard work that this team does for our community. Day or night if I need a tow, Adam shows up to help me out. Thank you for being reliable & honest folks!
Excellent service. Live here at Bristol Kingsport KOA. My truck was left stranded. Called several places that I had used. No one wanted to fool with it for different reason. Never met him till he delivered my truck. Was very efficient and courteous. Liked him a lot plus his price was better than I expected. Half what others quoted. Very pleased and will pass his number along. Always someone here needing help.

So thank for Adam! He came out last night around 2:30-3am to pull my significant others vehicle back up our hill. It has slid and came to rest against the wall, and there was nothing we could do on our own. (Picture is obviously it against the wall before he had gotten out there to pull it up.) Adam was super kind, and was really fast getting here given the circumstances with the snow and ice. He got it safely back up the hill with absolutely no more damage caused! It was a small alleyway, so he didn’t have much room to work and he did phenomenal! He guided my significant other through the whole process. We are so appreciative of him because had he not come out we have no idea what would have been done! Thank you, we definitely recommend Steve’s towing!
Adam was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He helped calm us down in what was a very stressful situation that could have ended up being a lot worse if it weren't for him and his tow truck. He responded and came out in no time in the middle of heavy snow when my Mercedes Benz slid down the iced over alley leading to my parking lot. He even talked me through the whole process. He will be the first person I call Steve's Towing and ask for if I ever need help again in the area. 5 stars!

You will not find a friendlier, more professional, or more dedicated to excellence service than this towing service. These men do not let you sit and wait they are fast professional and top of their game. You never see them posting on Facebook about customers attitude or hear people bad-mouthing them. I highly recommend this company my business does not use anyone else.

Steve’s Towing saved me from no man’s land when my truck broke down on the Interstate 81 south headed back home to Texas. The gentleman was communicative, consistent, considering, and found my location fast after giving him the mile marker. Showed up and even gave me a reference to a mechanic shop in area that could probably be able to get my truck fixed and back on the road. By far the best towing company I’ve ever called and that has helped me. Thank you and I appreciate the help Steve’s Towing. I would definitely recommend to anyone and anybody in this area if ever need their vehicle towed.

I can't say enough positive about this business, especially the owner's son, Adam. I had my Corvette from South Carolina go dead in the water on an I-26 exit ramp outside of Kingsport at rush hour on Friday evening. After 30 minutes on the phone with AAA without ever speaking to a human, I called Steve's at the recommendation of the friend I was visiting. Steve's rollback arrived within the 30 minutes they promised, carefully loaded the low Corvette, hauled it to the Chevy dealer in Johnson City as I requested, and unloaded it without incident. Adam is very personable, competent, and knowledgeable about the peculiarities of Corvettes. I wouldn't want to need their services again, but I would use them again without hesitation.
I can't say enough about Steve's towing. I tried using my GEICO roadside assistance (they were worthless & told me to find a tow on my own). I was given Steve's name by a local car repair. They totally saved me! They answered the phone right away on a very busy day & gave me fast, excellent care & customer service. Adam, the driver, was THE BEST. He had to get my car from the airport parking lot without me being there. What an angel! After being in a panic, Steve's has no idea how much they helped my situation today. 1000/1000 stars!
Steve's Towing was very responsive, courteous and professional. He came out quickly and towed our vehicle after having a tire blow-out on I-26 yesterday. His price was fair and cheaper than other tow companies we've used in the past.
These guys were super professional and extremely nice, and friendly! These guys came out at 7pm on Christmas to assist while no other tow company in the Tri-Cities would! I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone! If you need a towing service, I would make this my first and only call! Best tow company I’ve ever had an experience with hand down!! Both gentlemen I interacted with were extremely kind and helpful. They were very prompt and gave me a very fair price. My tow driver Adam was incredibly polite and kind!!!! 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend them any time!!!!!
I'm a food delivery driver, went to a place I didn't quite know at night time. Backed up off the road on accident and got my Dodge Charger stuck. I called Steve's towing and they were there within 10 minutes after me calling them. The man and woman were both extremely nice and understanding. It only took them a totally of 10 minutes to get my car out without any damage done to the vehicle. Extremely professional, kind and quick all at an affordable price. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
We had a flat tire on two of our vehicles by vandals. We read the reviews and knew this was the business to try out! We called Adam. He came out and brought his southern hospitality with him!!! He was fast and had both done in no time. He even stayed around to check out the damaged tires and give us advice about our insurance claim. He answered every question and acted happy to do so. We would defiantly call him again and ask for his help! I suggest anybody that needs help in his field to give him a call first...you will not be disappointed!
