Kingsport PD recovered a vehicle that was stolen from my deceased father and told me I could pick it up with the title and death certificate. This place won't release the vehicle to me or my dad's wife knowing that the owner is deceased. $40 a day plus tax until I can figure out how to re-title a vehicle with 5 heirs.
The trucks honestly not worth much it's going to cost more to get back from them than the value of the vehicle and they know this. I would've felt better letting the actual thief keep it.
Low life's committing legal theft, best I can determine they're hoping the process takes long enough to keep it for fees.
I used them for both Towing and Mechanical purposes. Both Brian's were VERY helpful. Mechanic Brian quoted me a good and fair price and got my car back to me within 2 weeks. 10/10 recommend.
This company towed my car early in the morning. The lady that answered the phone was so kind and professional. The gentleman that towed my car was just as amazing. Hands down a great company.

I had to call for service and get my vehicle towed. It was Labor Day so one I wasn't sure how long it would take for someone the get to me. Well, the gentleman got out there in less than 15 mins got my car up on rollback and to my house in just little time. He had no problem going up my steep driveway and got vehicle just where I wanted. We were traveling from TN to go back home in our class C RV when we hit a bad curb and decimated one of our tires. We called a number that we thought was sending us to Kingsport, but waited 2 hours and realized it was not them. I called the local number and spoke to Sarah, who in turn sent Steve to us in less than 30 minutes. They’d already coordinated with a local shop to make sure our tire was in stock, and a little while later we’re back on the road. What was a devastating event on our trek back to Raleigh turned into such a relieving and positive experience. Sarah and Steve, you were our blessing in the middle of a dark tumultuous weekend. Best choice in such a crappy situation. We were 6 hours from home and had a flat on the interstate at 5pm on a Sunday. My Pacifica did not come with a spare, nor have a place to store one, so we were desperate. It was drizzling rain and we had 2 children under 3 years old that were ready for a break from the car. A call to Kingsport Towing got me a friendly voice on the line that had a recommendation for a place to get a replacement tire (Walmart) on a Sunday afternoon, and a suggestion for a truck that might be able to accommodate both car seats. The other suggestion did not have the extended cab, so I called Kingsport back and got the tow on the way. An Uber arrived 15 minutes later and I loaded up the infant car seat and left for Walmart. My husband waited 10 more minutes for the tow truck to arrive. (25 minutes for the tow truck to get there…amazing!) He and the almost 3 year old rode with Steve and she was delighted. The Walmart crew stayed late to get our tire replaced. We were so very blessed by making this call to Kingsport Towing! It could have been an absolute disaster, but turned into only a 2.5 hour delay instead.
Outstanding job, will definitely call these folks again if I'm stranded on the side of the interstate! Had me going in less than 15 minutes! Technician was super nice.

I recommend this towing service if you ever need a service. I have used Craig for years as our tow guy. My son is in Korea and we had to have his car towed to a shop but just working with someone that knows he was/is sending the money for the tow. That he was able to pick his car up and take it to the shop while my son is overseas serving his country was a load off my son.
Craig was very professional and I trusted him with giving him my sons keys and where to take the car. We will never use any other company!

Best service around. Fastest service and very friendly service. Johnny is the best and knows what he is doing. I locked my keys in my car and and of course I knew who to call, he was very prompt and it only took him a few seconds to get me back in the car. My first choice always is Johnny Skelton!

Kingsport Towing has the kindest and friendliest staff. I got stuck in freezing cold with inches of snow and a flat tire and they sent a car out to check it. When it wouldn’t hold air they towed it to the tire shop, no questions asked and all I had to do was pick it up when the tire was replaced! I recommend them for any service!

Absolutely one of the sweetest businesses I’ve ever interacted with period, let alone a towing business. They were super quick, informed us how long it’d be, and even tried to keep an update to make sure I was okay after my wreck. My grandma even bragged about how polite the man who left the car was, saying he was super understanding and caring.

The guy that gave me a tow was a good talker but I had to wait over an hour for him to pick me up.. He did give me a ride to a hotel after he took my van to the BEST MECHANIC IN KINGSPORT; Murphys Automotive!
Charged a reasonable fee. The driver arrived on-time and worked flawlessly. They were easy to set an appointment. He just took 20 minutes to deliver my truck to the repair shop. His work quality was remarkable. Great towing service.
Amazing service, very stressed about my car and getting it repaired as we all are durring these times. Kingsport towing came out immediately.With careful, polite and friendly service I I had my car to the shop within 30 minutes of him arriving. We also had to follow the tow truck to shop he made it very easy for us to follow him even in heavy traffic and rain. Awesome job guys!
Wonderful! They responded really quickly. My truck was stuck in a precarious position and needed more effort to free it, and their professional was super patient and careful so it wouldn't get scratched. Really appreciate their services and the price was reasonable too!
