If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Best all around. On scene quick and had me back on the road in a flash. From the time I called until the time I was pulling back onto the road was 30 minutes. The driver was very nice and professional. Thank you. Stay safe out there.
It’s never a good day when you need a wrecker, but Brooks makes it better. Very professional people and quick. I had to wait a bit since they were finishing another call, but they kept me informed and up to date. Their driver, I believe his name was Cody, great guy, he’s friendly, good at what he does, and he seems to enjoy what he does which makes him that much better to deal with. If you ever need a wrecker service, Brooks Circle should be your first and hopefully only call.
I believe I had Cody come out and help me today. Went above and beyond for me while stuck in a tricky situation - Crowded parking lot, tight space, and couldn’t move the car for adjustment to load. He saved me a lot of money just by being diligent and caring like it was his own vehicle. Y’all earned my phone call and recommendation from here on out. Thank you!
Cody with Brooks Circle is top notch. My whole experience was top notch. I needed to schedule a tow from one shop to another, and Cody pulled up to help me out fairly quickly. Fella was extremely professional, communicative, efficient, and he seemed to take pride in his work and taking care of people’s vehicles like they are his own. I’d say it’s hard to get out there and do the wrecking business at times, so I tip my hat to Cody. Cody denied my tip, but he deserves every bit of any tip anyone wants to give him. He’s out there working hard, and people need to be recognized for that. I will only use Brooks Circle towing for the foreseeable future. I felt my vehicle was above and beyond taken care of, and the young man who helped me out is an asset to their company. Brooks Circle will be the first name out of my mouth any time anyone needs a wrecker.

The tow truck driver was there within 15 minutes of me placing the order and was super efficient and very nice. He gave us a ride home with our car and even moved tree branches out of the way in our driveway. He definitely went above and beyond. He was also very knowledgeable about cars and what may be wrong with mine. Excellent service!!
A young man from Brooks answered a call to change my tire. He came earlier than scheduled to avoid making me late for work. He was friendly and polite and even declined a tip.

My daughter had a blowout on the Interstate after running over something that had come off a truck. Brooks Circle Wreckers got to her quickly and got her safely towed off the interstate and to a tire station very quickly. Their rate was more than fair. Need more businesses like this in the world. Can't thank them enough!
Really good customer service, driver was prompt, professional and went out of his way to help on a Saturday at that, and from a different location. Greatly appreciated him for everything. Wanted to add, the driver acknowledged my 12.5y son which meant alot to him, he said "he treated me like a human and not just a kid". I wanted to add that.

We got a flat tire on our motorcycle on Friday night around 5:45 just outside of Kingsport, 1100 miles into our 1200 mile trip from Maine to Harriman, TN for a wedding on Saturday. We called AAA right away, but 3 hours later they still didn’t have anyone coming to help us so we turned to Google and started calling the closest towing companies. Our first call said they would be a couple of hours and they would only tow back to their place, but could not fix our flat. The second call was to Brooks who agreed to take us to the closest Harley dealership along our route - 20 miles away - and they could get to us in 20 minutes. The man who showed up was super careful with our bike and even brought my husband so the hotel after they unloaded the bike at the dealership. Bonus fun fact for my public safety friends, the technician is a volunteer firefighter! Two thumbs up for the service and a huge thank you to the folks who operate it.

IF I COULD GIVE MORE THEN 5 STARS I WOULD!Was in an accident this morning, and Progressive roadside assistance got ahold of Brooks Circle and set up a tow for me. What a fantastic employee in Cody they have! If you need a tow be sure to use them. A driveshaft came off a truck, and I was one of the couple of cars that were struck. Cody crossed and got the driveshaft from the other side of the interstate, he knew I needed pictures for insurance. I didn't even think to ask! He even made sure I got photos where the driveshaft came from. With all the stress and shock I was in during all of this Cody put my mind at ease Cody and Brooks Circle were quick, nice, and I will definitely be using them in the future for all my towing needs! Thank you again!
I had a vehicle that quit without warning. I called Brooks to have it towed. They told me right off that it would take a while to get to me since they were taking care of other customers who called before me. I made arrangements to be taken home and for them to call me when they were headed my way. They called to tell me they would meet me at my truck at 5:30. Cory, the driver, arrive promptly at 5:30, then took the time to look things over to see if the problem could be corrected without towing. He provided a best guess diagnosis that it was a failed fuel pump. (That turned out to be the correct diagnosis). Cory towed it to my mechanic and answered a number of my questions. Cory was polite, friendly and very helpful. Thanks Cory! I recommend Brooks towing.

My goodness. Incredible company that is super responsive at all hours of the night. I obliterated a deer when it jumped in front of my car in the middle of the night and these guys were on the scene within 15 minutes. In addition to towing my car, they also offered to make me some deer jerky from the carcass, it was delicious. Owner is handsome too.
Whoever answered the phone at 12:10 pm on Sunday March 7 was unprofessional. I told my address 4 times and he couldn’t understand cause he was doing something else. After repeating myself he starts to huff and puff and get an attitude. He cost you a job. I went with another towing company. His attitude sucked and wasn’t professional at all.
coming home from phili my 07 tahoe had a rear wheel fall off. Brooks Circle Towing did an excellent job safely clearing my tahoe from the hi-way. thier prices are the best ive ever seen in my life. and the drivers wife got me a bottle of water at the gas station (even though i never even asked for one.) she treated me like family. after we dropped the tahoe off at the sears in town square mall they kindly gave me a ride to the hotel with the best rates. i will never forget the kindness of these great people. THANK YOU
