Fast service. I didnt like that the driver made unecessary complaints to me about what I did and didnt do that made his job of towing my vehicle more difficult. He was still able to complete the task, regardless. His complaints to me were not neccessary. Thats poor customer service.
I was the one that caused all the comotion at the Ultament Shine car wash Fri evening 1/26. My dog got on the gas pedel and my truck ended up on top of a car. Craig showed up to handle getting my truck down with no futher damage, I had little hope for that to happen. Happy to report I was wrong.
