So yeah I like this place, and if you ask about matching a color trust and believe the beautiful lady at the desk will tell you she doesn't do that. She's a true sweetheart. So if you go here please don't take a bad day your having out of her she works very hard to make sure you get the parts you need. Needed a starter motor went to get it they had it brought out within minutes, put it in my vehicle and it started right up like a charm.

I called they said they had a part asked me if I wanted it for sure because they had to take it off I said yes I definitely want it she said I'll call you back when we have it taken off the other car and that was yesterday and I still have not got a phone call . So actually I got lie to the very first time I had interactions blountville Auto salvage so will not ever even try to buy anything from them again One light is enough for me
Called a few days ago and spoke to a kind lady which told me there are 3 different part numbers for what I needed and would need the specific one from my vehicle to match for a replacement. Called back today and had the great honor of speaking to an Incredibly rude old "man" after I asked for details on the part they have available. I just need it to be the right one, ya know? Not complicated. The tiny man syndrome hit hard, nearly breaking a hip, just to immediately let me know that "he does this for a living, he's the boss of that woman, and knows more than her" and my description told him everything he needed to know without me asking for clarification before driving an hour one way to their scrap yard. I don't understand what struck a nerve with the geriatric, but I sure hope he gets over it soon. Take it easy ole timer.
Went to get a starter... Larry and kassie were some of the best people to deal with!! Very friendly, and knowledgeable... I would highly recommend them .. and of course reba (the dog) was the highlight of the trip.... We return if needed
Called them to see about getting a car removed from my driveway. Told them it didn’t have any wheels and they said it would be no problem. Gave the driver my address and he was at my house in about 45 minutes. Wrote me a check for the agreed price, loaded it up, gave him the title and off he went.
Didn’t have to drain any fluids. Took it as is.
I needed a simple but hard to find molding for the roof of my car. They came through immediately and even installed it on my car for me, no charge. Really great group of people here.
The woman answering the phone is very rude. Will put you on hold and leave you on hold for way to long and forget about you. When you ask if there is someone else you can speak with, she doesn't even answer you and puts you back on hold. Very rude!!!
Took my information, asked how much I wanted for it, I said I was calling places to get the best price, he said they'd try and beat my other offer, told then I had an offer for 410, they said they would match it (after just telling me they'd try and beat it) and asked if we had a deal. I responded with, why shouldn't I go with the other place if it's the same deal? So he snapped at me "well darlin, I guess you better go with them! Bye and immediately hung up the phone. So rude and I'm not your darlin. I'm a married woman. No worries though - you won't have our business.

Would be ZERO stars if I only had the option! Don't waste your time or money with these losers!!! HORRIBLE "customer service", (if you even wanna call it that). Old hag that works in the front obviously hates her job and takes it out on the customers that come in and only want to be treated like they're appreciated, instead of an inconvenience. I wouldn't step another foot in this place, even if THEY paid me to take their parts, (if they ever had anything I needed, WHICH THEY NEVER DO!).
Amazing people. I asked about a fuel tank and fuel pump on a Mitsubishi and within an unexpected and quick 30 minutes they had it pulled and where even nice enough to help put it in a covering, placing it into my car. Can't stress enough how great of an experience I had.
I went there close to lunch, they were getting ready to eat...They stopped to take care of me instead of asking me to come back after lunch.I was willing to come back but they took care of me....Very professional and good pricing.We live in a world where people don't value loyalty or give loyalty....But as for me , I have to give them my repeat business.,I recognize good service and willingness to help.....Very pleased with them.
Excellent service and customer service with reasonable pricing! I had taken my car 3 times to get it fixed elsewhere, including the dealership, with no luck. But these guys were up to the challenge and worked to get me the best fix for the best price! They took on a difficult task and had it fixed within a few hours for less than half of what I was quoted elsewhere. The office staff was so friendly and even helped me entertain my children for the wait. I'll be using them for whatever I can from now on! Thank you all again!
I have been doing business with these guys for over 20 years. I have never been disappointed in my service, nor in the help and other forms of advice that I have been given. If you want to know anything just ask them. If they don't have, they will find for you. I would have to say, their best point is, their prices. They always meet the competition's prices, if not outright beat them.
they are slow, they don't pull the part till you are standing there even if they tell you that they will have it ready when you get there on the phone. I have had to make two trips to get my parts because they didn't pull it when they said they would and I couldn't wait over hour and a half then had to go to work and get another ride all the way out there again the next day. but at least the people are nice and they usually do have what you need at a ok price. just wish they would pull parts when they tell you they are.
