They were very good and helpful and didn't give us no problems. The tow truck man was very understanding and answered all our questions.it was just the price part but the young lady at the window was good gave up a reasonable price.
My car broke down at Danny Thomas @ Alabama on July 31st my roadside tow never showed after 2.5 hours (with my car running) so MPD had to get me towed. Flag city towing came towed my car. I called them several times on Friday I was never told all of the fees. So went to pick up my car on Monday ended up paying $700 only to find out that my radiator is messed up and it wasnt before they towed it. My car wasn't leaking water when the wheel fell off because I set in my car the entire time with my air running waiting on the tow truck. I am on a fixed income and can't work but these people took most of my check. Karma will handle people like them
All I can really say is that my car broke down on me half way from Millington TN to Jackson TN and it is hot on this day, and my guy grom your company got to me within a lil over an hour! I hate that I didn't get his name as he took such good care of me and me po lil vehicle!
I truly hope he was able to spend some of this 4th of July with his family!

I was good after the initial review however since the owner has gone out of his way to respond to everyone stating that the city sets the towing fee. How does $125 turn into $325 I understand that the company had to make money however that’s a drastic increase in price and on top of that the tow truck driver stated that you do not accept card shady company with and owner that’s full of excuses on why he’s cheating hard working people out of their money when I asked for a receipt the truck driver was hesitant to even give me one as well horrible company
Don’t use this company. They are very rude and unprofessional. I brought my kids to pick up my vehicle and they were smoking and cursing. I was very offended. I was highly upset when I got my vehicle it looked like someone had went through it and items were missing. Beware of this company.
Matthew was incredibly kind, and I really appreciated his warm personality. He was also very thorough in providing detailed information, which I found helpful.
This company is shady not only do they overcharge people, they do not accept card and take advantage of the fact that by law you can’t call another tow company there are better options out there as there are several that charge half the price for better service
This company is very rude. The girl they have answering the phone is beyond rude and over talks you when your trying to find out about your car. The lady at the front desk will also talk trash about you as the owner of the vehicle as well. She will tell you the story on what the police say when your car comes to their lot and also point out another car on their lot and tell you that person died in their accident, in which is very unprofessional because that's nobody else's business. They will also file to get your car from you just the day after your car arrives on their lot. They also refuse to allow insurance to send someone out to look at your car to assess the damage. I would highly suggest looking into another company or think twice before calling this company. They are beyond rude.
Im going to do two rates, this is for the customer service of the lady they have answering the phones. Very rude, unprofessional, over talks you, and I didn’t even need a tow. I wanted to inquire a few vehicles that was taking up space on there lots.
Absolutely nasty people. Nasty attitudes and despicable towing service. You all have no pride in your work and it shows. I will be reporting you all to the BBB. Get your acts together. Oh and I can’t say a name because they wouldn’t give me one. Morons.
This is for the auto sales part not the towing. Walked in on a Friday with my daughter as we were shopping for her first vehicle. Found three vehicles to inquire about but were told they just recently been purchased and hadn't had time for 'the boss' to price them yet. Gave me a card and said call back Tuesday. Called back Tuesday but she was unavailable at the time so I left a message to call me. She did not. Called back two days later and she confirmed she got my message but the vehicles still have not been priced and checked out. I have not received a call since. It's been two weeks.
I used this company for a “winch out” after getting stuck in the mud. This company was fast and efficient and did the job right. Lexie, who answered the phone was friendly and put me at ease. She asked all the right questions to ensure she knew what I needed. Richard Box came to meet me within the hour. He very quickly got my car out of the mud and explained the whole process to us as he worked.
I got stuck in the ditch tilted, almost flipped over.. these guy came once I called them and they pulled me out in less the. 15-20 min very professional… I highly recommend this company.

Our truck was stolen recovered & when we walked in they said "what did you do wrong to get towed"? He was such an azz he shouldn't be in contact with the public. If I could give negative stars I would. He should loose his contract with the city & I'm about to make that my mission.
They have great customers services and they do exactly what you tell them to do and they are patiently people I would tell everybody they are good work if I had to send people to them I vote 100 out of 100 .
The employee Joe was just amazing he he'll me get my belongings out of my old car and put them in my new car my thing is that was not his job but he made sure my belongings we in my other car again I like nice people keep up the excellent customer service. Nina Dudley
We had an incident with a truck from Flag City Towing on the interstate. The driver Richard was super helpful and got us towed to their shop and the company fixed the problem and got us back on the road again. Good people! They treated us well.
The tow driver took my car key home with him and the dealer couldn't work on my car with the key. When I called the company a very unconcerned lady told me that it was the driver's day off and he wasn't answering his phone so there was nothing she could do. Mind you, I'm leaving town the next day and the dealer has had my car 1 1/2 days now without being able to work on it. I had to pay for a rental because of this and I would not use this company again.
Rude & unprofessional. Staff was smoking on the job and blew the smoke into the faces of my group. Transaction to get the car back was not documented/no receipt... only accepted cash. Seemed sketchy, but I wanted my car back so we paid the $45.. Wouldn’t be surprised if they pocketed it, honestly.
Stole valuables from impounded vehicle, then denied the valuables were in the vehicle. Inappropriate response from management. Conduct is not business manner. Rude employees. Would file a suit for the valuables but lawyers and court fees are too expensive these days.
Don’t bother using this company. After receiving a message from my insurance, and waiting an hour for the tow truck to arrive, we called Flag City directly. What a waste of time!

My bumper with my tag was lost by this company while being transported from their lot to the body shop. When asked Rachel she 1st said she was going to look into it and call me back. I HAD to call her back. Then she said she wasn’t paying for anything (rude). So I asked for a manager or supervisor name and number. I called Eric whom said he would do his homework and call me back by tomorrow. He did call but said he will not be liable because the dmv said I would have to get a new tag anyway for a salvaged vehicle and how it is being driven(As if that is important or his business). I just want to know how I should be liable to get a replacement tag when it was on there when they picked it up. It only costs 22.50 per Eric, but they will not pay it. MPD should not be using this company and no one else should not either. A RIP-OFF, DISORGANIZED, UNPROFESSIONAL, and SHADY COMPANY.
Would not recommend this company! Spoke with Rachel requesting a tow. Was informed that there was no way she would be able to confirm a time for a tow as all her drivers were "getting off shift." What professional tow company only has one driver after hours? Asked for local recommendations and she was completely unhelpful. Had to repeat explanations multiple times. Do not use this company unless you have no other choice and you just happen to get lucky and break down between 8 and 4 p.m.
Theives!!! Had my car towed in it a bunch of items clothing,electronics, shoes, tools. When I went to pick it up they had kids running around the yard guys who dont even work there in the yard (first bad sign). Kids were taking the wheels off a car that had came in (second bad sign). I noticed things not in place in my car when I asked why my car was unlocked and stuff missing they immediately became hostile and i wasnt even accusing them. They said someone must if broken into it before they picked it up, and that some other owners complained about stuff missing. I wasnt born yesterday! They took everything out of my car including a bucket with cleaning sprays lol. I hope the lady there or the tow truck driver needed the stuff more than i did and atleast use the money to buy the kids a decent haircut. (Kid had a mullet).AVOID this place at all cost.
If I could give them no stars i would. Used them through my road side assistance through state farm insurance. The driver was rude and cursed at me and my son. I wasn't there when he picked up the car but be calls me on the phone and says I'm outsie to pick up your car. "You gona bring out the key, or what? " Red flag that this experience wasn't going to be a good one. He brought my car top my house. He was parked in front of my next door neighbor's house facing in the wrong direction. My son ask him if he was going to turn his truck around and drop the car in front of our house. " I know what I'm doing Hell!!" Okkaayy??? Simple question right? Considering you can't drive the car. And You can't turn it around. Then he says he'll I drive it on the back of the truck. If called for a tow. You weren't supposed to drive it. You don't know what's wrong with it. He proceeds to curse and says I can show you something better. Tries to let many car roll off the back but forgets it's still chained to the truck. Keep in mind were on a hill. It rolls back and snatches forward when the chain gets tight. He pulls it back forward. Unhooks the chain and leaves it in front of my next door neighbor's driveway and it won't crank. We have to find men to help push it and turn it around and push it up a hill in front of my house. Worst tow experience ever!!!!
We couldn't have found a better towing service. If in need to have a big tow truck I would recommend asking for Christopher R. He was our life saver when our transmission went out in our truck. Thank you for your great service!
