U-Pull-It is a good place to go if you are mechanically inclined because you have to take your own parts off. By doing this you will save a lot of money. Prices are cheaper than what you would find on eBay. Junk yard is clean and well organized by row number (car type)

Called to have someone come out to buy a vehicle. I asked could I get someone out to give me a price the lady on the phone was very rude asked me no questions and said no! And hung up. This vehicle is in great condition the motor is just blow. But she didn’t have time for a customer today so just know that customer service is rude!!!

Good place if you need parts but needs to clean up parking lot I left their parking lot with 7 nails in 2 tires and when I called to tell an employee (because he said manager was unavailable to speak with me) he was very nasty with me, I was just informing them about the problem didn't want any money back from all that I had to spend on 2 new tires so I will not go back to that particular location.
I love this place they have a website and you can see if they have the cars you looking for and the parts are really good price way cheaper than buyin off ebay or dealer i bought steering wheel controls and air bag great add on to my 05 4runner
I went there today on my lunch only had a short amount of time the staff there were very friendly and helped me find the parts I needed outstanding people that work there it was a Tuesday when I was there I wish I would have got the names of the workers there again thanks will defentanly return there to get parts if I need them
Cars as far as the eye can see, and they work out fair pricing on all the parts! Definitely bring some water and some hand towels too, there is no shade you will be working and walking with extra weight in the direct heat so keep that in mind, and be safe!

Not overcrowded like the Memphis location.
We found everything we were needing for 4 vehicles so what else would I rate them but with 5 stars. We got the sun visors and gas tank door for my mom's chevy cavalier, the heater box for the hubby's Dakota, solenoid switch for the old Ford and the ignition coil for our Tahoe. Rarely do we find everything on our list so today was a good day!
Super cool staff and very clean. Yard is organized, plus they already have everything on jack stands. They have the inventory catalogued so you can go to the models you need quick!
Our first time here and it was fabulous. Much cleaner than other yards in Memphis, everyone there was super nice, cars weren't all picked over. We will definitely go back!
$2 to get on lot. Just bring your own tools. Try to go early morning because it is super hot out there. They print out a list of where the car is your looking for and then you get to it.
Since becoming U-Pull-it, they charge $2 just to go look at the cars. Then you have to buy a one day warranty to see if it is the right part; otherwise, you can't return the part. It cost me almost $4 just to find out they didn't have my part. No refunds on any charges. Terrible service!
After checking every parts store and salvage yard in Memphis, I called Massey Auto Parts in Millington and spoke with John, who was very helpful and courteous. Within three minutes he found me an AC Compressor for 1/3 of what a reconditioned compressor was going to cost me. Great place, great staff. Couldn't be happier!
Ed was fantastic! He was able to quickly find me a piece of glass for a 35 year old Mercedes. Had it ready for pick up in a few hours. Really great service and prices.
