The dark skinned guy that works for them with the tattoo in his face towed a car with kids “teenagers”inside while the car was parked and then proceeded to lie about him not seeing them seeing in there. I witnessed the entire thing. Terrible on their behalf. The cops were called. The car was let go. He was not very happy about that. But for future references I hope they check the cars for passengers completely before towing.
Called on Tuesday to get a quote . Called back on Thursday when I was ready for the car to be towed. He remembered the car and was there within the time that he quoted. Very professional and quick. Great customer service!!
Very professional, highly experienced. Had my manual truck's e brake engaged, lost my keys, had my wheels turned when I parked. He did an excellent job finagling my truck onto his, got me where I needed to go safely and efficiently at a great price. Cannot recommend this company highly enough if you are in need of a tow.

They towed my semi truck and open the doors without me be there when I ask why do you guys open my truck he’s just telling we always do imaging if they still something from your truck’s in-cab. And I’ve to pay $1345 to get my truck back. Eddie is the guy who towed and his very rude” worst towing ever.
My tow request required more than the average tow due to the vehicle and pickup location. It was successfully done in a timely manner. I would use them again.

Tonight the husbands vehicle overheated, and we called towing inc. to come tow it. They got there quickly, and we appreciated that. Also I must say the price was very affordable. We thought this would cost us about 50 more dollars than it did. The driver hooked our vehicle up in a timely manner and actually made it back to our house before we did.
