Worst customer service ever. They charged me for a tow I didn’t receive but thank God I have money stacked back and can move forward. Don’t use these people!

We had the pleasure of running into one of the employees at a gas station outside of Memphis when our car broke down. He was very kind and looked under the car. He told us it’s probably better to go ahead and get it towed rather than risk driving it. We thought we knew better and tried anyhow. A couple minutes later the van was having the same issues. We pulled over and called the towing company. They came out within the hour on a Friday night at like 6pm. Towed it to the shop. I think we are awfully lucky to have ran into him when we did. These guys were great!
