Recently contacted Cash for Cars about a wrecked vehicle that we couldn’t afford to fix. After filling out an online form, a real representative, named Vijay, called me to discuss the vehicle condition and made me a firm offer. He was ready to take care of it that day, but I put it off. He respectfully followed up without harassing me. Two days later, I was ready to pull the trigger on the deal and all went as described & promised! We had a check in hand and the car was hauled off! Overall, I am very pleased with my experience from cash for cars. They were able to give me a quote that was better than other competitors in the Memphis area. Once I showed proof of title, they were able to schedule a local MEMPHIS towing company to come pick up the vehicle and give me a check. I would strongly recommend this company over others. Don’t let the fact that the initial contact calls are from a call center keep you from utilizing their superb services.
From the time I got on the phone to the time I physically dropped off the car and got a check was exactly 2 hours. What could be simpler! The folks were thorough and explained the entire process - asking if I had any questions, which I didn’t because they were thorough. I drove the car to the drop off lot and they too were thorough and quick. Again the entire process took 2 hours. Thanks again!!
Everything was easy and they did everything as promised. My only issue is they gave us an 8 hour window for the car pick-up and it ended up being at the very end of the day and I did not get the call letting me know they were on their way. I would suggest the driver contact people and give them a smaller window and that way they can communicate any updates. But over all they did come through with everything as promised.

They destroyed the front bumper of the car and caved in the transmission pan of the vehicle when they came to pick it up. Left transmission fluid all over the place. On top of that, the tow truck driver drove off without the title and now I have to take time out of my day to take the title up there.

My first time ever selling a vehicle. I received more than I expected. I did signed the title at the wrong place, but they helped me correct that. The pickup was fast and driver was very kind.
Michael was very helpful in conducting transactions via text and me not having to be on site. Tracking the pickup driver was difficult because the number he gave me was for dispatch and since pick up was outsourced I could not talk to the driver.
Amanda was such a big help. She was very patient with me and calm. Worked quickly & thoroughly to make my car selling experience so much easier. I would recommend anyone to this business. Thanks again!
Communication was a bit overwhelming in the beginning. I spoke to a different person every time I called….Once we agreed on a fair price tho..it was smooth sailing. They arrived on time with check in hand. Even towed my vehicle at no cost to me. I’d definitely use them again.
Quick and mostly painless! They did tell me that my pickup would be scheduled on the next day, but then I got a call a couple hours later from the tow company saying they were on their way. I had to abruptly leave work.
That being said, it was a good peace of mind not having to worry about getting my undriveable car to the scrap yard!
