I come here al the time and the staff is always nice and professional. I would like to recommend that U- Pull- It should consider adding Go-Cart rentals to their revenue. I believe this would be a nice investment due to how large their yard is. Something like Pull-A-Part.
Well organized junkyard. Got a trailer hitch. It was quick and easy. They provide wheelbarrows and engine hoists but I brought my own wheel barrow in case it was busy.
0/10 Came up here simply talking to the suppose to be manager David and he was VERY prejudice. Asked them a simple question, requested an exchange after buying a warranty and was told that we cant get a refund and we could no longer shop there . Was then called all type of prejudice slurs , yelled at badly and was lied to like we got a refund but did not refund the money to the card . Was then told we can come back after 6pm when they close so that him and my dad can “handle it like a man “ . Wouldn’t recommend going here at all .
I've been going here for 8 years and i get it's a junkyard in a rough part of town and certain rules need to be put in place so yeah staff is gonna be rude most of the time and come off a little overbearing but the one that bugs me is charging a core charge on parts that may or may not work. You aren't remanufacturing diddly sqaut so why act like you're an autoparts store when the whole point of you're existence is avoiding those places
Usually great prices on parts but, this visit I paid $16.80 including tax plus the $2.00 admission fee for a power window switch that sells brand new on CarParts.com for $11.90. The same part sells on most other websites for under $22.00.

Online says they close at 530, a piece of tape over the 5 days 4 now. So they close at 430 now.

Shows FAVOR to different People i was told by management that if there's an engine I see over the fence to ask for him or other manager and it would be an increase on the price which is no issue,,a week later I see what I'm looking for ready to pay and all of a sudden I have to wait for it to hit the yard now who is in a race with anyone that YAL IS SHOWING PRIVELAGE TOO
I always have a good experience dealing with the folks at u pull it. This location and the one in millington. There's more selection at this location. The service is friendly and helpful at both locations. Any time I need a part at a good discount I come here first. Usually it's the only stop I need to make.
I think this goes without saying but, it's freaking HOT OUTSIDE!!! Huge selection, and they had several newer additions that weren't gutted. And I understand I've been there but I wish that people wouldn't break parts to get to what they want. It's crushing when u find the exact thing you need, color matching and everything, just for someone to have broken it. That's part of the game though looking for interior console trim pieces in a 23 year old Suv
Best way to get parts you need, if you are experienced in car life.. (if you need fuses... Pay 2$.. get on the lot... Approach ANY vehicle and go for the fuse box... In most cases.. they won't even charge you for fuses....
Yard is absolutely massive, they have a great selection of import vehicles. Everyone when you check in and check out are fantastic every time. Prices are amazingly fair and they don't try and nickel and dime you ever. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for used parts.
Very very poor service, don’t even waste your time here. The owner his self an employees are rude don’t know how to explain the way they sell there parts if you ask before hand, then when you try to purchase it either way at there price they kick you out very disrespectful even when they claim to close at 4:30 but online it says 5:30 poor poor service an treatment.
Didn't find what I needed and I wasn't prepared. They had a food truck but it was closed. Also, if you go, wear some boots or decent shoes because you will be walking on rocks
They don't answer the phone! Drove 30 minutes to see if I could get a part for an F250 and they lady up front said they didn't have any. I asked her to check for 350s to which she replied they didn't have any with out even looking in the computer. I find that a little hard to believe considering it's one of the most widely purchased vehicles in the country
So I have been going to this place for years I have done a lot of business with them never had any problems until a few months ago granted the issue started at the one in Millington. While I trying to remove the head off 7 series bmw all of a sudden the manager of the Millington location approached me and said it's time to go so I figured it was closing time but no as I checked the time so I asked why are you closing early
Come here all the time. Pay for expensive parts, get good little cheap pieces for free regularly. Always hot though, and drinks get stuck in the machine but the guys understand and are always happy to help return drinks and cash stolen by the mischievous machines. Always come here for the best prices. Cheaper and better deals closer to the end of the day.
Cheaper than their competitors on most things. Have an unlimited $1/day warranty. As long or as short as you want. But nowadays they are pretty rude. They had at least 6 ppl in line and wouldn't let me walk out to retrieve a ratchet I left. Really uncalled for seeing as they all know me well

They have a ton of vehicles and their website shows where your particular vehicle is located in the yard. The guys at the counter will give you a printout of the rows that have the year and make you are looking for.
