I was a first timer at a salvage yard and they made my experience really pleasant. I came looking for an engine for a 2021 Altima and left with this beauty (2020 engine with like 5k miles on it). It was a pretty cool guy with tattoos that escorted me around the lots to look at my options. The only thing they could do better is offer water bottles, but I came prepared with mine.
I came to Mid-Town Auto Parts to find a bumper for my 2007 Mustang. When I got there the staff was friendly and helpful. They had exactly what I needed and they even pulled it for me 30 minutes before they closed. Thank you Mrs. Jenne I will make sure I come back for any other parts I need!

My husband loves coming to this place when he needs parts for his vehicles or his customers needs parts for him to replace if unable to buy new ones. He can sometimes get lost in this place and loose track of time. Very friendly staff and have good prices too
Midtown salvage yard in Memphis they cheating people in the scale when you sell them your scrap they don’t show you what your gross weight you have to trust them whatever they give you,
and I asked them about it they don’t care they just pay you whatever also they don’t even have screen to the scale
Don’t sell your scrap to them unless they show you your correct weight
THEY PUT A NEW SCALE BECAUSE THEY SAY PEOPLE WERE GETTING MESSED AROUND WELL WHY DONT YALL PUT ONE OF THEM SCALE OUTSIDE THE LITTLE SHED THING SO THE PEOPLE THAT ARE DROPPING OFF THE SCRAP CAN SEE FOR THERE SELF HOW MUCH THEY WEIGH?¿???????????????????????????
Awesome employee "Q" is very good at being calm with all the ppl that come thru and is very very helpful also the chic at weigh station is polite and fast hopefully their team will remain feiendly

Rip off. I had a little side plastic piece needed for my Avalanche. Everwhere sold it for $5 dollars the white man at the counter tried to rip us off for $50. I quess he thinks we are stupid and can't compare prices.
If u'r dealin with the guy's it's ok but that woman sold me the wrong alternator in which u could easy see side by side and she wanted to argue with about it finally one of the guy's came and looked at it and agreed it was the wrong one...so if u go deal with the guy's on the part..she a typical argumentative..
My daughter and I are on our way to NYC and found out our rim is cracked. Everyone went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. It is such a blessing to know there are such good people in the world. Thank you so much for all your help and kindness. Stay safe and thanks again.
Juan is amazing... Great customer service on the phone and in person..I'm new to Memphis and needed a tail light.Within an hour of arriving to Memphis, Juan gave me a great price and even installed it for me.. I also witnessed Juan giving someone a job . What an awesome human...I'll definitely be a loyal and returning customer.
I have had a horrible experience with this company. I have called them four separate days trying to get them to pick up my car, each time saying they would pick it up that day, and each time with the same results: no car pickup. I understand how there can be communication error, and even how I didn’t have everything I needed at first. But with multiple people telling me multiple different things about the situation it’s no wonder it hasn’t gotten picked up.
Poor service, poor communication, poor follow through, and ultimately, poor management. I’d give less than one star if I knew how
I've been here several times and the guys are helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. My first stop is always Mid-Town and I find that I never need to make a second stop because they've always got what I'm looking for!
