Great place to go was in out quickly and $45 wasn't a bad price for the type of tires I need. Would be greater if they accepted cards instead of cash only
I call 9 p.m. because you're 24 hours you actually answer the phone I give you a tire size give me a price for $60 I say I'm on my way 12 minutes just to get there call twice they not answer neither is anyone on the lot, so I definitely wouldn't recommend if you're in the case of an emergency, and it seems that the only thing on the lot thats open 24 hours is the air
Charges $45 for a tire that wasn't even the right size. I message him about it, no response. I pull up to the shop the day after he instantly comes with an attitude, saying I'm calling him out and saying it was on purpose. However, if you look at the texts below, I never stated that. I only made him aware that the one he put on was bad. He claims that he no longer has any and won't be able to exchange until Monday of next week. That's 5 days or more riding on a bad tire. Not only was it bad, but I had another shop show me it's the WRONG SIZE. I needed a 215 60r16, and he gave me a 205 60r tire.
I recently had my fiancé to call up there to check for me if he had it and was told he'll have it by 2 pm today. He gave him his word. I pull up at 230 today to be greeted with a snappy, passive-aggressive attitude. Saying things like, "That's a setup calling me for tires I told you was going to be here Monday," or "I never spoke with anyone, you must be delusional."
He lacks customer service skills, isn't quick to fix a problem he caused, and needs to be more clear on his services cause he's not 24 hours! Had the nerve to lie to my man again today saying he's 24 hours. He thinks he can keep doing this, but there are laws against businesses like his. It's honestly not right.
Update: My fiancé finally goes up there to find out he lied to him and Mr. Brown considered it "Just talking business". I'm not sure what solid business owner thinks lying to a customer is talking business.
I had a flat on the expressway because of the potholes. I was overwhelmed and getting anxiety and he stayed on the phone with me until I got to the building. Honest, very helpful in a stressful situation.
For some reason i thought the person who would pick up the phone would be more polite. But he was just like the usual. Had kind of an atitude and hung up on me.
Brown's tires is an excellent place to get your car needs taken care of. The gentleman that fixed our tire was, honest, polite, quick and friendly. The prices are very fair. I will most definitely let Brown's Tires handle all my car needs. Excellent service. I have no complaints.
This man is a life savior. Had a flat at 6:30 called him he picks up on first ring instantly fixes the tire. 2 hours later hit another pot hole he shows up at 9 pm and once again fixes it. Tires are so cheap I paid extra. There is no better place to recommend than him in Memphis.
Wish I could give them a 0 , Never use this shop when you are stranded, 3 in the morning and he said he had the tire , he had already over priced the tire , then he said he would be there in 20 min , got there and waited an hour , called him about 10 times and he sent me to voice mail every time , these guys are very inconsistent, worst experience I ever had in my life …
This 24 hour tire shop was not only a HUGE convenience, but also has good quality tires and the service was great and quick too! It was such a relief to be able to get the one tire that blew out while driving at 9pm replaced, that my husband purchased a replacement for another tire as well! We will definitely be returning if need be and will recommend Brown’s Tire Service (Memphis TN) to others.

At about 10:30pm I had a blowout on the freeway. I’m not from here and had been traveling through Memphis since 5am from New Mexico. It was a blessing that Brown was open and available to help take care of me and get me back on the road. It was quick and easy and he was super kind too. Thank you for being open 24 hrs and answering questions. I recommend him completely!
I did not even want to give this business 1 star. Owner is HIGHLY RUDE! Changed my tire 3 days ago and I noticed a knocking sound a day afterwards. Turns out he didnt screw my lug nuts on right causing my tire to come off my truck and broke my screws off. I called for his help to fix the issue and he came but he was so busy cursing me out
To watch traffic that i was told NUMEROUS of times “i dont have to do this” he repeatedly talked to me like im a child and he drove off and left me when he's the reason im in the predicament. I was also charged $100 for a used tire.
Had an unfortunate tire mishap at the Airport late at night and He was the only one to come to our rescue! He came and he executed and got the job done right away. If you are ever having tire troubles call him first you won’t be disappointed! Great service!!!
When I say he is a lifesaver!! Call him after 7:00 p.m. with the flat was able to get my car back up and running the same night before 8:00 p.m. thank you for your service and professionalism.
Worst experience ever....women beware. This guy takes advantage of women. Didn't have the right size so he put whatever on my wife's car. When I addressed the issue he got aggressive.....if you know me, that was right up my alley
Had a flat on our way to Alabama, this gentleman answered the phone in 1 ring! He was extremely professional, friendly, and quick service! Could not beat his prices! His card machine was down today, but an ATM was available at the gas station next door! Very thankful for this man saving our day!
The employee who works night will over charge you 150 for a used tire is out of line. If you look at their front door it clearly says they accept credit card but he only accept Cash or cash app!
Tried three places and none of the numbers worked or the address led to any where. Called Brown's Tires and he picked up immediately. Fast and friendly service. Diagnosed the issue and fixed it in no time. Will most definitely keep his number saved for future issues.
Not impressed. Called to have service done for the first time, the tire was a bit expensive so we decided to use a tire we already had. So get back to the shop with the tire call and let the guy know we’re there. He says it will take him 30 mins and the man never showed up. I called back and no answer. Waited 30 mins in south Memphis for no reason when he could have just said he wouldnt coming. A waste of time.
We we're traveling and learned that we desperately needed to get our tires change at 8pm Sunday night. Mr. Brown was one of the few places that answered our call and saved our lives that night! His prices were reasonable, and he was a very charming person to work with. After hours, we had to call/ text him to come out to change our tires. He was prompt in his response and worked quickly. Completely blown away by his costumer service, his professionalism, and overall work. If we're ever in Memphis again we will definitely stop by his wing shop, if we don't need another tire.

Mr.Brown was very helpful assistance after hours and the price was nice....he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and fixed the tire in just a couple minutes. He responds to calls to your location if you can't drive or get a tow to the shop.
Not happy with my tires at all and the service. I went to get opinions from 3 tire shops and was explained to me that my trails could have had more meat on them for the price I paid which is $90 for 3 tires! Every tire shop I been to never charge for service. I expressed to the man at Brown tire shop I didnt like the quality of the tires before I left. He then tells me he is going to charge me $70 to take them off and put my old ones back on. If you plan to go here please check the tires before he puts it on. Sounds like he was upset because I didnt like the quality of the tires. Never returning! This is what happen when you try to support a black business.
