Last Friday, Dec 15th around 10:00 pm my family and I were traveling on 240 S and hit a deep pothole. My tire immediately flattened as we pulled over to view the damage “All Around Town Towing”, pulled over within minutes Mr. Mark noticed the flat and offered to change the tire. He set of the perimeter as safely as possible and began the task of removing and replacing it with my spare. He ensured that my spare had an adequate amount of pressure before sending us on our way. Seriously, it was a dangerous task, changing a tire in the dark, with cars speeding by. We were truly grateful and elated that he took electronic payment. Thanks for being both professional and expeditious.
Let me tell you Mark Bean was a life saver!!! Came right out and picked up me and my 2009 Road King and took me to Harley in Memphis TN 45 minutes to me and 45 minutes back. Flat tire in I40 E mile marker 261 in Arkansas. If I could give more than 5 Stars I would. Great man working tonight
I asked “All Around Towing” to tow my car to their shop when the clutch wore out, and to replace it. Reginald and his team did great work on the clutch/transmission! Also, the price for the repair work was the best I found when calling around for estimates. I will use “All Around” again.
Super nice guy and very friendly. My only complaint is that there was only one method of payment in which I wasn't aware of. I suggest having other payment options for customers who don't keep cash or at least making it know so the customer can get the cash. Outside if that really great service. I will use this business again if I ever need them.
