I wish I could love a worse level than one star but this company is the worst, why may you ask, I trusted them with my vehicle to get it home when I had a blow out on the expressway, during transport they lost my bumper, now I know it was poorly attached but thats no reason to be careless with my vehicle and when asked them to help replace it they gave me the run around, made me miss a day of work cause they gave out a false promise and still didn't deliver, do not trust them with your vehicle especially if a part is barely hanging on anyway.
Very wonderful and easy process. I didn’t get the dispatchers name but from the time I called, she was super friendly and helpful. She stated that it would about an hour wait time but the driver called and arrived in about 45 minutes. He had the car hooked up and ready to go in a bout 10-15 minutes. Drove and dropped at residence and had it dropped in about the same amount of time as hook up. Total time was approximately 1.5 hours. The driver’s name was Ty and he was very friendly and helpful and knew exactly what he was doing. If I ever have to use a tow company again it will definitely be Trius Towing and I will recommend them to anyone needing a towing company. Thank you all again for the exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. It made our stressful day much easier to deal with.
I WIST I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS TRUCK NUMBER 33 just tried to run THREE cars off the road while getting off in the state line southaven ms exit. TERRIBLE REPUTATION. Then stopped in the road and flicked us all off just unbelievable on a wednesday evening.
Driver was leaving Bartlett Towing Dropped a car off his truck in front of my business about 100 yd away from his pickup just to load it back the exact same way he dropped it And pulled off. No chains, no straps, no L arms! Called to tell the owner and he never reached back so I'm posting publicly to let everybody know the type of drivers they employ. If you have people you love in the streets of Memphis tell them don't get behind these trucks.
I operate out of a small shop and have been using Trius for many years. Every driver I’ve ever met was always professional and cautious operators. I have dealt with many tow companies over the years and it seems like these companies will hire anybody.I’ve never had not one issue with Trius. Thanks

Terry at Trius was excellent. Had my car up and on its way quickly and took care to be sure everything was secure. Delivered in short order to the service location. Definitely would recommend and use again.
Friendly, quick, and efficient. Showed up pretty much right on time and Terry was super friendly and helpful. Got my project car home and even got one of the brakes unstuck! Even dropped it off EXACTLY perfect in my garage. Couldn’t ask for more. Have used them twice and same great results.
These guys have been really good for my business. We've been impressed by their professionalism and the care they've taken with my customer's vehicles. We've never had any issues with their work, sometimes they get busy and it takes a little while to get a tow completed, but after working with many tow companies over the years that's very understandable. I definitely recommend GYS/Trius towing .
Gys Towing was dispatched by my insurance agent for a 24 hour roadside assistance and luckily for me their driver (Mike) had such expertise. He was competent and careful with my vehicle. I would most definitely call them directly for future towing needs.
I call them and had a driver tell me he was on the way and never showed. I called him back after several times with no answer for him to tell me he was reassigned and no one was coming.
Tow truck # 21 arrived within 30 min. after service request call was made. The driver, Theo, was friendly & knowledgeable about the specifics of my new car and quickly and professionally loaded the car on the flatbed. I would certainly call GYS again if needed based on my present experience.
Never showed up. Said it would be an 1.5 hr eta then when I called back an hour later the lady said another 2 hr eta. I gave up on them and waited until the next day.
