Great Scott! Scott was great! Called within 15 minutes of arrival. Showed up in an hour as dispatcher promised. Unlike AAA who stranded us for 8 hrs on I40 in Memphis. Polite. Courteous. Conscientious. Trustworthy. Just like great business is always done. Recommended them to Serra Chevy in Bartlett and to you fine reader of posts.
When i called for a tow, they Told me It would be 20 minutes Until our driver got there. waited two hours for a tow. Every time i would call for an update of where the driver was, they would just say 15 more minutes. They were aware I waiting for the driver to get there because I wasn’t leaving the car unattended with the keys in the vehicle like they suggested. Waited two hours and never got an apology they just acted like it wasn’t their problem.

Owner messaged me and said i was over reacting and for me to take my review down Because i was his only review and it was negative and bringing down his ratings. I told him i would not take down my review because it was an honest review of my experience with his company. That if he gave me a discount or compensation for my time wasted i would edit my review to add that his company attempted to resolve the issue. He then told me i had an attitude and said that his explanation should suffice. He then had people he knows (below my review) give him positive reviews to override my negative review.
Thanks Next Generation for helping my mother. She is elderly and was stuck in the cold and your company was so fast and courteous to her. I will always use your company!
Was worried to death about having my car towed. Got a lot invested to let just anyone tow my car. They were very professional, timely, and without any issues. Can’t thank them enough!
