My son had an accident and Visual Perfection and Towing, Inc was the company utilized by the City of Memphis Department to tow the vehicle. The experience with this company has been a nightmare. We were instructed to go by the office to sign a release form for the tow company appointed by our insurance company to pick up the vehicle and tow it to the collision center. The insurance had already made arrangements providing information via the towing company which was sent over already. Of course the insurance company would ensure payment. We had driven 45 minutes to get there. When we got there we were told we had to have an appointment. I informed Lena the owners daughter or relative that we were not told about an appointment…only to sign the paperwork for release. Lena was so embarrassingly rude and lacked compassion. She kept asking us who was going to be paying for this. I felt as if we were being poorly because we were African American. The poor treatment was palpable. It is my belief that Lena would be better suited to work in a warehouse in the back away from anyone representing a customer. The very back..if you will. Lena came in the door angry. Her tone was very negative and unprofessional. She has no business in customer service and is definitely in the wrong job lineup. Notice that I said job and not profession. I requested an appointment and was told to come back at 01:00 pm. I said ok. Lindy did not like my answer of ok so she asked me again about the 01:00 pm appointment time. I again stated ok acknowledging the time. Lena then angrily went into the building locking the door leaving me and my son standing outside as if our presence did not matter. Karen at best except a younger version. The act was unkind and again highly unprofessional. I had to call the police because of how we were being treated. The owner came to the door prior the the arrival of the police stating that we needed registration to pick up the vehicle. I had to get the insurance company on the phone requiring an emailed document to which my insurance company representative stated they had never utilized. I would not recommend this towing to any human being in the City of Memphis nor the surrounding areas. Poor quality service. The company definitely lack in customer care and customer support. This company is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau.

This company need to be immediately shutdown. Went to pay and pickup my wrecked vehicle told me I had to pay the 650 what they told me and another towing fee for them to move it from the back to the front for my tow company to get the car total fee was 875 I recommend no one deals with this company
I've known the Visual Towing family for many years working with them on vehicle crashes. There's not a more respected, responsible Towing company in Memphis. If I still lived in Memphis, they would have my business. If you want Towing or repairs done the correct way, Visual Towing should be your first call.
Visual has been around over 20 years, providing for all your towing and painting needs. If you have a classic car they are the perfect paint shop. They are trustworthy, family owned, and local.
I’ve been desling with Visual for many years. They hafe moved containers, forklifts and our delivery trucks for my business. They have repaired my business trucks bigvand small. I recently had some paint work done on my personal classic truck. Great work!
I was in an accident and the tow truck driver told me that if I pay him cash he would take my car home. I told him that my brother had the cash and all of a sudden he couldn’t take it to my house because of some stupid reason after my brother paid him. He was was rude and disrespectful and when I called the company it was no better and they refused to give me a refund. The company as a whole was horrible and I would never use that company again.
The tow truck driver was extremely rude and unhelpful at the scene of a devastating wreck. They do not answer their calls consistently during business hours, and I was told conflicting thigs regarding how to retrieve possessions from my vehicle. The only helpful staff member was the guy who helped me pry open my vehicle. He put some significant effort into helping me. All in all, I will never do business with them again, and I would advise MPD to take them off of their list of tow providers.
Another Towing rip off. Our truck got into the accident and this towing company being called by local authorities. And then of course everybody is taking advantage of the situation. It's such a shame.
The worst repair shop in Memphis, possibly the country. They repaired my car after an accident and did more damage to my car than the accident caused. When my car was looked at by a different shop, they told me that not only did Visual “Perfection” do a terrible job, they made my car unsafe to even be driving. My insurance company agreed! It took 9 weeks to fix the botch job they did.
We were in a simi truck accident on i-40 and the kept us and our dogs in their truck while they hooked up the simi, drove us to the motel. They were polite and sweet, gave our dogs water. Gave us motel recommendations as we are from California. Thank you for taking care of us.
Worst business ever and they are very shady. I had my car fixed here and they did not paint it or fix it right. When I spoke to the owner about it he kept insisting it’s not their fault. If you want quality service do not go to these people.
Friendly staff, but was told to call to get in to vehicle on a Saturday, when we called, it was a different guy than originally spoke with, was rude and refused to let us in knowing we lived 5 hours away...
Most amazing experience ever. They made a terrible situation easy to deal with. Got towed and they did some amazing body work. Finished faster than promised and very professional. The staff was super nice and explained everything they were doing. I will definitely be calling again the next time I mess up my truck.
