Predatory towing company in my opinion. Towed my car without proper signage and then post the correct signage after complaint with consumer protections is filed. Lol, total scam company in my opinion. The issue was that I was a guest at a tenants apartment, an authorized vehicle, and they towed my car because I didn't have a permit. There was no "permit parking only" sign posted when I was there. Additionally, google maps shows that as far back as mar 2025 there was no sign other than the "unauthorized vehicle sign" . I believe other people may have been towed improperly as well.
This tow company sent me a certified letter with my information stating my car was being told if I didn’t pay them the next day and I just received the letter the day before Orlando is very rude and will not call me back about a letter they sent me
Keep telling me to disregard it but you want send me a certified letter from UPS like you did the bill
This Veiw not only for the company it’s for my Driver Chris definitely gave me a safe and secure pic up on every aspect when it comes to towing… Definitely had great conversation the hold ride to my drop off location and has the greatest understanding when it comes to helping…. BAD UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS,THEY PUT A GREEN STICKER ON MY WINDOW FOR EXPIRED TAGS & MY TAGS CLEARLY NOT EXPIRED!!! I CALLED *ASKED CAN THEY COME BACK &REMOVE STICKER &WAS TOLD NO BUT DID CONFIRM &ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MY TAGS WASN'T OUT &THE DRIVER MADE A MISTAKE (THEN CAME UP WITH MY TAG STICKERS IN THE WRONG SPOT BADDDDDD BUSINESS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jonathan saved me on I-22, about 40 minutes outside of Memphis, when my tire blew out. He was dispatched by the rental car company. He kept me informed as to his status and even told me to call him at any point if I was concerned about my safety.
We had a wonderful conversation back to the airport and he was incredibly professional and supportive considering my situation. I’m just so grateful his company was the one that was dispatched. Highly recommended!

By far the very best towing company I’ve had the opportunity to use. They are as professional as I’ve yet to see as well. They also showed up way ahead of schedule, treated my truck with great care ensuring nothing would happen to it not to mention the treatment I received as a customer was astounding! On a one to 10 scale, I would definitely have to give them a 20!! I didn’t think that Towing companies out there existed such as this one. Thank you for everything and all the help you provided.

Edit: had money to make so I got up and came down to see if they were open released my car took a hit but it’s my fault lesson learned.
Towed my car out of my apartments because I didn’t have the new version of the sticker a few days after my complex issued them out .Then their location is ridiculously hard to find, maps doesn’t take you to their building, wasn’t just me because someone called the front desk while I was there and they had the same issue. Shameful Predatory practices.

You tow cars on the weekend but do not let car owners to retrieve the car until Monday! I called over 40 times Sunday between 9am and noon with no answer to my calls! Yes, I have phone records to prove it.
