They aren't open a full 8 hours and never answer tge phone for some reason they have 2 hour long lunch breaks they are all family and stick together lieng for each other my moms car was towed from downtown for illegal parking or watever when we got the car back the entire front end was damaged and the wheels were locked up. The mechanic said they towed it with the wrong equipment causing the car to lock up and go into anti theft mode
My car got impounded I went to get it out and they damaged it they didn’t tell me I didn’t see the damage until I paid the release fee.they lied as well as tried to deny it bt I I have pictures for proof they still charged me to get my car out and still haven’t called me to apologize or reimburse me any money! I have pics of them towing the car showing no damage and in the other pic is how the car looked once they released it in front the impound lot on cherry road with damage to the side and rear bumper horrible place refuse to take accountability they lied like the owner would call me a week later still no call! avoid at all cost and take b4 and after pictures like I did
I was driven up on aggressively then followed on i240 from Getwell Rd exit to 55 exit 2B taking the Shelby Drive exit by a mad man. I could have moved but considering the fact that I witnessed him do the same offenses to others in almost every lane while laughing on the phone in one hand - I remained in my lane signaling to back up off my bumper since it is traffic hour and jams. This apparently motivated him to continue throwing the weight of his vehicle around in rage towards my vehicle and risking the safety of others cutting other vehicles off in order to keep up with me. By the time I passed Airways Blvd, I called the police who connected me to the business to report this guy. He continued to trail me, again cutting off vehicles smaller than us to make sure he tailed me when he noticed me slowing down as I attempted to identify who was following me so I could describe him and his vehicle more to the police. The police asked me was he armed and was I. I told him I didn’t know if he was armed but I did have a registered 9 in my truck. During my conversation with dispatch, he continued to tail me from the Elvis Presley Blvd exit to the Shelby Drive exit until I pulled over onto the off ramp and parked until the police arrived. He parked behind me on the off ramp. I did not get out the vehicle since I am educated on gun laws & I know if I would have gotten out to confront him, the situation could have escalated quickly and I could’ve appeared to be the aggressor since I could’ve stayed in my vehicle until police arrived. He left when his dispatch called him away moments before the police arrived. Apparently, he is just a month on the job and confirmed to the dispatcher that he was sitting behind me on the off ramp. Why? This guy should be drug tested immediately because the whole situation was unnecessary. Vids/pics show him trailing me from i240 to 55 and one shows how close he was in my rear view and left side mirror. Seems like a good business. However, I don’t take my life nor my freedom/reputation lightly. He picked the wrong guy to play with after a long days work in this summer heat at 6pm!
I had a break down doing work out of town, I had exceptional service and honestly one of the nicest men that actually wanted to help me showed up when I called them. Highly recommend
After an awful accident, Frank’s Towing has been great. The driver was great. The office staff was kind and knowledgeable about my next steps. Everything was handled with care and the process of having insurance recover the vehicle was seamless.
They towed my vehicle to their tow yard right before the holidays which was an automatic $275. (If I'd had that amount at the time I would've had it towed to another location because they also charge $30 a day.)
I called them wanting to go pick up my truck as soon as I made it home only to find out they had closed early & wouldn't re-open til after the holidays....Those fees add up very quickly!

Franks Towing Service WAS AMAZING!!!!! All of the employees were TOP NOTCH!!!! Very kind and Respectful! Our family has known them for year's! We go wayyyyyy back to when it was opened THE Original OG Frank was a family friend and a GREAT MAN! However, his grandson Frank was an Incredible Guy! He took such great care of my Jeep! And he and I spoke for 30 minutes and caught up on life! If ever you need a tow REACH OUT TO FRANKS TOWING! They are all around GOOD PEOPLE! WE WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN!
I don’t really recommend this towing company…my dads vehicle was stolen & recovered & was taken here. I had to wait until 10am to call & asked what was needed for us to pick up the vehicle…we got all that ready & once we arrive which we arrived at 11:50am the doors were closed & I called & the lady stated they go to lunch from 12-1:30….why is the lunch break so long & if you barely just opened at 10am you should at least wait to have lunch until about 1:30 or 2 but definitely do not recommend….service could be much better.

I called and talked to Maggy she was kind and very helpful.

A tow yard is a depressing place. Hulking skeletons of cars sit awaiting their fate, most of them angling their hoods down in sad anticipation.
The bright spot among the desolation is Frank's personnel! They are kind and courteous and know their business. The tow drivers do a great job with pickups and are very professional.
Note: they also go by All Star Towing and Tri-State Towing.
I came here yesterday with my husband. These two guys are very young AND VERY PROFESSIONAL!!! Austin and Timothy provided excellent customer service to us. So many towing places are just ride or provide a service so dry and nonchalant. They Greeted us and was friendly. We arrived at separate times. (about 15 minutes apart) Very well minored ! If I ever need a towing service again, I will definitely call these guys. You should use these guys!!!
I'm having a hard time with Franks towing. I called the number and the guy that answered the phone told me to go to the website for my service and just hung up the phone. I tried again several times and he did the same. I'm trying now to call the next day and answering service says press 1 to connect, all this does is hang up. Whats really going on with Frank's Towing. My car was totalled, Frank's picked it up where accident occured and I would like to get the rest of my items out my car.
Franks Towing and Classic Towing are the same company, but let's hope you never need to contact them. They told us they were closed and to call back the next day, but when we did they never answered. We tried calling both phone companies multiple times throughout the day, and left messages merely wanting an answer to a very important question regarding the car they had towed.
Called this place several times to get information. The man who answered was very rude and hung up. I called back and then he YELLED at me and hung up. Very rude and totally uncalled for. If I could give less than one star I would. Horrible customer service experience.
The person posting the poor review is not telling the truth. Mr. Barton is the only person answering the phone. He is friendly and prompt. I've known Frank since I was a kid. His service is fantastic.
