Herbert was the driver that did my vehicle recovery. He was very proffessional, courteous and patient. He was able to recover my vehicle from a tough situation that I think anyone else would have caused further damage. He studied it step by step until he was sure of the best way and then then made it happen. Thank you Herbert and Nulls Towing service. And they got there quick too. I highly recommend Nulls.
I had to sit down and write this review in praise of the BEST and most honest tow service I've ever experienced. David Vaughn, Sr. arrived early. He was calm, efficient, helped me with removing keys from my key ring and would not accept a cash tip. After a handful of dishonest tow drivers in the past, I want it to be known that this humble man, David, deserves recognition. He's a rare and special human being.
Statefarm has No business having this company doing work for them! Horrible customer service, they will give you ETA and didn't show or call...I waited 2 hours for a tow call dispatch. She was so rude... At that time I felt like I was at there mercy.Because I had already waited 2 hours...I was afraid to call and wait another hour for a towe I called Statefarm told them about the situation. They called Nulls towing serveral times they wouldn't answer the phone. This is a sorry company to represent Statefarm...I wouldn't recommend anyone using this company. Statefarm called another towing service.They were with me in 30 minutes and also provided me with a LyfeRyder
CROOKS & LIARS!!! Do not use these guys! My husband waited over 3 hours on these people and they never showed! However, they had the AUDACITY to charge his card BEFORE a service was even provided!!! Then advise him that he is to get reimbursed through his insurance!!!
Terrible Service! They lack in communication skills had me waiting for about 6 hours with my insurance company for Triple A services! Choose another company in the Bartlett area but definitely not these guys!

Waited 3.5 hours for a tow and no one showed up, then when I had the insurance call them back they said they couldn't tow my car bc of the height, even though the car is stock height. Absolutely a waste of time getting stuck out in the cold
Called my insurance I don’t why they call these people call them. Had me waiting from 5 something in the morning all the way till 8 sum in the morning kept calling they told me 7:30 after that they still wasn’t here It was ridiculous time wait. There was a white man was so rude to me told me they had to deal with mpd first because they are a priority first because they have a contract with them. And I explain to him sir I’ve been waiting since 5 in the morning freezing my cold and then told me well I can call another one company. I do not recommend calling idc what the price is because they do not care !
Our first tow with this provider went well, but the second was such a horrible experience I won't ever use this company again. They hooked our car up several hours after we cancelled the tow, then didn't even take it to the destination we choose (a mechanic shop). Instead they hauled it to their lot and demanded ransom for the vehicle's release that far exceeded the original towing bill, which they were paid in full.
This second driver is part of a scam. They choose to tow a car without any permission to do so (effectively stole the vehicle). Then they called and demanded additional money after the car was towed to a destination that was NEVER requested. (fraud). So we again have to get the car towed, because they never got it to where it was supposed to be and took it even further than it originally was (from the shop).
These people are thieves, they are con artists, they are crooked people. Plus. they were rude about everything. Why perform a service without authorization? Why do it wrong? Why charge more than agreed? Why make the situation worse?
Oh, and the driver told my wife that he wanted to speak to a man, even though it was her car. He told her to let the men talk, completely dismissing her because she was a woman. The last at the office was not any better, she was absolutely rude. Completely and utterly rude.
So while it seems like they may have one decent driver, you should avoid this company at all costs, because you very well could get one of the corrupt criminal ones instead.
I was so nervous about needing a tow. I had to wait a little while, which was not a surprise to me, I am sure they are busy. James arrived sooner than I expected. He was friendly and professional. He took photos of my vehicle prior to loading it up. He also made sure to use my Tow hook. It was a fantastic experience that I hope to never have to have again. However, if I am ever in a similar situation I will be using Null's towing again.
October 19, 2023 I just wanted to give a great compliment to the Tow truck driver who showed up to get 2 cars at an accident at 5599 Poplar Avenue in front of Memphis Funeral Home I have never seen a tow truck man do such a wonderful job cleaning up the scene of an accident as well as he did! He got the 1st one out of the way and cleaned up the pieces from both cars and put a bag of sand to absorb up the fluids he used our parking lot to get the red car off of Poplar and he made sure to pick up the small pieces from the red car that fell during the tow. I wish I got his name but I didn't want to interrupt him while he was working and cleaning up everything. Who ever he is Null's has a great employee with him and he deserves recognition and a paid couple days off and a RAISE if I were this company I would do anything I can to keep him! He didn't know that I was watching him and that's what impressed me so much even though he didn't know that he still did a FANTASTIC JOB!! I am totally in awe because of the outstanding Job he did and there have been many accidents on poplar in front of the Funeral Home and other towing companies have never done what he did! Good job to you sir who ever you are!
Dispatcher hangs up on people, waited 3 hours after my insurance company requested roadside assistance. Eta was supposed to be an hr and a half but was well over 3 hours and when I attempted to contact their dispatcher, she hangs up on you and refuses to answer.
James with Null Towing is a great reliable service! They came out extremely quick, gave me more education on how my car will be towed since I locked my keys in the car. They are very welcoming and nice!
I’ve worked for a car lot for 21 years. I had to call Null Towing Service to see if they Towed one of our vehicles to their lot. I must say out of all the tow yards I’ve had to call Null was the most professional, helpful, kind and courteous one of all.
Jesse was Johnny on the spot! I was in an accident on HW-64 and Germantown parkway. The other person had ran the red light and destroyed my car. But Jesse just happen to be at Nissan and came to the scene to assist in anyway he could. I spoke to Jesse to see if he could take the car to my home and he made it happen! Of course the police came and did there thing! I would highly recommend Hull's service and the professionalism from Jesse was greatly appreciated considering the situation that day!
Jessie was Awesome!!!! He was extremely promt and professional. Im not a tech savy person and didnt know how to drop the address (Whatever that means) I told him the location and his internal GPS went to work. My Daughter had a blow out on the expressway and as a Dad thats scary!!! Jessie took the scare away. Thanks Jessie. My 1st call from now on
Jesse was the one who came to tow my car. He is quick and very helpful. He tried to help me to start my car with jumper, made sure everything was fine to tow to the dealership. I got the service around 30 mins since my insurance informed me. Thank you for your great service.
When your car breaks down and the city tows it before you can get back with the repair, you are depressed already but going to this place brings down the house. Rude for sure. The lack of any empathy is amazing!

I know everyone either loves or hates a towing company but they were extremely rude when we came to pick up the car. They have sign after sign after sign to the point that I couldn't even see the man I was working with. I find a multitude of signs to be rather petty. Especially when several of them read 'COMMON SENSE PEOPLE'. Over all their attitude seems to be that everyone they deal with is stupid and problematic, even when we were trying to be as polite as possible. So just be ready for unhelpful staff with an attitude. Oh. And to bring your reading glasses for the signs.
After waiting over 5 hours to get a tow from another company .. I called Null and they came right out within the hour... my service tech Joseph was friendly and knowledgeable... I felt safe entrusting my vehicle with him... Thank you Null towing service...
Giving them 5 stars just because someone ( David) came out and towed my vehicle unlike another towing company.David hooked up the vehicle pretty fast and he was nice guy. I'll definitely ask for this company to tow my vehicle.
