Called to get rates, instead of giving a rate like everyone else I called he hung up in my face because I would give him my address. I did let him know the total miles he would be traveling however he refused and hung up in my face.
I must admit they came under 30 mins. And the driver was super cool.
However, the owner- refuses to send me a simple receipt of services rendered. I’ve asked 3 times. He even claims that my email doesn’t work? HOW? I even sent an alternate email, so that didn’t work either? Terrible customer service, by far. To be expected.
I do not recommend to use. Certainly if you expect a receipt, don’t hold your breath- PLEASE.
After hitting road debris on 240 in Memphis Hal stopped as we sat on the shoulder. Two destroyed tires and traffic moving just below the speed of light set my nerves on edge. He was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to help us and be sure the garage was ready and able to help too.
I called Davenport towing and some kind of way the call was intercepted by some very rude and disrespectful unprofessional man stating that he was Moore towing. Asked for the tow and the driver asked for a payment upfront before towing and refused to place the vehicle after payment into the desired location at property. Very unprofessional and rude ghetto. Do not call
Biggest headache ever from a phone call. I called them to ask for a estimate for a tow. I told him “I don’t know what it is wrong with it” . The guy on the phone said “ma’am now how are we supposed to tow your car if you don’t know where it is?” And I then told him I meant mechanically.
He had a moment there but I can understand the misunderstanding because he may have misheard there. But afterwards I told him the location and this guy kept asking me questions. I told him it was at the save a lot on park. But he kept asking which one on park. There is only one on park. And he said it could be the other one on park. There is only one on park ave. Then I told him it was next to the bottle shoppe and there is only one in Memphis. He couldn’t figure that out. So I looked it up on Google and gave him the exact address. I STILL had to repeat the address it is located and repeat my address multiple times for him to figure it. It was very frustrating and all it would have took someone was one google search to find. I do not understand why it was so hard for him. It is unfortunate that a towing company is so unprofessional.
I did not call back because I did not want to put myself through that again.
I called Moore Towing & Recovery after normal business hours and they had my car running again in less than an hour. He provided quick assistance with great customer service.
I called Moore Towing & Recovery. He was very nice and very time efficient. I needed my husband's truck to to be picked up and dropped off at a location and he was very professional and quick. I appreciate the outstanding customer service that was given today. Called to ask if they towed my truck. The guy who answered just said no... didn't ask for a VIN, and also said he don't need to know it, what kind, or color cause he ain't got it.. then said he's blocking my number... and that's the one and only time I called... just straight rude for reason... geezzz
We were driving back home from vacation when my son had a blow out on 40/55 north in West Memphis. I called them and asked if they had a spare they could sell us my son car couldn’t hold one. When I called he said let me find out this company found us a used tire with run and came out and out the tire on for us we still had 3.5 hours till we got home. This company was out angels and we appreciate them very much for the kindness and hospitality. Thank you Michele
I called needing a tow. Al was very fast on getting to me. He also helped get my truck in gear. Very friendly and down to earth. He knew exactly where to tow it to. When we got there, he emailed me a receipt so the insurance company could reimburse me. Yes, I will be recommending Moore Towing.
Dispatcher was nice and gave out accurate info (30-40 mins). The driver Mr Moore was friendly and professional. I had called about 10 places before this, so this is hands down the best.
My brother who is in his 20's and not very experienced in the world of business needed his car towed less than a mile to my home. The guy charged my brother $175 to tow his car less than a mile, and the truck wasn't even a flatbed. We then contacted a tow service where my brother lives that is 53 miles away from my house. The charge for that tow was only $328 and with a flatbed truck. This company is outrageously overpriced and takes advantage of individuals needing help. Absolutely RIDICULOUS! No his tow did not happen until around 6am because it was daylight when they arrived with his car.
