If it was possible to give them zero stars I would have. When my car was towed into their impound lot nothing was wrong other than the sunroof being busted out. There’s proof of this. When I went to pick it up it was stripped of a bunch of front end parts totaling a few thousand dollars and ONLY then was I charged for it being there for 2 1/2 weeks before I was notified. They legally have 6 days. Makes a person wonder how many others have they done this too? They have got to be stopped! My only regret is not suing them. I’m not way this owner is going to be stopped from stealing from people like he does. And isn’t it a coincidence that they also have a body shop next door? Hmmm wonder where my car parts could have gone. Shame on them! Not sure how they sleep at night. If I could give a negative 10 stars i sure would !

They are liars told me Wendy would be out of the office all week on Monday I took a drive there a who do I see Wendy working at the front desk! They are very rude and unprofessional. Highly would not recommend.

This tow service was dispatched by Memphis Police department to my aunt's home as a driver had run into her home. While the tow truck driver was pulling vehicle, he damaged my aunt's home water pump. There was an alternative way to pull vehicle; however, driver decided to drive over sidewalk. I contacted Hilltop; let's talk about customer service, I could hear babies crying in the background, 1st indicator of unprofessionalism. Instead of hearing a customer's issue, the representative "Gwendy" started to speak in high pitch stating the person that caused the wreck is responsible as their driver would have never been there. " Cody" stated the exact same thing very disrespectfully, via phone and wanted to argue. I simply told him that we would contact business attorney. I believe that they do not have accurate insurance coverage as a business, that's the only reason you would become hostile. I will also contact MPD to ask why they would contract with such trash. Do not support businesses like this.
First off the lady on the phone was polite and courteous and couldn’t be nicer. She called to let me know when they’d be on their way (i wasn’t in any hurry so i said whenever is fine). Then the driver shows up in the downing rain got all soaking wet and still was polite and had a smile on his face. He got me pulled out in no time flat. Then i called back to pay and again the extremely polite lady took my payment and had my receipt texted before i was even off the phone with her. I would definitely call and use these folks again. I was more than impressed

I was traveling in memphis today in my 18 wheeler hauling a tank. I was traveling up getwell rd when I had to come to a stop on an incline. Once it was all clear I had to try and get back to rolling and lo and behold I started to slide back down the hill. So here I am stuck blocking the whole bridge when out of nowhere walker Casey a driver for Hilltop Towing. He asked if I needed help and I replied yes, so he told me he would help me soon as he finished his call. He finished up his call and pulled right up and hooked me up and pulled me over the hill at a great rate I must add. So I get back to going and proceed on my way and got stuck again about a mile up the road on another sheet of ice on getwell. So here I am once again blocking one lane of traffic wonder what am I to do now. After sitting there about about 15min here comes Casey again trucking along and saw me stuck. He just pulled up in front of me hooked up to me once again and pulled me up the hill and to flat surface on getwell. HE DID IT THIS TIME AT NO CHARGE. I want to give a special thanks to Casey and his team at Hilltop for assisting me on getting safely to my destination today. I highly recommend Hilltop towing they are very good and professional. Thank you again Casey, sincerely the tanker!
I have used this company twice. Both times they were very courteous and had great communication. Reasonably priced and cool driver. Will definitely use them again.
This company towed my Dad's vehicle and charged him $800 to retrieve it. The guy was very disrespectful and attempted to engage in an argument by constantly insulting my Dad. He would not answer any of my dad's questions. The other guy within the office along with him was laughing because he thought that it was funny that my dad's vehicle was towed. The guy continued to lie to him about why his vehicle was towed. My Dad's vehicle had been parked there for at least 3 months. He has watched them tow another vehicle that has service issues. The driver waved and kept going. My dad was even charged additional storage fee and his vehicle wasn't there very long. My dad walked outside to grab his card to pay and when he walked in. The guy was on a call. The person on the other end wanted to know if my dad was there. The guy informed whoever he was talking to that my dad was in the office to pick up the truck and to hold off. The guys had been in my dad's vehicle. He had had items missing. Everytime that my das asked a question the guy would say that no one had to tell anything.
Guy tried to charge what i thought was too much for the service i needed. I told him well, go ahead and goudge me then cause i need pulled out. He got an attitude and told me to find someone else! I called around and found a guy but just as i did, a fellow contractor pulled up with a four wheel drive pickup and pulled me out for the amount i offered to pay him. I gave him half of what this guy was going to charge and he didnt even want to take it! The difference there speaks for itself.
They have worked on three of my vehicles - Mercedes, a Volvo and a Honda. One several years ago and two recently. Do a very good job of explaining options, if they are available, and provide detailed estimates. Quality work at reasonable pricing. They were recommended to me by both the Mercedes dealership as well as the Volvo dealership. I see why. Told them, as we picked up the Honda recently, thanks for everything - hope to not see you again soon :-)
This is the best body shop I have ever been to very friendly and know what they are doing i would recommend this place to everyone they fixed my bumper and did not charge me anything this are people who care about the situation of their customers I will definitely go back again thanks guys

Great place to get work done very fast and cheap, and also well done. They are very polite and know what they are doing and talking about, I will definitely come here again in the future
I love this place best staff ever!!!!! I had some problems with my axles and they worked with me so I wasn't without my car but two days.... can't say enough about the quality of work and super efficient mechanics...
