Turbo towing was the only tow truck that would come help me during this bad weather. I had been trying to get a tow truck since 6:30 am and he came as fast as the streets would allow. Moe was so incredibly nice and caring and did an amazing job and he genuinely cared
Moe is his staff treated me like family had water for me once they arrived to tow my car to the shop and Moe ended up fixing my car as well!! Great customer service also
Had to have my car towed to Gateway Tire yesterday because of a tire blowout. Roadside service (thru my insurance company) dispatched Relentless Recovery & Towing but the ETA was too long because I needed to get to Gateway before they closed for Thanksgiving holiday. While waiting, I googled reviews of Relentless & they were NOT good. People said they were rude; they damage your car & blame it on the wind, & more. I called roadside service back & insisted on a different tow company. It took several calls but I finally got someone to dispatch me a different tow company. It was Turbo Towing. Their ETA by now was going to be about the same as Relentless, since so much time had passed on the phone. But guess what? He arrived about 35 minutes SOONER than his estimated time of arrival. I did not get his name but he was very nice, very professional, very competent. He was even going to allow me to ride along to Gateway Tire. Unfortunately, since I'm a senior with mobility issues, I was not able to pull myself up into the very high cab of his truck. I spent several minutes trying & he tried to assist but I finally had to tell him to go on ahead & I'll have to take Uber.
The driver (Moe) was great. I can really tell he takes his job seriously. He explained to me everything he was going to do. Cares about his customers. I would definitely use him again if the need arises
Mr. Moe is the owner. He personally came and picked me up and took my vehicle back to his shop. He fixed my starter in record time. He was up front with the cost. I thought it was high until he walked me through with what he did on the repairs. His quick response to my situation and him going out of his way made the experience enjoyable and less stressful. He didn't just hook up the car and go he offered us a ride to our destination helped us comfortably in his truck and offered up cold water and a snack . Turbo Towing provided me not only a professional experience but they made me feel like family which was an exceptional experience. My car was picked up in a reasonable time. Turbo stored it until the dealership opened the next day and then dropped it off. Mo called me back and kept me informed after that. Great customer service.
Had a fantastic experience with Turbo towing. There was an accident on the way to my location which caused an increased wait but as soon as Moe arrived he went above and beyond, even offering me water and a snack. Had excellent conversations with him and he even gave me some advice on what to do with my car when we got it to where it needed to go. Will absolutely be sending my friends to them when they need assistance.
Did an excellent job. Very professional and courteous. When car was delivered he called me and did a face time and showed me where he parked the car and left the keys. I was very pleased with the service.
Our car needed to be towed to our house due to a tire/no spare/precarious location issue. We contacted our roadside assistance through our insurance. Sam with Turbo Towing contacted us when he was on his way and let us know when he would arrive. He took extra care in making sure he did not damage the vehicle as he was trying to dislodge it from its location, analyzing it from many angles. He was extremely polite and kind. We don’t need towing services often, but we have Turbo Towing’s number now and will certainly use them in the future if needed.
I was given an estimated time of 1 hr and when the driver found out I was nervous about the area I was in, he was there less than 30 min. He also went over every detail that he was given and explained it to me. He took pictures before he towed my car and he took pictures when he dropped my car off. He is the best commuticater and very knowledgeable. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being extremely satisfied, he gets a 10 +. Thanks again
I was stranded for 5 hours waiting on another tow company! Call Turbo Tow and he came 50 miles to me within an hour and towed me back to Memphis. He even had snacks for me since I was without food for 5 hours! Great and friendly guy!!
Mr. Moe did a great job. He is very efficient. , quick and an expert toe operator. He took good care of the car. I will recommend him to be my toe truck operator to everyone who needs his services for lock-out towing roadside assistance and many more.
I had to call a towing service because my car wouldn't start (it couldn't register with the key). Moe showed up in less than 30 minutes and helped me solve my issue without needing the tow! He was kind, courteous and so helpful. Definitely will be recommending him & his service. There are still some good people out there not trying to rip you off, but actually help you!

Turbo Towing guys are so kind and caring… I wasn’t expecting such a nice treatment when was mad because the first towing company cancelled the tow request after 3 hours making me wait in the car on highway but Turbo Towing made me feel cared. They gave me updates on the drivers arrival constantly and even the driver was very kind and great person. He is a pro, quickly loaded and secured my car in the truck and delivered it to the Repair Shop. Thank you guys! Truly Appreciate it!
We needed a tow as our car overheated. We contacted roadside and Turbo Towing was dispatched and showed up ASAP! They came quick, were extremely nice and professional and even recommended us to a shop where we could get the repair done. Can’t stress enough that the guy who completed the tow service was extremely nice, moved quick, and did not make us feel bad or guilty for needing a tow service. Would totally recommend!!
