my grandmother had her car towed from hogansville ga to Columbus ga, the car was in operable and the driver broke the steering rod on the car which it will be a 1300$- 1800$ out of pocket repair, because yall are to much of a bunch of cowards to admit your at fault and then you contradict me saying theres no possible way that the driver did anything wrong to the car. moral of the story own up to your actions because if yall dont sort it out with Allstate then we will be taking legal action.
I would like to let you know that TRAC 1 tow service did not come to my house I have camera on the side and front of my house. I don't appreciate them canceling my service and saying they were here when they were not. I’m 73 years old and I would never want to be on the side of road waiting for them. When I got the text I immediately went outside. They called me 12:22 and I called at 12:28 to see where they were to find out they had canceled. Allstate connected them to me. Allstate towing used them.
Back again for second review. As previously stated, I am highly satisfied with the service provided by this company. Jeffrey Walsh provide fast and quick service. I ran over something and was stuck on the side of the road and he got me up and going in no time. I give this company 10 stars because I'm always satisfied with the outcome.
I called my insurance company to get a Tow for a rental that I was in at 12:30PM.... After waiting for 5 hours for D*venp*rt towing, which was a No show, I called ONE STOP which was recommended by a friend. They came in less than an hour. They were professional and kept me updated on the process.. I recommend this company if you want the job done correct and quickly!
Jeff was great and on time . I have used his service twice and both times he was professional and timely. He purchased a old car and towed my car that stopped at Union and Pauline on a rainy day. Great job!

I called him this past Sunday in a frantic situation and he was so calm and actually helped me smile and laugh a little, which was nice. I had to call him again this morning to tow my sons truck and he made it so pleasant. Prices are extremely reasonable, and he is just an absolute pleasure to work with. I give them 10 stars!
