Just phoned and asked about a replacement engine and the gentlemen was so very kind and honest saying it was not worth replacing for the year my vehicle is which is 2017. He told me to stay away from the 2.4 L GMC engines and to Google for a good reliable, dependable car which I know my GMC is not. He also said that if I got 203 000 kms out of it, I did good. What a great experience. Still waiting on my motor, but I’m very thankful for the help that I received. After looking for over a week and running into many roadblocks and possible scams, I ran across LME. Wade walked me through the whole process and found me multiple deals within my budget. Called to get a quote on the engine and after informing Wade that i'm an auto mechanic and I just need the info he still continued to try and "sell" me. He quoted me a price and when I informed him a competitor had a lower mileage engine at the same price WITH a warranty he then resorted to the typical salesman defense of bashing his competitor and telling me to read the reviews on them and BBB. They have 890+ reviews compared to his now 2. I've done business with said competitor in the past and was provided with the same benefits as LME. Wade if you read this, please take this simple advice. Don't get defensive and talk over potential customers and NEVER resort to bashing competitors. It's highly unprofessional. Give your customers what they ask for without the "sales pitch"
