30 minutes later i called to check the status and was given a $290 price to take my car 11 miles
3 phones calls and an hour later I still had no tow and they tried to quote me & charge me a second time
i called Bartlett Towing and they arrived in 20 minutes
called to cancel this company and had to have 3 more phone calls and got a $50 cancellation charge
now today almost a week later they are trying to charge my card again, which I will of course dispute
i was broken down and at the spot for almost 2 hours and never saw a tow truck from anyone but the second tow company i called

Trustworthy Towing Services Memphis is great! I was in a very stressful situation where my insurance had delayed towing my car for 6 hours. My car had broken down in the middle of our building's parking garage blocking some part of it so imagine how stressed I was after 6 hours. I called Trustworthy Towing Services Memphis and they processed everything so quickly and sent a tow truck suitable for our garage clearance. Additionally, their driver was a very professional and although my car was in a bad shape for towing, he did a great job and he was fair too!

Was in real bad shape yesterday and alone in the heat, and this roadside company thankfully moved me ahead in the queue to move my car sooner than other calls. I don't know what I would have done if I had to wait another half hour for some help. No shade and the nearest company near downtown Memphis was over an hour away. They showed up within 20 minutes.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Trustworthy Towing for helping me out quickly when my car stalled near the entrance of the Overton theatre dropping my oldest off for practice. I was minutes away from getting a fine by the city and they showed up to tow my car. About 20 minutes from call to arrival. Never had a need to use a roadside service company before but was impressed not only by how prompt they were, but also how nice the driver and call dispatch lady was.
I am confused. I began calling the number on this website (401-4025) this
morning about 7:30. I called at least four other times later this morning. After the first ring, I was told to punch 1 to be "connected" by a generic type voice. After doing this, I waited through 7 or 8 subsequent rings until I was instructed to leave a message. Not once was the name of this company mentioned. I also never received a return call.
I am certainly accustomed to the voice mail process but it is rare that I run across one that doesn't acknowledge who that I am specifically calling.

This "company" will tow your car and offer to fix it for you. they estimated 2 days on what took 2.5 weeks. they refuse to give you a license number for their company, an office location, a receipt, and won't let you see your car until you've paid in full. no way to know if your work was done or done right. Absolute extortionists and thieves!!! Beware
My car battery died. They were there in 20 minutes. They were half the price of 5 others that I called. When he got there, I didn’t have the exact amount of cash and he told me- God bless and be safe. I would recommend them anytime. Super fast, unbelievably kind, and efficient. My car was stolen from a Turo host who neglected to return it in a timely manner. These men tried to locate her for nearly 6 hrs. My vehicle was returned to me and they actually towed it over 3 hrs to Nashville. So thankful for their dedication, if it wasn’t for them my vehicle would of been gone forever! They even zip tied the bumper together to make it parkable until it can be returned to dealer for repair.
We were visiting Memphis and had a blow out a specialty tire on a Saturday night. After flagging down a security officer, we were told to call Trustworthy Towing Service. They loaded up my Mercedes Benz SL240 and made sure it was secure overnight. First thing Sunday morning, my husband was met at a tire shop with the car and the driver stayed until the tire was on and we were good to go. Hours later in the day while we were driving back to SW Oklahoma, we got a text from the driver checking on us to make sure everything was still going smoothly. Trustworthy Towing took such wonderful care of us! We are so grateful for businesses like them.
We had an awful experience. Our car was broken into while in Memphis and we needed it hauled around 7 hours away. We were told that a driver would pick it up at 6 am. So, we woke up and waited. Two-Three hours went by. In that time we tried calling with no answer. They finally called us and said give them 30 minutes. We were desperate since it was a Saturday and agreed. Biggest regret. Our car was originally suppose to arrive around midnight. They kept pushing it back, giving excuses. We believed our car would come straight to us on a flatbed tow truck. Somehow it (allegedly) ended up on a semi in Chicago, no where near our home. The guy we dealt with was very “sketchy”. When we finally received our car 24+ hours after the original delivery time the transaction was odd. First, they delivered to the wrong location. So we had to wake up a toddler after midnight to go meet them. Then when we went to pay them (which is a whole other story) the guy popped out from behind a portapotty. There was no other vehicle in sight. We now think that this guy drove our car (coffee was spilt in the passenger seat, more miles than there should have been, etc). As for the money situation- we were originally told we had to pay cash upon delivery. So we pulled all the funds out. Thirty minutes before they actually delivered we were told to pay by cash app. That was not going to work. The funds had already been pulled. They reluctantly agreed. We tried to negotiate a discount and he only took off $25. Now, some of the cash did fall out of the envelope and we were able to cash app that small amount. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR LONG HAULS.
DO NOT USE - We hired the company to tow our vehicle from Memphis to Saint Louis. We were told on a Monday it would be delivered on friday, That Friday, we were told it would now be the following Friday. Today, the expected date, my calls were not answered, I was told via text message that they were reaching out to their driver. Several hours later, no contact, no texts, no calls being answered. I contacted the Memphis police and they said there was no record of the tow filed. I am now driving to Memphis to file a stolen vehicle report with the police.
**Edit** After posting this review I was contacted and begged to remove and promised my vehicle would get delivered. I will update again when/if delivered.
***Final update*** Another week went by. We were promised every day to have our car delivered. We hired another company to take possession of the car on a Monday. That morning they dropped the vehicle at the designated dealership before they opened, left the car unlocked and the keys in the car instead of the service drop box and left. It was several hours later that I contacted them and found out they'd left the car. We were suppose to meet them to inspect the vehicle and recieve a partial refund we'd been promised. For another week were were told they'd send us the refund via zelle or venmo. To this date we have not received it. I doubt we ever will. Avoid this company. Trustworthy they are NOT.
I rarely post reviews but I felt this review was warranted. I called the company to schedule tow service..was told 20-30 minutes arrival time. 45 minutes later they still had not arrived. I called to find out ..where they were and was told it would be 20 minutes.., they picked up another tow. I asked why, didn't they inform me and the individual hung up on me. Fortunately,we were able to get prompt service with another company and at a cheaper rate than this company quoted. I tried to call them at least 3times to inform them to cancel the tow but no one answered nor did they show. Poor business...

When I tell you this company was a God sent! I had the toughest time finding a company with the right equipment for my all wheel drive vehicle. I called and Shalom said yes without hesitation. I had a text within 2mins from Mike stating the time pickup would be; which I think the driver was there before the eta. The driver Paul Williams was knowledgeable and gentle with getting my vehicle onto the flatbed with skates because my car would not come out of neutral, but he knew how to get it done without damage. I never do long reviews,but this one was worth it. Will always be my go to company.
i have a 03 ford excursion which weighs over 9,000 lbs with the cutsom tires and they towed me almost a half hour away for 185$ thats a great deal to me and if ever back in memphis and need a tow i will call them, only problem is they were late by about 2 hours luckily i wasnt in a rush but what tow truck drivers are on time anyway still a life saver considering im from illinois and gotta go!! ps i called 5+ others places they were the only people to promptly reply and let me know whats going on even though they were late they updated me with how much longer itd be.
My husband needed someone to tow his car from his job, I called this company and shalom picked up, gave me a good price compared to other towing companies. It's a 24 hr towing company so the waiting time didn't matter to me, we waited 45 minutes at the most from the time he told me his brother would be there. Mike is his brother who came and towed the car to our home safely, Thank you so much. If anyone needs a reliable towing company, this is the one.
My car broke down in Brownsville, TN yesterday, about 60 miles out of Memphis. I called Trustworthy Towing and they were happy to work with me to get my car back home for a super reasonable price.

Answered on the first call. Shalom arrived and started right away to load my SUV onto the flatbed without any damage to the vehicle. He knew what he was doing and there were no wasted movement. Amazing service and quality of work. Would definitely recommend!
We needed my daughter's car towed from Memphis (near Germantown) to Marion AR in the evening. After calling several services with no available trucks, Trust worthy said they would send Shalom and he would be there in 20 minutes, got the car unlocked, took care in loading on the tow truck. He was on time, and very professional. (Also, their price was less than the others i had contacted.) Definitely would use them again in the future and recommend to others.
We called to have an abandoned car towed from our business. Each & every timeframe we were given went by with the car still in our lot. The last call assured us they would be there by 11 am the following morning. When they did not show up, we called another towing service who said they would be here in 30 minutes. Trustworthy Towing Service can not be trusted to come when they say.
