This place is absolutely unprofessional and running and unlawful business. They will lie and take your items to keep for themselves and their staff of ex cons will sell them after trying to intimidate you.
They want the registration however it is in the car and they will lie and say it isn't in there. Their staff member on a golf cart put his hand in my vehicle as I was in it and threatened me, calling me names and once I told him what he did he tried to apologize.
Debra the supervisor wanted to know why the car was there which has nothing to do with the personal items in it and tried to charge me for the personal items which is illegal.
Treated my family like trash because they didn’t speak English. Thought racism was on the decline in our country. Sorry to see you people still keeping it going.
Worst service ever. Unfortunately, we were involved on a car accident today and, again, unfortunately, this was the towing company assigned to pick up our car. As soon as my family shows up, the lady let them know that they don’t speak spanish (without even knowing I was on the phone ready to translate for them). That just tells me they decide whether who receives good service and who doesn’t. Also, our car had a previous damage on the bumper and the guy who towed it was informed about it, but yet they weren’t careful enough and they made the damage worse. When we tried to inform them they just deny it and stated that the damage comes from the accident which was NOT possible because the impact was received on the side of the car. Not the front. When I explained that to the lady talking to me she didn’t even know what day they received the car.
If I could give them zero stars, I would.
They never showed up after lying that there were on their way. They waisted 3 hours of my day. You definitely don't want these unprofessionals in times of crisis.
I called for tow for my mother, I asked if they spoke Spanish as she is bilingual and he told me to swim back to my own country. Call Grizzly Towing instead!
After seeing how their driver just drove on summer avenue I would not have them tow anything for me. I thought I was going to T bone this huge tow truck. My goodness. I’m so shook up.
Worse towing company. Called to get my 08 chrysler 300 towed to a mechanic shop, they just asked what year it was so I assumed they would know what they were doing. An hour later I get a phone call from them saying they basically dragged my AWD car but now needed to get another tow truck with a flatbed. I dont work in the towing industry so I didn't really think much about it. They dropped off the car at the shop and since everything looked fine I signed the document they handed to me and left quickly. The car needed a new starter so it wasn't until 4 days later that I got that fixed and checked the car that I realized they messed up my transmission. How do you not know an AWD car needs a flatbead to be towed if that's what you do for a living? They obviously didn't want to take responsibility and I lost thousands of dollars having to ultimately sell it as a junk car. Worse service ever.
I was involved in an accident earlier this week and Bartlett Towing was assigned to pick up my car. The driver arrived and was incredibly professional and made sure I had everything I needed out of my car before taking it away.
When dealing with the staff today at the tow lot, that same level of professional service was given to me. I was treated like a person. I was respected.
Having your car towed because of a collision is never something anyone wants. But the staff at Bartlett Towing has made me feel a little better after this unfortunate event.
I called bartlett towing as they are 1 of the 2 companies my insurance company works w/. I got GREAT cust serv by the female that I talked to about my car & the tech that came to my home was GREAT also! Couldn't b more pleased/ satisfied & I highly recommend them
My vehicle wouldn't start so I called Bartlett Towing to pick it up. They arrived 40 minutes after I called and were very professional and quick. I highly recommend them. Price was more than fair I thought.

We arranged for a car to be picked up yesterday in Clarksdale, Mississippi and returned to Memphis. The driver, Jeremy was excellent, the job was done correctly and quickly. We appreciate the staff that responded quickly. We only use Bartlett Towing for our needs. They are highly recommended.
Hit something metal in the road and my tire went immediately & completely flat. Called Bartlett Towing. Dispatcher was compassionate and someone arrived within 30 minutes. He was super professional, friendly but not creepy. He had my spare on and everything put back in my trunk for me in short order. Highly recommend.
I called to setup a tow three days ahead of time and it was for my motorcycle the lady quoted me 175, when they arrived they said it would be 275?? Bait and Switch and then they refused to drop my bike after it was on the truck. Horrible thieves !!! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!
We thought we needed a company to move a fairly new Porsche to the dealer as car had been sitting 6 months and battery was dead. (we were unable to charge due to battery/circuit protection). Gosset recommended Bartlett towing so I called and setup an appointment. They responded immediately. Driver suggested he first try to jump start the car - It worked and most importantly the driver saved us $ and time. So if you need someone you can trust then give them a call. I highly recommend their services - AND especially their people.

Showed up.Price was correct,and $130 cheaper than Safelite.Left my car there,ready two hours later.Good job on window.They vacuumed up about 90% of the broken glass...not bad.

Bartlett Towing was incredible!!! Quoted me an hour and a half wait time but they made it within 30 mins. Kelvin (I hope I got his name right) was the driver and he was on top of it! He was professional, and quick. We will call them again!
Great experience with Bartlett Towing!! I called at 4:15pm and they were there within an hour to pick up my mom's vehicle and get it to the dealership for repairs. Super nice & helpful guy that met us. Would definitely recommend Bartlett Towing and would definitely use them again. Thank you!!
The driver was nice however upon ordering the tow I asked how much was the fee and was told $125 however the total cost was $130. The is an up charge for using credit card which the dispatcher did not inform me, even after asking me if I would be paying cash or credit card. I did not like being lied to and will NEVER use their service again. If you have a choice call quick and fast towing they are much better and don’t have to wait forever like with this company. They repeatedly lied to me about how long it would take and when they would arrive. Lies and more lies!
No I tried but they referred me to their "sister company" and after sitting on the side of the road for four hours waiting on them, they then tell me that the tow has been cancelled because they can't find me. During this time mind you I have talked with the driver several times and tell him where the truck is at. Singleton parkway close to pleasant ridge. He tells me " I been all up and down Pleasant ridge I can't find you so the the tow has been cancelled
The person who picked up my vehicle was professional! His company gets zero stars. They took my payment but never told me it was 130.00. I had to direct the driver to my house after I gave them exact directions. They never told him anything. A dispatch called me for payment that I had already made 2 hours prior. Oh and They told me he would be there in 15 minutes. Lies.
We were involved in an accident and Bartlett Towing took our totaled van. Their driver was very helpful and friendly. He showed concern and took pride in his work. When we had to deal with the office, they were also friendly and helpful. Our experience with Bartlett Towing was favorable.
Have used this company off and on for 30 years both personally and professionally and once again they did an awesome job. Fast, professional, and Will our driver was above reproach for friendliness and professionalism. The dispatcher was also a great guy, just LOVED my experience today, thank you Bartlett Towing.
I was shocked when after I had made an appointment to have my vehicle towed at 9am, from one shop to a dealership, that at 3:30pm it had not been picked up and I hadn't heard from them. I called and was told that I would need to call back at 8:00 the next morning, with no explanation or anything. So I sent an email, and a message via FB messenger explaining that I had already made an appointment with the dealership at 9:00 the next morning and wasn't sure why it wasn't taken care of.
Within about 15 minutes I received a phone call from a driver saying that he was on his way to my vehicle. About 10 minutes after that a very apologetic lady (don't remember her name) called saying she received my email and had a member of her team in route to get my vehicle. That they had fallen behind and was sorry I wasn't updated as to the situation. The following day I received a response from FB messenger, saying that Bartlett towing was a family owned business and the owner had passed away earlier in the week, that with all the commotion and arrangements that needed to be done they had fallen behind. So I say all that to basically say. I was both upset and yet at the end of the day I was taken care of by whom I assume would be a manager or at least someone higher up to "food chain".
I am truly sorry for the loss of the owner.
