Called around today to just get quotes on towing. This is my first time needing to get a car towed, so I called different companies to see who had the best price and availability. This was the last number I called, and dispatcher was rude.She stated “how much are you trying to pay because this is your 3rd time calling here” I told her I was just calling different places to get quotes & she asked what was the best price I have gotten so far and I told her and her response was “well I suggest you go with them”. So after getting off the phone with her I looked at my call log and every number I called was different, so unless their company is associated with different numbers, I did not call her 3 times, but I also checked just to see if the numbers I was calling were attached to this same company and they were not. I work in customer service, answering calls all day and I understand that it’s how you say things to people that makes the biggest difference.
Dispatcher was nice and gave out accurate info (30-40 mins). The driver Chris was friendly and professional. Online payment was smooth and easy. I had called about 10 places before this, so this is hands down the best.
My friend used their service and they was rude to her for no reason she was hung up on. I highly suggest y’all use another company with more professional service and experience. They have no clue whatsoever how to talk to people. My friend is a very kind hearted person and I felt bad for her.
