Not from the area, so haven't used their services, and definitely won't ever now that I've seen their drivers on the road.
Just nearly got run off the road by one of their drivers that was speeding on I-40 by at least 10 or 15 MPH over the speed limit and then cut us off to force their way past the truck we were already passing. Luckily we were able to slam on our brakes at the last second, but wouldn't have had to if they knew how to drive.
Very rude, called to ask of they have a wrecker.....hence the name Memphis wrecker only for the guy to say no and hang up on me. Greattttt customer service skills!
My friend used their service and they was rude to her for no reason she was hung up on. I highly suggest y’all use another company with more professional service and experience. They have no clue whatsoever how to talk to people. My friend is a very kind hearted person and I felt bad for her.
This place sends an invoice without calling to discuss what you need. This place should not be in business. I wouldn’t refer one person to this towing company. I asked to speak to the owner or a manager and the rude girl that answers the phone would not give me any information. Do not hire these people!!!
The dispatcher is rude and talks over you and I would not have this girl answering the phone at any business I owned.
The worst experience ever. Dispatcher committed to pick up at a specific time and when called to check in and asked for specific time she started yelling and complaining she had no control "it's like a doctor! Have you been in a doctor office?, it's just the same!" Unbelievable! Driver called me later, super nice! He rocks! Dispatcher stinks!
Dispatcher was nice and gave out accurate info (30-40 mins). The driver Chris was friendly and professional. Online payment was smooth and easy. I had called about 10 places before this, so this is hands down the best.
I paid for the services on 6/07/2022. Of 139.00. I waited on the tow truck for 3.5 o 4 hours for a tow truck. I talk to customer service rep to get an ETA. First she said the driver was on his way, then she said the driver said he tried to call us. He never called me. They never tried to contact me back and I ask for a refund now we been out here long enough . Then she hang the phone up in my face. I ended calling another tow service company to get my car. So still asking for my refund so hopefully I hear back from them to get my money back.
Chris was awesome, so friendly and helpful, no complaints whatsoever on that. Owner however charged me double what I was told, and wouldn't answer when the driver tried to call her and figure it out. Super frustrating, but the driver Chris was awesome and oh so helpful.
Hello I’m Londyn and I used you all services on today :) very pleased with the new dispatcher Miss Bailey for it only to be a first day … was stranded in a shopping center with grand babies she was able to get us home very quickly was professional and prompt on when driver would arrive an even called several times to check on us Would highly recommend you all’s services!!!!
